I wish I could give them zero stars. The day crew definitely deserves at least a 4. As for the night crew. I had an issue with this lady working there, she was older with brownish reddish hair. She was very rude to me. She had the store doors locked at 8:30 pm, I had already placed my order online and paid for it. When I got to the drive thru I wasn’t even greeted. I was told they were out of everything except for tacos. Then I asked for tacos or anything to compensate my already paid food. I was laughed at and told no. I don’t know how to get my money back. They marked the order as complete and my payment was taken. I have tried many times to contact anyone and nothing has worked for a refund. Bryan was great to work with tho. He was the only person there to ever actually take down my information and give it to a manager. Everyone else said they’d bring it up but didn’t even ask for my name. This store needs some serious help. Needs a real night crew manager and the store needs to learn reasonable portions. I will update photos later or my many burritos with one piece or chicken and cheese. It’s crazy they get away with this.

I paid for extra sour cream. I opened the lid to show the lady how little was in one and asked if I could at least get enough to fill it half like the other but didn't even get my words out before she stated no I'm not dealing with you someone else can and the guy came around and I said can I at least get as much in the second as I did the first one and he also said no there's only one pump, without letting me finish my words bc the girl claimed I had an attitude. I frequent this establishment at least 2 times a week this was the worst service I have received in a long time for simply wanting what I paid for. I will not be back if this is how I'm going to be treated over some sour cream I paid for.

The worst experience. Received my food in this manner and there is no help calling the store.

Ordered two veggie power bowls today….This is what we got. Worst tacobell ever….Never getting food from here again.

I had to do two separate orders tonight they were unable to complete my first order because their fryer was down. And then on my second order they were out of black beans as well. The employee was less than helpful the first time on the first order and was a little more helpful on the second order. The burritos we got and my nachos were good. However the Baja blast needed to be changed and it was watery.

One day, after a volleyball my friends and I decided to get some Taco Bell. But this Taco Bell was more like Taco Hell! When my teammates and I walked in the Taco Bell to order Baja blast freeze and Doritos Locos taco. This worker came up to us yelled at us to get out and that we had to order online. I will never come back here. I am disappointed and disgusted with how they handle customers and people that go there to have a good time. I will never come here again and I will be taking my service to the Taco Bell in Canton IL.

Drive thru service was not good. Gave me a drink that hardly had soda syrup in it, then argued that it was the ice. They were nice enough to replace it with a new one. I went to ask for a straw and they argued that I had one in my bag, when I did not. I also asked for sauce at that time which I never received. At that point I was frustrated with the service and didn’t feel like arguing a third time. Train them BETTER, and get some better customer service. A customer shouldn’t have to argue to get what they should have been given from the start.

Its a waste of 8 bucks for a chicken power bowl. Way too less quantity, rice was like spoonful, no guac but they fill up with lettuce as if am paying only for it. I feel terrible

What experience? I’ve used the app a few times at this store and have yet to get food, takes my money then cancels my order, don’t know if it’s the store or the app, but I give up. Will never eat Taco Bell again!!

My food was literally thrown together and "tossed" in my bag. They never seem to give more than 1 napkin. Young kids usually working so service sucks. They either don't pay attention and you have to holler for someone to help; employees are usually rude as heck.

It's 2am I just ordered 4 crunchy tacos and a Dr pepper and I look in the taco...it's more shell then anything it was barely meat in it or lettuce I asked for tomatoes and it was only 3 lil tomatoes on it like come on and that was $12.30...smh do better.

Line moved fast and they made me check my order, and proceeded w drive through process. I had gotten most of my items but my nacho bell grande only had cheese, a massive amount of cream cheese and beans didn't even finish it, my taco was great but I also got a crunch wrap and it was mostly cheese, hardly anything in it. This place is great when there's nothing else open after 10pm but it's slowly losing its sparkle as a restaurant.

Ordered the new shredded beef grilled cheese dipping taco box for just over$10. Unfortunately the taco was much smaller than it looks on the menu. While the taco tasted good, it was in pieces and nearly impossible to dip into the enchilada sauce. The chips were a bit stale with a 1/2 filled cheese sauce cup. The rest of the box was ok. However the staff was nice and the place was very clean. It took just over 10 minutes to get my order later in the evening. Overall it was unremarkable.

Service was quick and friendly, food was correct and hot. Most definitely the best service I’ve ever received at a taco bell.

This location is out of chicken, sausage, and eggs way too often. Every time I ask for no tomatoes they put them in my order. Customer service is good.

Their rewards app helps taco bell maintain what it truly means to be fast food (fast and affordable) they usually do a good job of fixing any mistakes as well! The only downside is they always seem to be out of something!

Once I tried vegetable taco, but it was not that good. Another time I tried their small pizza I don’t know why they called it. Pizza? My son used to eat there sometimes but I don’t find anything good as I am Muslim I do not have choices on vegetarian or fish items.

They are open so long during the weekends and always give out great food with nice customer service, definitely a place to go.

Always messes up my order. I always request NO BEEF. I end up getting my burritos or tacos with Beef instead of black beans. Bought to the managers attention & they just don’t care. The employees are rude, always rushing & never paying attention. No hygiene what so ever within some employees.

I tried to walk in and kindly order my cheesy Gordita crunch with extra spicy ranch and this rude and crusty lady screamed at me and my volleyball team and told us to get out. I am NEVER going back. And my team will not be doing business here again. We will be driving ourselves to the Canton Taco Bell where I can enjoy my friendly Taco Bell workers who will gladly serve me my cheesy Gordita crunch with extra spicy ranch.

The Macomb Il location is the worst they are out of tons of ingredients every time I've been in. I'm not sure who does the ordering there but they are not doing their job just getting a paycheck. I will not go back ever. The only good thing they have is Shelby she is always so polite and caring, like she really cares about her job.

Food is almost always wrong and or missing items, one night we went through for dinner. Got home only to realize my husbands entire meal was missing. Tried calling multiple times and got no answer. He went back and went into the lobby and literally waited 15 mins before he was acknowledged and ended up being there an hour waiting on his food that they forgot on our original order. No apology, no refund, no extra anything as compensation. Haven’t been back since.
