The rooms are nice, the food and drinks are excellent, the pool is beautiful but most all the service is exceptional. The hotel and complex has it all - and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

The hotel is amazing, beautiful location very close to the city Segovia, just nine minutes from there. The facilities are new, the room was huge and very modern. Breakfast was nice and everything were fresh. Parking around the location is easy! Minus one star because even if the hotel accept pet's they charge 20€ per animal 🤣, was hilarious..

Really nice Hotel with an infinity pool.(Only open at certain times of the year.) Very helpful reception who did their best to assist us. Our biggest problem was the restaurant not being open in the evening and the alternate cafe was not satisfactory.

What a great place to stay to access Segovia and the Sierra de Guadarrama. Lovely characterful rooms a great complex with an undercover area for the motos.

Nice place with swimmingpool. But strange alle restaurants where closed, not told with our reservation.

A beautiful hotel in the middle of a one horse Spanish town, fabulous value with lovely staff, would be hard to beat and we'll worth a visit

Hotel stated service’s we’re misleading. I booked hotel based on location, it’s lovely outdoor pool and restaurant. On arrival found the pool was shut. Surly receptionist stated their website makes clear it is closed this time of year (I checked the site, it does not). It was 28 degrees and no pool??? If I had known I would not have booked. On site restaurant was closed for the day. Told we could eat at their other restaurant. We checked it out, it is essentially a locals bar (nothing wrong with that normally), but it was filthy. Cigarette butts everywhere and tables uncleared of empty glasses. This hotel is 3 star not 4 although you pay four star prices. On the up side Segovia is lovely.
