A Gem. Great location. Central but still quiet. Shout out to Caroline and Jerome. I forgot my medication after our stay. Caroline assured me that we'll work this out to together. Medicine was well received soon after. Thank you for the amazing and caring services. Will recommend and will be back.

We stayed 2 nights in suite room. The room is nice and spacious, worthed with the price, also not noisy because not in the main road. Service and management we don’t have issues. Location is great for shopping around and feel safe because there are many police around, I guess its because the hotel near with embassies etc. The breakfast was just okay, not so many options. But overall, we had a great stay here.

I am luxury traveler and try to go to five stars hotels who gain five out of five in TripAdvisor. This time I choose this hotel as I have heard a lot about it. I start from the first,as we arrived to hotel was around 2:30 PM ,we asked about s.th to eat in our suite, surprisingly there were no snacks or food available except club sandwich,so we ordered it since we were so hungry. The sandwiches were prepared after45 minutes but the waiter fell down one if the sandwiches before entering the room, she apologized and told us she will bring the new sandwich but guess what?she brought the one that fell down on the floor. I found the carpet pile on the sandwiches☹. I complain about this to one of the staff ,but nothing happened except an apology and some excuses. Next morning we went for breakfast and the menu was as simple and limited as possible Surprisingly you should pay extra for omelet. I asked for pancake for my son and sadly the chef does not know how to bake a pancake. They brought s.th weird that was no similar to pancake.it was really sad that a five stars hotel can not serve a pancake. These things was really disaster in a five stars hotel. Sadly, whenever I called the reception there were no one to.answer the phone. In every five time we went out of hotel or come inside the hotel there was no one who we can ask our questions ,or tell the problems that we have. No concierge,no coffee shop, no room service. Ignoring all the faults, the staffs does not care about hygiene and health of the guest in no aspects. It was the only holiday that I was really ashamed of my family and Splendide spoiled my vacation in Paris. I will never forgive them. Splendide is not hotel in my idea ,it is just like a lodging-house.it does not have the basic facilities of a hotel. Oh I forget to write about our suite,it was attic with literally nothing. No amenities. They ruined my ,but I will do my best to inform other traveler to avoid this hotel.

We want to share our disappointment with this hotel and its management. Due to the severe strikes in France we were forced to postpone our stay in Paris on short notice. However, even though we explained to the hotel that our return train had been cancelled and even we suggested new dates, the hotel was not willing to postpone our stay without charging the costs for one night. They kept referring to the cancellation policy. The main management of the hotel chain was also not willing to renounce to the costs of one night (although of course willing to accept a new reservation). The hotel does not seem to be client-oriented and interested in good client relations. As we all know, it is always in difficult situations where you can see the quality of service. We will for sure not stay with this hotel when coming to Paris the next time and we recommend avoiding this chain of hotels.

This hotel is honestly amazing. The staff were so lovely & helpful - from reception to breakfast staff. The room was beautiful, large, with all the luxuries! The sheets were so soft & the bed was large & comfortable. The location is great, right near Champs-Elysées but in a quiet street which doesn’t feel touristy at all. The complementary snacks & wine at evening time was such a lovely touch & breakfast in our room was divine! It’s a small hotel which we loved, kept it intimate & quiet. We will definitely be coming back to this amazing hotel.

My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Splendide Royal Paris for the weekend. What a wonderful weekend it was thanks to the manager and staff of this superb luxury hotel. Prior to arriving I had requested that on this special occasion, I wanted to see my wife smile from the time we arrived until the time we left. The staff exceeded my expectations and no matter what was needed, what problem we might have, they went out of their way to ensure that we were taken care of. It is an unbelievably warm and friendly hotel that I would not hesitate to recommend to others, or to return to again. The location is next to perfect....even Mr Macron lives nearby, so that says something. I have sat here and read many other reviews and while the majority are giving top ratings to the hotel, there are a few that unbelievably have given poor ratings. These are the type of people that should you give them your small finger in help, they would not be happy until they had your whole hand. I urge anyone considering staying at the Splendide Royal Paris to disregard their bad ratings. It is a top hotel with fantastic staff whom I now thank for all your friendliness and help. My wife and I hope to visit you again.

Unfortunately I had a passport issues and was unable to leave the US to make it to Paris for my reservation. It was 2 days prior to my 1 night reservation that I called to cancel and I didn’t get a single dollar in refund nor anything even in credit. I understand canceling 2 days prior isn’t the best thing for the property however given the circumstances I was hoping to be shown some grace and get my refund which would make me happy to return to this property in the future. Unfortunately that was not the case, I got absolutely nothing, on top of the trouble I was going through with my passport, and because of that it’s clear there’s no reason for me to desire to stay here in the future. All over $1000. What a shame

The Royal Splendide is my favorite hotel. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the location is fantastic, the bed is super comfy, the luxurious touches are amazing, the breakfast really starts your day in the most perfect way but the people working there make it all extraordinary. From check in, to every morning and evening the staff really made me and my family feel so welcomed. It made our stay in Paris extra special. I have found the hotel that will stay in on my future trips to Paris. Merci Royal Splendide!

The Splendide Royal is my absolute favorite hotel. The hotel is beautiful. The beds were so comfortable, the view and location were fantastic, the bathroom and all the luxurious touches were perfection but the people working there made it extraordinary. This hotel has the most fabulous staff that really make you feel comfortable and welcome. I have found the hotel that I will always stay in on my visits to Paris.

Very nice and large family suite (2 suites) and location is pleasant. Staff is very kind and friendly. The only thing that was a minus that the restaurant was closed and there is no hotel bar. We also did not enjoy the breakfast since quality was not that great. (But again, staff is very friendly and nice) We also found a lot of hair in the bathroom dressing table …But nevertheless this still is a great hotel…and what is also important: quiet! You will have a quiet street and enjoy the walks in surroundings. The art in the rooms is also incredibly beautiful.

This is one, if not the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff are friendly and the service is just impeccable. Their attention to detail is amazing. They truly make you feel welcome and your stay truly splendid. If you want a luxurious and unpretentious stay in Paris, this is the hotel for you.

Top notch accommodations (we were on the top floor) and excellent service (especially Pierre, the manager). Attention to client needs and support put the staff above most that one encounters at great hotels. Also, excellent location. Bravo!

I can’t express how amazing my stay was. This is a boutique 5 star hotel with only 12 suites. Staff provide 24/7 detailed attention to every guest. I had the pleasure to stay in suite 201 which has a gorgeous view from 2 small patios, a separate living room with all the amenities once can expect from a 5 star and beyond. The neighborhood is super safe because it’s only steps away from the Elysees where the President lives. The manager went above my expectations. He even packed some of my stuffs in bubble wrap. There’s a kitchenette in the room that is hidden. There’s also 1 1/2 bathrooms. I can’t wait to go back to this amazing sanctuary.

It was by far the worst five stars hotel I have ever been. Just it was like an inn.Poor services, insanitary food, amature staffs. Nothing is positive about this hotel at all.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Splendide Royal Paris this February. The location of the Hotel is great. It allows you to travel to wherever you wish in Paris by foot easily. There is plenty of security near the Hotel due to the close proximity of Elysee Palace. The staff are most gracious and helpful without being intrusive. Breakfast offerings are diverse and will please any palette. The room was very comfortable and well maintained.
