We have gotten pizza here several times now and each time the food is hot and done perfectly, the way I ordered it.

Every time I have gone through the drive-thru or IVE messed up an order there's two younger ladies that work at night sometimes and they've always done their best to try and give me the best deal and fix whatever my screw-ups are they're just awesome and the pizza is always great and super hot definitely five stars all around!!!!

I placed an order to be delivered to my address by phone for a large two topping hand tossed crust pizza and 2 liters of Coke. It was the best pizza I had eaten in recent memory and much, much better than their pizza was years ago, which was the last time I had Domino's pizza. I will definitely order from there again. The delivery girl called to say she couldn't get in the building and was sitting in her vehicle with people there who would have let her in the door, but she was afraid to come in the building and it was not an issue. I paid to have it delivered to my door, but it was delicious and she was nice.

I think this is the best pizza place in Hannibal Missouri the pizza is always hot and good it's amazing

Working from out of state and have ordered from here a couple of times. My orders have been correct and made in a timely manner. The employees are nice and haven’t given off any bad vibes. Good location for sure.

Placed a delayed order tonite, got 2 medium pizzas. When we got them home they were BURNT. Like black crust, black toppings, burnt. This product should never have left the store. The spinach and feta cheesy bread was good though!

The recording that answered was very IRRITATING.took too long to get to store. I wanted cheese stuffed pepperoni bread for $6.99. was asked if I was using coupon. Told at first I couldn't get. Then told $7.99 unless I ordered 2. I'm a widow. The entire experience was upsetting, so I refused to order. I would think you would have an easier procedure in order to get a pizza, etc. Don't plan to try again or recommend to others.

This was a joke! Ordered food after being on road wanted to get something hot. Was told 25/30 mins called after 45 min only to find out that our order wasn’t even made yet. They said they were short drivers but since they out source to a call center they were able to quote a correct time. Way to go Dominos you and you call center just lost a customer!!! Terrible

Placed an order at 9:44 PM. Domino's Tracker said Brandon was confirming my order at 9:54 PM. At 11:10, I received a text telling me my delivery driver was on the way with an ETA of 11:17. The order tracker told me to expect delivery in 55-65 minutes. I called the store twice after 75 minutes and the shop refused to pick up! Needless to say, the pizza was cold! Food was delicious (imagine how much better if it was fresh) and order was correct but the exceeding delay and refusal to answer customer service are inexcusable.

I didn't eat there I haven't eaten and Domino's Pizza in 5 years

The new phone ordering system is stupid and has been a waist of time. It's a shame. I'll call cassanos pizza from now on. I'd rather talk to a person.

Latest pickup experience wasn't very good but the pizza was excellent

This place has made my girlfriend and myself sick the last 2 times I've ordered from here and I'm sick litterally and I'm trying not to get irate with them. Not worth the money at all honestly

I ordered a pizza and it was very icy driving conditions that day so I expected the delivery to take a little more time than expected. I received the pizza and the driver was apologetic for how long it took but I said I understood and he left, a lille while later I looked at my email and I had been credited 60 points because of the time it took for me to receive my pizza. I must say I'm really impressed, I order dominos quite frequently and I can see they put customer service number 1.

Our Domino's is amazing. Couldn't ask for better service and the food is top notch. I have been a customer since Domino's opened in Hannibal and I can't think of a time where the place was ever running this good. A+ job Lady's and Gentlemen who make and bring me my pizza. It all starts with great employees.
