We were welcomed very personally and friendly. The daily menu was presented with a profound explanation and suggestions. My wife chose fresh dorade and I went with a BBQ burger. Everything was of good quality and outstanding taste. Prices are absolutely fair. Sadly we discovered the "Black Sea" on our last day. Otherwise we would've come back another day!

Fantastic location just outside of the Botanical Garden. The welcome and service is fantastic. A true family owned gem in Puerto de la Cruz. Once again, fresh homemade food that all tasted great. We've been before and can't wait to come back in early 2024. The Black Sea is definitely one of the first stops we make on our trips to the Island. Keep up the great work team Black Sea.

Cosy atmosphere Excellent food Friendly staff The restaurant is located right across the botanical garden. We were welcomed very warmly. We started with Bulgarian tapas and Ovcharska salad, we finished with the Black Sea grill mix. I have to say the food tasted amazing. I would recommend getting a shot of Burgas 63 rakia.

Enjoyed a meal here this evening with my family. Fast & friendly service, and the food was delicious. We had fresh warm bread to share as a starter. My Dad & my fiancé shared the beef grill which also came with chips. my mum had the vegetable burger, and I had the chicken teriyaki - we all enjoyed our food. And the tiramisu afterwards was so good 😍👌- would recommend this place.

The staff at Black Sea are very lovely and informative about the food. We got the Bulgarian tapas to start, fillet steak, Double Mexico Burger and a bottle of sparkling wine. Everything was very tasty. Would recommend the Bulgarian tapas starter especially!

It seems that the owner and his wife are working there, so this is a good sign. Waiter (I suspect that it was an owner) greeted us and provided information about their specials (like fish of the day) and commented items from the menu. The food was good, my lamb burger was great, I ordered medium although it was more or less well done. Fresh sea bream was good as well while chicken teriyaki was bit dry. Service was prompt and it was cosy place to sit and dine. I've paid ~65€ for the dinner including drinks (2 adults and two children).

We visited at a time when it was too late for lunch but too early for dinner which meant that the place was virtually empty although I understand it can be very busy. So the photos will probably not do it justice as they make it look unpopular but by all accounts it isn't!! The service was friendly and efficient. The place is nicely decorated too! The burgers were great! And so was the apple pie for dessert. Reasonably priced at just under 50 euros for 2 of us including a bottle of wine.

Booked for our Wedding Anniversary meal. Fabulous service, we were treated like VIPs from the minute we arrived to when we left. All the staff are attentive and focused on making your experience the best it can be. The starters were fantastic, main courses excellent and the deserts fabulous. When we visit Puerto this is a must for us, we look forward to the next time. Thank you Team Black Sea!

Very surprising when I visited a restaurant with the size of the dish and price. The interior is well equipped. Real synonym for grill restaurant!

I ordered a vegetarian burger: delicious! The staff is very friendly and funny 😊 4 stars for the atmosphere because of the music: it was too loud and too pop. Some local music would be nicer. Just my preference 💁‍♂️ Overall, the place is great. Would definitely go again. 🫶

Every dish is delicious, I especially liked the fresh fish. We were able to relax and enjoy our meal thanks to the excellent service of the staff.

We had a great meal here. The service was first class, and the food was excellent. Their burgers patties are probably one of the best I've had.. We were all frequently entertained by the dry humour of the gentleman bringing our food out. My 10 yr old demolished the fish of the day, as only a person not paying the bill truly can.

We came in May on finding the restaurant on the off chance. We were greeted by Oliver (Superman) who was nothing but welcoming, funny and helped us choose what we wanted to eat with his recommendation. The food was incredible, the best we had the entire week we were on holiday. The baklava is to die for! Homemade and amazing! The Lamb burger was cooked to perfection and the Canary Burger was the best burger my partner has ever had. We enjoyed it so much we've come back the day after for our final meal. A gorgeous little family run restaurant, would highly recommend!!!

A delicious dorada with papas arrugados, lovely desserts, and Paulaner poured to perfection by the German waiter with recent Munich experience. Can one ask for more?

It is great. The food was well made an delicious. The steak was really good and the fries and vegetables went well with it. The staff is really nice (went there about 30 minutes ago, so out of peak summer season, can change when it's at full capacity obviously). But if they can, you can have a little chat with them. Recommend it!

Best burger I’ve had in Tenerife! They know what they’re doing. And they’re doing it with love and passion. I also went for the local potatoes instead of reguler french fries. Amazing. Everything was perfect. The wine had perfect temperature and was really good as well. The service was amazing, and the prices are low for what you’re getting. A+++

We were staying locally so we just popped in on the off chance, we were warmly welcomed. They have a great menu with some fantastic specials on offer daily. I would highly recommend if you are close giving The Black Sea a true.

My partner and I went here for an evening meal, and were extremely impressed. I had the goats cheese starter, and she had the mussels. We both loved it. We both had the fillet steak for main, and it was cooked to perfection. The pepper sauce was also fantastic! The pricing was very good value, considering the quality of the food. What made our visit though, was the level of service. Even during the busy period, the staff all interacted with customers, and made our experience thoroughly enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Dinner was very good, well portioned and flavorful. Even our fussy children enjoyed it! We especially enjoyed Olivier who was helpful and kind but not pushy. Would definitely recommend and come back again!

It is a great place. The food was delicious and the staff incredible, the guyes were literally running around the place. We ordered a burger and a steak. Very well preperad and it tasted really good. If you do not want your burger "medium" you can ask for "well done". At the end the waiter recommended a chocolate cake and it was brutally good!

The food was great and a good price, the place looks nice and is cozy. But our waiter was absolutely outstanding. Super helpful and nice, best i have had in a good while. 100% recommend

Very tasty food in a lovely setting. Reasonably priced. Nice burgers, great steak & fish dishes. Chips could be better. Their desserts are delicious; try the rose yogurt if you get a chance! What really sets this place apart is excellent service. Everyone I've dealt with on my numerous visits have been true professionals.
