I just checked out today after a week-long stay Pros: Affordable. Good location- close to food and theme parks. Lots of amenities including laundry room, fitness room, pool/hot tub business center and breakfast. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. They have a little store in the lobby which is super convenient for any last-minute items you may have forgotten. Cons: There was only one working elevator when I stayed there, and no stair access from the lobby. So it could take nearly an hour to get from your floor to the lobby depending on the time of day, and that one elevator felt like it was going to get stuck or fall apart every time I got in it. Also, having only one elevator available for the entire hotel meant that as much people that could possibly fit would pile in there during the busy times while we’re still in a pandemic. That’s a poses a health risk for a lot of people. According to another guest who had stayed there a month, the second elevator has been broken all this time so they clearly have no intention on fixing it. This alone is enough to make me not want to come back. Also, there were only 2 washers and dryers in their tiny laundry room, which were constantly in use. They also don’t work very well. The pool was dirty and infested with bees, which was a little annoying. Breakfast was Ok, but could have used some protein to round it out like eggs or sausage. I suppose it’s an OK hotel for a short stay or if you’re on a budget, but if you have a bit more money to spend on nicer hotel, I would.

Would NOT recommend!! A very sentimental necklace was taken out of my suitcase I had took it off while we went to the beach and left my toothbrush on top of my suitcase when we arrived back to the room the toothbrush was inside and my necklace was nowhere to be found!! Only two people who had permission to come into the room was housekeeping due to the room being dirty and maintenance to fix the fridge. the night shift male receptionist was sketchy acting as if he didn’t know how to call the cops or manager about the whole situation. Cops arrived had to search bags in the room again to make sure it wasn’t overlooked and took my statement following morning I spoke to the general manager and she made it seem like it’s no big deal and pretty much nothing will be done! Corporate was called and will continue to be called

The doors at the bathroom are like walking into a closet as they are double doors, talk about old school. The carpet is so dirty your feet are black if you don't wear shoes The microwave and fridge need to be in a cabinet not on the floor very Taky. Good and safe location but this hotel really needs some improvements. And breakfast was horrible, no scrambled eggs, no potatoes, etc. Just boiled eggs and waffles and breakfast only available till 8am. This could be a better hotel if owners just stepped up to the plate.

The bathroom wasn't cleaned very well and the rooms are just pretty basic. Seems about what it should be for the price. The little dog relief area though was absolutely full of feces and not maintained well. If you're bringing your fur baby I'd suggest taking a short walk over near the Jimmy John's parking lot and CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET.

Stayed here for a week for work. Great location walking distance to a lot of food made it very convenient. The bathroom was not very clean the carpets were so dirty it turned my white socks black. I could have just got a bad room. Staff was nice

would not recommend staying here! i left in the morning to go to the beach and sight seeing and got back around the late evening. when i returned i found my luggage had been messed with and my necklace i had purposely HIDDEN was gone. the male receptionist was very sketchy and hesitant to call the police and kept going to other rooms to make phone calls. anyone reading this, please do not stay here. rooms are dirty and dusty. the bathroom and tub were dirty and had stains in it. waste of money to come here. you’re better off at any other hotel!!! *UPDATE* the general manager of the hotel Nicole Jones, told me to stay in contact with her via email after leaving from vaca. i tried to email her again and found she blocked me so i’m not able to and is not returning phone calls. this is the worst experience i’ve ever had at any hotel. this necklace was very important to me as it was given to me by my grandpa before his passing. it’s very sentimental and they do not care at all! DO NOT STAY HERE. NOT WORTH IT PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE.

I did not like a THING. Room pictures online are way different than the actual rooms. Staff from check in was so rude! Our room was dirty (bed, carpet) it smelled like pee! After a 9 hour drive we arrive a little before midnight and was so disappointed, asked to be moved or accommodate to another room to get that one cleaned and the clerk said no, but did show us the room next door (which smelled worse) even the clerk said the one you are at smells better. I selected this hotel even though it was more expensive than the rest i looked at because it looked better & was not. Fake advertising !!! if i Can give it a negative rating i would. That same night(midnight) i was looking for another hotel because i was so disappointed but could not find anything close!

