😠 This was by far the grossest place I've ever stayed. I needed a bed for a few hours before a flight after the airline changed the time and this was what was available. There were holes in the wall, the picture frames we're broken and there were splatters of gunk on the light switch, phone and walls.... People often mention room, desk, night, stayed, shuttle, hotel, staff, time, stay, breakfast,

This was by far the grossest place I've ever stayed. I needed a bed for a few hours before a flight after the airline changed the time and this was what was available. There were holes in the wall, the picture frames we're broken and there were splatters of gunk on the light switch, phone and walls. There is a shuttle to the airport, but it's 20$ one way and 30$ round trip. This information is not posted anywhere! The shuttle also apparently only is able to do one pickup an hour so I pre scheduled my return pickup & called multiple times that do to confirm someone was coming to get me. I waited an hour and a half to get picked up and then we had to make another stop on the way. It took 2 full hours to get from the airport to the hotel when it's a 20 minutes drive. You get what you pay for at this place is a gross overstatement.

Checked in around 20:00, got into the room and heat was off. Room was, at best 15C or so. Heater is warming the room, but poorly. I called the front desk to complain and they laid the blame on house keeping. I’m sorry, but house keeping won’t turn the heat off unless instructed by management. TV did not work either. Blankets were thin, and one bed had a dead moth in the blanket. I would certainly not stay here again. EDIT: it turns out the hair drier blew hotter air than the room’s heat/AC unit. When I went to check out the next morning, it took almost 30 minutes for the desk manager to show up. She ignored the phone, other staff ignored people standing at the desk, pretending to not understand English or Spanish. I eventually walked back behind the desk, and into the back room and yelled to find the manager. She repeatedly stated she was coming, but it took 5-10 additional minutes. She refused to refund the night, kept trying to blame housekeeping, even when I said that the heat wasn’t just off, but broken. She did everything she could to ignore other people who also complained that they had no heat.

I stayed here for 11 days, so got to know the place quite well. The rooms were clean and tidy, the staff were polite (although depending on who was on shift the helpfulness varied). The continental breakfast was adequate to start the day, two types of small muffins, several types of fresh bagels, selection of fruit and a couple of types of cereals. There is coffee / orange /apple juice available all day. The hotel itself was very quiet, no issue with any noise (other than the freeway outside), even when it was busy, which tends to be on a Friday / Saturday night. Plenty of parking space and several Gas stations in easy walking distance, the nearest of which serves a large range of wine and beers at a reasonable price.

We arrived at 6:00 PM to our reservation. When we entered the room, it was nearly as hot inside as it was outside. The desk clerk said that it was "Mother Nature" but we soon established that the air conditioner would only blow cold air for a few minutes at a time. There was paint peeling from the ceiling, the advertised alarm clock was not plugged in nor was anything else. The mini fridge was bolted shut. When we complained to the clerk, we were given a new room and though it was still uncomfortably hot, it was bearable. The Winham customer service line said it would take a week to review our claim and possibly get a refund, so we really did not have a choice as we couldn't afford to get a room at a respectable hotel. When we arrived at the new room, there were beer cans strewn about the room as it had not been cleaned yet. Again, it was 6:00 PM. The cleaning crew was very nice to us and cleaned the room while we went out to dinner. We came back a few hours later and toughed it out through the night to sleep. The next day we stayed gone all day until midnight and came back to sleep. In the morning, my friend went to front desk to get more towels as we were only given 3. The desk clerk said, and I quote, "How am I supposed to know where the maids keep the towels?" So we left without showering. I can assure you that I will never stay at another Windham run hotel again. My friend is a platinum member and to see the way he was treated when calling to get the situation resolved left me feeling disgusted. Just an overall appalling experience.

If they had no stars that is what this place would be, horrible service! The hotel is mediocrely being remodeled. The bathroom was dirty with feces on the toilet, after telling the housekeeper, she took some toilet paper, ran it under the water and rubbed it off, and said it was fine. I was so disgusted! After countless effort trying to communicate with her, she was not understanding me and we did our own cleaning since we were in town for a funeral. At the end we checked out, they were refusing to give us a receipt. Mind you its 3am, no one else is needing help and the front desk clerk was rude, unwilling to help or give us a receipt. After going back and forth with her, she finally slammed it down on the desk for me. We will NEVER be back again nor recommend ANYONE to stay. Stay away!

