Incredible experience! The food was so good the drinks were so flavorful. The staff was so kind and funny they made the restaurant a fantastic outing. Chris was a joy he knew everyone who walked in. We would 100% go back!

Finally a hip place in CDMX with fair prices. Drinks and tacos were delicious and service was great and friendly. Great selection of liquor including mezcal.

One of those places you want to keep secret because it's so cool. This is a tiny place that is really hard to get around chairs and people. But, it's worth it if you want an intimate experience. The bar tender is super passionate and skilled at what he does. He keeps it entertaining too. We also got the tacos which were plated beautifully. I would definitely want to go back and try the experimental drinks that the bartender wants to offer us. Such a cool experience in Mexico City I won't forget!

The first time I went to taco bar, I had a great experience... but the following time I went, the bartender was rude and uninviting. Good food, great beer.

Oh, man! What a great surprise this place is! We were looking for an afternoon drink, sitting there, the small place was practically empty and leaving, it was packed with people sitting at the bar, sipping cocktails and beer like an old school surf bar. Drinks are served generously and prices are just. Don't let the look of the place mislead you.

The best drink and dine experience during my 2 weeks in CDMX. Artful cocktails, fantastic tacos, and intelligent, friendly, staff to make it all better. Affordable as well. I went alone and they made me feel right at home.

A place that doesn't take itself seriously, but also does exceptional food. You can tell this place is owned/run by people who are passionate about the vibe and menu, but also have a sense of humour. If you see a table - get it. It won't last very long!

A must go! Chris welcomed me and my wife into his bar and was great to talk to (spoke great English which was helpful given our shaky Spanish). He gave some great recommendations and we loved the cocktails and tacos. Loved the decor and atmosphere too (interesting knick knacks everywhere). More expensive than the average street taco, but quality is very high and well worth it.

Delicious tacos! The pork belly one was incredible. You can sit at the bar if you’re alone and it’s a nice atmosphere (went on a weekday and there was plenty of space)

Dropped in for a quick afternoon cocktail and ended up staying all evening! The tacos were all phenomenal, and very good cocktails as well. Friendly service and the free popcorn was very good too! Highly recommend - one of the highlights of our stay in Mexico City.

Khris, the owner gave us world class service. Very friendly, great conversation and great recommendations. I gave him full control and asked him to bring me whatever drinks and tacos he recommended. Was never let down.

Delicious tacos and cocktails in a chill hole in the wall with friendly service. One of my favourite spots I've visited in Mexico City

Great vibe - very congested and crowded but that adds to the appeal. The tacos were good but we did find it a bit dirty inside and ordered cocktails which we never received. Good spot to stop for a drink and taco on a night out

Be careful with this Chris person. He hangs around the bar pretending to be the owner, but I have never seen him do any real work (unless if you call drinking non-alcoholic beer work). I guess he’s a regular customer who started to feel too much at home… or he’s the most successful bar owner in the world. It could be both depending on the time of day. Anyway, try not to make eye contact with the Chris person, unless you are prepared to fall madly in love. Then say hi to Chris for me!

This is genuinely one of the best bars I’ve been to not just in Mexico City but worldwide. Great atmosphere amazing drinks and kind attentive staff. I would recommend the pork taco but to be honest they’re all great. This is a MUST VISIT bar even if only in the city for one night and if I could give it 6 stars I would!!

This place is amazing! It’s small but worth the squeeze. The staff is excellent and the owner is one of a kind. The tacos… amazing, the drinks…also amazing. If you are coming from the states to CDMX, make sure you check this spot out.

Cool bar that feels good. People working there were great and knowledgable of what they were doing/making/serving. This place was very busy the day we went, but the place was running smooth with bartenders and staff all seeming cool and collected. Food was also good.

I ordered a chilorio taco and a costilla taco. This is the second time I visit this place, and is better if you come early. You can enjoy your drink, your food, the place etc. I ordered a vermouth on the rocks, and it was awesome. I also recommend to read the book. I finished reading the book just some weeks ago, and you understand more what you are eating and what you are drinking. Visit the place, won’t regret.

The best bar in CDMX by far

Small, went during day and was nice. Probably awesome ambiance at evening and packed. Top cocktails, but don't miss on the tacos. Fantastic. Helpful bartender

Arguably the best cocktails in the city, and good tacos, too. The owner is friendly and is a good source of local info, and he's happy to help out the tourists. I also like the crowd, as it draws an eclectic mix of regulars and foreigners. They also have outdoor seating, and the owner wears his mask correctly, both of which are very important to me during the pandemic.

The drinks are really amazing and Cris is a rockstar (his memory is not that good, though). Haven't tried the food yet but people love it. The place is small but it has a cozy vibe. Really nice place that I will frequent more.