We stayed at this hotel for our trip to Disney, and it was fine for what we paid. Unfortunately, I took off 2 stars because the hot water at the property was broken during our stay for multiple nights. To their credit, the hotel gave us a 50% discount. I’m normally very patient, but it seems ridiculous that it takes multiple days to fix the hot water. Another group in our party did discover food under their bed that was not cleaned between guests. Other than those issues, our room was adequate. It was clean when we entered and the bed was comfortable. Fine as a budget friendly hotel.

I travel often on business trips. This time, I came here because there were no nearby hotels, so I will evaluate it. Prices are cheaper than around. The room is old and the place where I stayed had water flowing in the bathtub. The rooms are large and have a lot of furniture. The air conditioner worked well. A lot of noise. Breakfast is very disappointing. There is too little variety of food in a very small space compared to the size of the hotel. The internet is also slow, so it's not enough to do business.

We enjoy staying there when we go to Knotts... They didn't charge my card right but they fixed it. I enjoy the free parking and the waffles

I stayed here for 3 months, July 23' thru September 23', on the 5th floor, corner room with a balcony. I have no complaints. I had only a couple really loud/rude neighbors the whole time I was there. I would def. stay there again. The staff were always helpful and friendly..

Love it here. Tommy is the absolute best. If you stay here make sure to give some love to the night staff. They are the backbone to our morning breakfast. Super chill place to stay. They also have the best shampoo conditioner and lotion. Herbal essences. They care about the people that stay. Also if you get in late just tap on the window and they will let you in. It's a wonderful place in a great city and they have the best staff ever ❤️

Coffee, tea and hot chocolate for your convenience anytime. Continental breakfast okay. Clean rooms and plenty of towels for your shower or bath. Super friendly front desk clerks!

Location is the highlight - it’s so close to restaurants, fast food places and all the offices. Service is also impeccable. I ordered an Amazon parcel beforehand and they made sure to hand it over to me during checkin. The check in process itself was very simple and convenient. 5 stars for the staff who are helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and the furniture looks upgraded. The carpet also looked clean. What’s not good are the bathrooms and plumbing hardware. They look and feel at least a 100 years old and my sink tap would make horrible noise when I turned it on or off. The bathroom really needs an upgrade just like the entire room.

The night Clark was very unprofessional, The room had a nice setup, but there were items left in the bathroom of a woman's. Also, the hot tub wasn't hot nor warm. Location was nice grounds are kept up beautifully. The lobby is very nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Would give more stars, but we had a short stay. And I'm happy that we did after dealing with the night staff, Dave.

Here is what I liked...The area was convenient as it was located by two highway entrances. There was a lot of parking available. It was pet friendly, and if you're on a budget, it is a semi-clean place to stay for the night. It also is pretty secure despite it being in a nice neighborhood. It's locked all parts of the day where you either need to be buzzed in or use a key card to get in. They have a convenience mart available to people staying there, and check-in was super easy and fast. I was literally checked in within 5 minutes and the check out was even less so. The staff was very friendly and nice. Also, rooms have a charging hub for USB and regular electric connections. Here is what I wasn't a fan of...It looks like they put in a lot of renovations into the first floor, but the whole building didn't fit my usual La Quinta experience. The elevator button even shows an arrow pointing horizontally up and slightly to the left, which was kind of funny. The elevator had this weird clicking/popping noise when it approached a floor and would take a hot minute to open the doors. The rooms had a bad, musty smell. We thought opening windows would make it better and it did a little, but it was still not good. We had to keep our windows open to try to air out the room. My friend didn't find any bed bugs, but we still didn't feel like we were on the most clean of properties. Like I said - not on par with most of my La Quinta experiences, but we didn't have a do not disturb sign for our room and found out they don't clean the room during your stay unless you request. There were random things stuck to our popcorn ceiling like a piece of plastic wrap. The electric sockets don't always work - like our charging hubs as an example sparked when I plugged in my phone charger, and then it did not charge my phone very fast. The sockets don't hold plugs, it kinda hangs loosely from the sockets to where they fall out or don't charge if you don't have something to prop them up with. When we got in our room, the toilet still had pop particles in there (you know when you get most of the poo but you have to double-flush to get the bowl fully cleaned...yeah, that was the state it was left in when we got in. Also, beware of the one ply toilet paper. The towels were okay - not soft and a bit abrasive to dry with, but what I had the most issue with was the fact there was a long black hair in my towels. I have short dark brown hair, so I knew it wasn't mine but it was a bit gross. And also, one of our mattresses had a mattress protector and the other didn't. They do offer a gym but with how our rooms was, not sure how much I trust using the facilities or having the complimentary breakfast. Overall, I would say it's a cheap value place to stay and go to Disney or Knott's Berry Farm, but if you are looking to spend a lot of time in your room to relax, I would say spend the extra $100 or $200 to stay at a better hotel.

