The pho broth was overly salted. It was like salt broth. Quite disgusting. The portion was really small and barely any noodles and meat even though I ordered the XL Bowl Size. The Thai tea and spring rolls were delicious though.

My favourite restaurant in town. Consistently the best week after week. Pho Saigon is truly a treasure

Definitely my favorite go to pho spot in Lex. The Vietnamese pancakes are a crowd favorite and they do not skimp on fresh veggies here. The pho is pretty good as well. I like the vary they have. The bowls for XL isn’t too big like the ones you may see online or in major cities but I find that even the medium is big enough for me. The broth is very savory but a touch too sweet. No problem though because you can customize your pho bowl with the condiments given at the table. The Vietnamese ice coffee is delicious.

Must come and dine in. Fresh food, very clean. The service was efficient and friendly. First time trying and ordered the Pho, Wings, and Saigon platter. All were above and beyond. Sauces authentic. Full range of spiciness. Get the bubble tea!

I'm a Vietnamese person from Southern California, the biggest population of Vietnamese people outside of Vietnam itself. When I came to this restaurant I immediately knew it was the real deal. Tastes like my mom's cooking and is super delicious and authentic. If you are wanting to try Viet food don't go anywhere else, this is the best in Lexington, 100%. Love this place as it feels and tastes like home and the owner is a sweet person too.

Only place in Lexington I trust to consistently get a solid Banh Mi. Their pho, bubble tea, vermicelli bowls, and fresh spring rolls are all favorites. Sometimes it’s hard to find a clear table but I don’t mind waiting a second. Owner is super hospitable.

So delicious!! Brings back wonderful childhood memories of going to different Pho restaurants in SD or LA when I was growing up. The staff, extremely friendly and understanding. And my most picky eater happily ate half of the fried rice and some of the kids beef flank pho before he realized it wasnt his preferred candy. Every time I come up to Lexington I am eating here. Might even have to invent reasons to do the 2 hour drive here.

Excellent food! The pho, Vietnamese pancake, and spring rolls were great. The pho had an incredibly clean and flavorful broth...a nice touch of star anise to it. I felt guilty about doing anything to it. The Vietnamese pancake was larger that I expected with most of the heft supplied by a healthy dose of bean sprouts in the center. Use the sauce that you are given, it really makes the flavor pop. The service was neither fast or slow. My experience was that everyone there was kind. The woman working (guessing wife of the owner/chef) is very straightforward. So I can understand in some of the comments why she would be misconstrued as rude. Overall, great food and great service. One of the better places I’ve been to for pho...and just food in general. I encourage others to try this place.

We consider ourselves pho connoisseurs and this is top 3 pho we have ever had. I had the classic pho dac biet and a bun bo Saigon (with thin noodles instead of thick) and a spring roll. Great atmosphere and service. If you’re looking for a delicious coffee kick I highly recommend the viet coffee!

Wife ordered Round Steak Pho and I ordered the Combination Hot Pot. Both were really good and the service was very good.

Used to be one of my go-to spots however the service is horrible. It is clear that they prioritize white customers over POC. For example, during the Covid wave, they did not wear their masks when serving me and my friend who is of color, but they wore masks when a white couple came in to eat. Additionally, they were very attentive to the white couple but did not check up on our table even once while we dined. During our visit, a black man came in to pick up an order and they disregarded him as well while attending to the white couple's needs. Along with this, there was a misunderstanding with the tip and they said to us "In AMERICA you have to leave a tip." This was blatantly disrespectful. We are both American citizens but they made the assumption due to our skin color not being white. I was FUMING at this point. We ALWAYS leave a tip and did so after we realized there was confusion. However, I have never in my life seen someone demand a tip at a restaurant. Horrible, horrible, horrible. I have not been back since and have chosen to give my business to a different Pho restaurant in town.

Love this place so much!!! Lemon grass tofu it the best one I ever had, and look how many vegetables are in my veggie pho 😋

Best pho I've had in town and it's not even close. Ask for the hot oil to take it up a notch. They'll ask you what level you want...be warned the hottest hurts for those that aren't prepared.