The door to get into my room had to be manhandled to get it open. The rubber tub stopper had mold on it. The toilet wasn't clean. The bed was nice, but the blanket wasn't much and the mattress pad was dirty. There were no open electric plugs, the front desk workers were nice but unorganized. The breakfast was not worth eating, all of the food looked old. I paid 46 a night, but it should have been 25-35 a night.

I've been getting rooms here for several months once a week on average and at first was satisfied. Lately not so much. Last night was the last straw we had been moved twice because our air didn't work and after that it still didn't work and the staff acted as if they had no interest in making it right. On top of it all I went to get ice from the one ice machine and it didn't work said "out of order" ! I left and will not be going back ever!

Advertised airport shuttle but ended up costing more than the room itself. Still has smoking rooms which stink up the whole place. The carpets are gross and the air conditioner/heater is extremely noisy and spews out dirty air. Honestly can’t believe the standards of a hotel can be this low. I stayed in nicer places for cheaper in 3rd world countries

My company booked a room for me last night since my truck is in the shop. I get here to check in and I hear the people at the desk saying how they are charging the company a $250 hold for booking thru a 3rd party..no big deal. Then they ask for my credit card bc they need a card on file. I ask if there will be any charges and they say no. Sure enough they have placed another $111.77 on my card as well. My company reserved the room again this morning so I go to get the key replaced and the older white lady has a bad attitude. She asks for my card again. I ask her if there will be any charges, again. She says no, obviously lying. I told her about yesterday and she said oh well there will be a hold. That's exactly what I'm asking I told her. So they they take $361.77 in "holds" plus the cost of the room for one night. I've never had this happen before and I hopefully I'll never have to be back here.

We had to stay here due to a flight cancellation with weather. It took us a while to find the shuttle van because we couldn't get ahold of them and eventually found it by walking up and down the pickup area at the airport. Upon arriving there were a lot of people in line due to other flight cancellations and the two-member night staff were going fairly slow with a stiff attitude towards everyone. The room was very accommodating, clean and comfortable, with easy access from elevator. (we stayed on the second floor, non-smoking) in the morning we had to get up early, eat breakfast, and catch our shuttle back to the airport at 7am. Eating breakfast however was frustrating because even though they said that breakfast starts at 6:30 the one member morning staff didn't bring everything out until 6:50am, making it so that we almost missed our shuttle. We made it on time with a great shuttle driver and overall still had an experience that worked out for our new flights. We give our thumbs up to thesethese staff members even though it was a lot of work, they got through it!

The location is inconvenient, it is set behind another building and very difficult to find for taxi and rideshare drivers. Front staff was very rude when checking us in, and ran our card three times without asking, locking us out of our account. We also requested a room with a fridge and microwave, but did not receive one. The room is mediocre, not very visually appealing. Peeling wallpaper, a few bugs, etc. Continental breakfast is a smaller variety, but satisfactory. There doesn't seem to be concierge service. The elevator is almost too small to fit yourself and luggage. Overall not the worst place, but definitely would stay elsewhere.

This place is the definition of unprofessionalism. I have stayed here twice and the second time was out of convenience as I would be working about 5 minutes away for a week. The first time when I came to check in the receptionist was layed out on the couch in the lobby like she was at home. She had her shoes removed and I think she was actually asleep. The last time I stayed, another receptionist got upset and started cursing because I asked her a question about booking and using a veteran's discount. She never answered my question and at the end of it accused me of being "selfish American"

Horrible, stay away. Indian lady was so rude. She declined my card twice. Farted while I was checking in. Then is rude to a person staying there already, telling him he couldn’t hang out in the waiting area in reception. The smell of the hallway and being hot makes it a walk through hell. Bathroom tub was nasty, it had someone’s Hair in the drain and the door wouldn’t shut. Breakfast was horrible. Coffee tasted horrible they only offer toast, poorly made coffee, cereal and mini muffins, not lying. Then an elderly Indian man was roaming the dining area and hallways!!! . My first choice for hotel was days inn but they were booked :( never returning.
