2 Km easy to moderate hike one hour from Panama. 30-40 minute hike to reach the top from parking lot next to the main road. Worth the view at the top

Very nice hike. Well marked with awsome view at the top. Park well maintained. Make sure to go register at the entrance located on the eastern border of the park before going up or the guard won't let you park at the trailhead.

Fun trail but not easy. Lots of up and down some areas pretty steep and can be slippery. Good birding.

It is a natural park in Altos the Campana, and the hiking experience is with some challenges. Took us almost 80+ minutes to reach the peak. The weather is cool and windy, plus it was very humid and the route was muddy. Once on top the view is beautiful!!! It is also considered on the path of the “Jaguar’s Route”.

Its a great place to visit when you want to start with this kind of outdoor activities. Great climate and a very good choice to enjoy a Wonderful view
