Will squeeze every penny they can out of you in any way they can. Prices for food and even water is tripled in cost. Food is not worth the price they charge and even got me sick on my last day there. Staff is awesome except for the night receptionist that guy is just rude. Also I had the Do Not Disturb sing up but they still went into my room

Lost my Bluetooth speaker. They had atleast 50 security cameras but was refused footage. Disappointing.

What a great place to spend with your family, I recommend it to anyone. We walked in and did a check in immediately, Once you walk In you get the pool view, I liked how we had the pool to ourself and family due to not a lot of people not being there, personal we’re also nice and attentive to our needs and wants, fyi the beach is right across the street. I will definitely come back again

I have stayed here for 4 nights due to business trip. The place is very old and dirty, does not deserve the stars and the price paid. The rooms furniture and appliances are so old that you feel like living 60 years back. Restaurant is very pricy.

I would definitely not recommend this place. My king crab meat was black! GROSS

Surprisingly nice little hotel with nice and tidy rooms. A medium seized pool inside the hotel, get a room on 1:st floor, they have a glassed backdoor with a patio next to the pool. The bar make great drinks. Qustionable breakfastmenu but ask and nothing is impossible. Restaurantbalcony is a sweetspot during the evening.

Convenient to rest for a moment.. we just had a good time in the pool.. unfortunately some products that we wanted were not available in the little shop in front of the pool..

Some of the room locks have problems, but the reception desk is always ready to sort it out. The staff are friendly.

It's OK, if you are going to the beach for the weekend, but not for work. Good restaurant, great selection of meals.

Is the best choice where you can stay in Puerto Cortés (there are like 3 hotels in here and doesn't mean it is a good one). The pool was not abled cause it was being fixed, so was the pool table. Don't expect any good treat from the employees neither the hotel. If you're looking for a beach in Honduras, you better save a little more money and travel to Roatán.

While they did not gives what was supposed, they try to help when we were sent to them for a day at the beach.