Once a year we come here for a show and EVERY TIME without fail we stop here. The food we haven’t been able to order something that doesn’t taste fantastic and the drinks are worth the price so don’t worry. Personal favorites are the Tofu Curry, Coffee with Condensed Milk (hot or iced it does not matter), Seafood Hot Pot, and the Shrimp Pad Viet. I think the only thing I can dock for would be the heat since we do arrive in Mid November but that may also boil down to the building not having a good heating system and that I get cold quite easily. Overall a solid 5/5 on food

Pho Saigon has never let me down. They always use fresh ingredients and the cuts of the beef are perfect and it’s always good. Very good for delivery also and the way they section the food up keeps everything fresh so if you can’t eat it right away you just pour hot broth on top and it’s still amazing. I love y’all.

Pho is obviously a specific meal search. We like to try different Vietnamese restaurants. The bahn mi and soup broth was pretty good. Hot pot also was decent. The pancake was a bit undercooked to me. A couple of side items we ordered were forgotten. Service was still good though. The place could use a spiffy up and deep clean. Still Worth a try for bahn mi and soup.

I am not the food adventurous type and I stick to my safe foods but I was taken out of my comfort zone and still loved this place. They always greet us nicely and remember me when I go in. They make the best brown sugar Boba in KY and I put my word on it. The p-10 at this place is amazing every single time I get it. Even late at night when they are about to close the broth taste like it was freshly made. They are a amazing place to step out of your comfort zone and try new things. 10/10 would recommend.

My mom and I both really enjoyed our sandwiches from here. The bread was excellent and the tofu was flavored and cooked well. I just ordered take out, but the employees at the store were very kind and friendly during my brief interaction with them. If I lived in the area I would definitely be back to try more of their menu.

The iced coffee is sooooo good! The owner and the staff are super nice! Make sure you don’t drink it past noon if you wanna go to sleep that night lol the energy from it is amazing!

Absolutely amazing! Everything is delicious and I swear their pho has healing properties. My 5 year old “these are the goodest noodles ever!” I agree.

Pho Saigon, you never disappoint me, even with a DoorDash order. Even when I am at work, thank you for making my Sunday absolutely delightful and tasty.

I love their curry, lots of flavor, lots of vegetables. We also got the spring rolls. My daughter got the dumplings and said they were good.

They don't seem to know what Gluten is. Ordered Gluten free but they still used wheat Tortilla strips (that weren't even listed in the ingredients of the item or I would've asked for it without it). The saving grace is that the pork and shrimp spring rolls seem to be totally Gluten free without considering the sauce, and this is the only place I've been able to find that has spring rolls I can have!

Best Pho around. Love the owner he's a character, talked to him for 20 minutes about being trained to be a sushi chef one time. Food has never once let me down. Amazing egg rolls in town. Probably had every order from a to x and it's been great. Looks like a 1 star from the outside, should be a Michelin star on the inside.

The pho beef noodle soup here has a good flavor, and is well prepared. I like the cashier / server / owner people, they are nice and helpful. Have to recommend also the BBQ pork sandwich - good stuff.

I got the A-03. Fresh Spring Rolls, the B-63. Rice Vermicelli with Charbroiled Pork Slices & Egg Rolls, and the N02- Vietnamese Coffee with Condensed Milk/Tapioca (Boba). Here's my thoughts on it. First things first, the Vietnamese coffee was a bit too bitter for my taste, but I will say I was greatly satisfied with the amount of tapioca used, most places are stingy with the tapioca in their drinks, but here you get plenty. Then, the fresh spring rolls. They were alright, but the pork just felt a bit out of place with the other ingredients, especially since each spring roll only had like one piece of pork like right in it. Finally, the Pork vermicelli, the sauce on the pork just seemed a bit too sweet for my tastes. I have to say, everything was well made, and well cooked, the texture on all the food was great, but the flavors just seemed slightly off from what I'd prefer. It's not a bad place really, just not quite seasoned how I'd prefer. I'll admit though, I'm not really an expert on Vietnamese food, and a lot of the other reviews seem positive, it's just my personal preference here. Also, I can't speak on the service or atmosphere of the place, because I had a friend pick the food up for me.