This, by far ist the worst hotel I have stayed in, in a very long time. My whole family is in town last night and tonight staying at your hotel and we are all finding somewhere new to stay. From the smell to the stains all over the carpets to the hair in the room that's not ours in the sink and shower. This place is gross. Not to mention waking up with bug bits on me and my wife. We got in late last night, so I didn't notice anything till the morning. Went to the front desk to request a new room, which we got, and the same issues in that room. Do you all not clean the rooms. Is Black hair on sinks and showers not Visible? WONDER IF YOUR HOTEL IS PART OF THIS WHOLE HOUSE THE HOMELESS? STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. UNLESS YOU LIKE NASTY HOTELS THAN BE THEIR QUEST.

As soon as you entered the hotel, there was a smog like smell. The inner hallways, same. The room is even worse on the smell. I don't understand why people don't comment on this. Mechanical or services are pretty bad and made noise all night, pumps or water running thru the walls. It's a really bad experience Also, you can hear the ac going on and off all night. I was expecting a clean and silent room, The room looked clean, but uncertain. Did not sleep for most of the night. Staff was helpful and courteous. If someone from the hotel can see this, I would like a full refund if possible. Over priced under maintenance hotel.

This place was highly rated on the booking site we used, decent price but the stay was fairly average. Most notable were the strong odors, the hall and stairs near our room smelled of mildew and the outdoors had a constant waft of burnt teriyaki from the nearby panda inn which isn’t the hotels fault but still a consideration. The TV remote hardly worked but had an option to log into Netflix. The bathroom had no lock on the door and the shower didn’t drain very well but I did appreciate how they had dispensers for shampoo/conditioner/soap. Plenty of places to eat at nearby and a nice area to walk around. Overall not bad but not as pristine as some of the reviews suggested.

We come here every 4th of July because our dog has a hard time with the insane amount of fireworks in our neighborhood. The rooms are good, however, this last time the water was a brownish tint in the toilet and in the bathtub. However, the most frustrating thing was that the tub handle had to be really crank down to stop the dripping. The best thing about this hotel is there acceptance of dogs. The staff is very friendly as well.

The hotel is pretty nicely decorated and is located in an area where it is not to be trafficked, but there are many stores and restaurants nearby, so the location is pretty good! Rooms were quite roomy, clean, and comfortable. Service could be better because we requested extra shampoo and clean towels in the morning because we were heading out to Knott's Berry Farm Soak City, so we could have clean towels and shampoo to clean ourselves, but we came back and they didn't do what we requested, but they were nice to do it after we requested again.

Overall, the place was great. Hallways could certainly use new carpet or at least a deep cleaning. Still not servicing rooms, I'm starting to think a lot of places are using the excuse of covid to not regularly clean rooms, but seems more like a money saving effort now. Overall, happy with our stay, staff was great, helpful when we needed something.

Very spacious rooms with place for work. Good service. Nice location. Could be better to have more frequent cleaning and bigger place to walk with pet. Lovely hotel. Breakfast is quite good. Lovely lady who is responsible about restaurant every morning, very helpful, friendly - most welcoming person.

I had to visit California at the last minute for a family emergency. I booked the room, then cancelled, then had to rebook, and the process was smooth and the people at the hotel very helpful. As for the place itself, the lobby and rooms were very nice and clean. The location was great too. Really my only issue was the breakfast. I'm good with just bagels but can we get a blueberry or onion bagel instead of just plain? I would certainly stay here again.

Loved our 2 day stay here for our DisneyLand Trip. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was great but only open till 8am on weekdays which was hard for people who want to get some extra sleep. Location was quiet and felt safe. The pool sign made me laugh. I'm from MN and never seen it before. Not sure if it's common in CA. See picture.
