Truly amazing, authentic Italian food. The staff is extremely nice, service is fast, very good prices! Well worth the visit.

Classic trattoria of the kind that is increasingly rare. One antipasti plate, choice of three primi, four secondi, and a couple of contorni. Four desserts (there's no gelateria in Montemagno). We ate pappardelle with duck sauce and farfalle with herring and zucchini. Followed by squid stuffed with radicchio and a generous slice of potato and green bean sformato. All excellent. We also managed a bowl of superlative homemade fior di latte icecream. All in with a couple of glasses of prosecco, a bottle of white wine, and a couple of coffees we spent 50 euros. Well worth the trip up the hill from Calci. Looking forward to seeing what's on the menu next time.

Food so tasty I could have cried, it was that good, no big menu, it's whatever is on the board, but it's great. Friendly staff as well, English translation of menu provided. Make sure its open and book before coming.
