purchased
a
lazy
boy
chair
in
december
last
year.
noticed
in
oct.
could
feel
frame
thru
cushion
into
back
of
my
thighs.
finally
called
and
set
up
warranty
claim.
guy
they
sent
to
look
was
there
like
2
minutes
and
didn't
feel
cushion.
now
said
normal
condition
for
this
concern.
im
only
in
the
chair
after
work
for
couple
hours
at
most
and
not
big
guy
only
200
pounds
or
so.
no
try
to
get
ahold
of
cust
service
for
slumberland,
sit
on
hold
and
finally
get
someone
who
reiterates
that
that's
normal
.
so
right
now
I
will
NEVER
buy
another
thing
from
this
store.
that's
alot
of
money
to
pay
for
a
chair
to
use
for
10
months
and
have
it
be
uncomfortable.
Update
:
called
into
cust
service
and
after
over
3
hours
of
getting
nowhere
was
told
a
supervisor
would
call
me
back
in
1-2
hours
now
after
rennie
who
i
was
told
would
call
me
still
has
not.
so
if
you
care
to
call
me
my
number
should
be
in
your
record
at
the
store.
