Meat sauce in ravioli (twice now) instead of marinara sauce, don’t have respect for religion or basic accountability. Pathetic customer service for to-go orders. They want the money before-hand, even gratuity but no one comes to phone to address mistakes for a long time. Thankfully, I saw the mistake before eating. have lost a customer forever.

Usually a good place but this time the soup was cold, salsa bar was not clean, and the service was slow.

I’ve been coming here for over 10 years. This is the worst experience I’ve had so far. No napkins the entire time I was there. People kept asking and they still couldn’t get them out. No limes or lemons at all. They couldn’t be bothered to get those out either. Then instead of doing just one of those three things, they all stood there talking and then loudly made fun of a complaint one of them just got done dealing with. They all handled the situation horribly.

The shrimp scampi was too salty and the steak sirloin was well done instead of medium rare as we ordered, but they have nice staffs that offset the so so foods. 02/04/22 Update: I forgot to mention that we're with 8 people and this Restaurant at this location did not charged us any extra service charge like all other restaurants, so I'll re-rate this restaurant to 4 stars.

Had a great dining experience here on our last visit. The food was good, but it seemed the seasoning was a little off. What made memorable was the service we received from Ricardo. WOW!!! Felt like I was going to a high-end restaurant or something. He was very patience with our family--it was busy but took the time to check on us regularly and refills were coming fast. Really happy to see someone put in the extra effort and delivering a great dining experience for us.

Food is decent but sometimes varies in taste and texture. Servers are well trained and efficient. (Summer is the best server I ever had.) Dining area is well maintained. Decor is a bit aged.

Don't buy regular plates during lunch, they will give you a lunch plate (smaller) and charge you full price. Thumbs down to the General Manger (blonde old lady). This restaurant is miserable with food portion. Very Disappointing.

Online experience isn't as good as just coming here to pick up your order. Delivery is really hit or miss [mostly miss] as I have tried ordering from them numerous times but it doesn't taste the same as if I had came in person. I recommend this location if you can visit and eat your food right after they make it instead of waiting for delivery otherwise foods end up more soggy and not as tasty.

Went to dine at Olive Garden in Cypress on Katella Avenue as I had work in that area as we walked in the restaurant there were two hosts on the left , taking orders for takeout. No acknowledgment. Main host stand - There was nobody standing on the main host stand, and from far right side a girl start walking towards the host stand she did not make eye contact or acknowledged , . She had her head buried down as she walked up the stand she looked up and said how many I said 2 , and without any word she started walking towards the left side of the dining hall with menus on hand . my back towards the door she did not care to point in the direction she was taking us , as she walked ahead she abruptly stopped at the first left-hand side table which seemed like a handicap section which had one chair one side, and this was facing the kitchen all the servers, Bussers, walking around the table. I looked around the restaurant, I saw a booth against the wall I said, could we sit there ? She said, let me check she acted like she’s getting on the the headset and asked somebody she said OK . I was really surprised why she made a decision to make me want to sit in that uncomfortable seating . we sat in the booth She didn’t say anything she did not inform us what was going to happen next if my server is going to come . Next… few minutes later a young gentleman walked over his name was Vicente very nice very jovial very personable had a very smiling face. Got us going, we started appetizers Vicente helped us pick our great suggestions . I am still disturbed by Eliana’s attitude all this time I’m observing that seat she said other people in the restaurant but she never asked anyone to seat in that table and pretty soon the restaurant start filling up because it was getting busy for the dinner time but at any time she did not ask anybody else to sit at that table that she wanted me to sit down. I don’t know it’s my brown skin or I don’t know if i looked like I cannot afford Olive Garden, but she made a judgment call of having me sit in that table right in the middle of the restaurant facing the kitchen where everybody’s walking I would have ended up having a lousy dining experience. while sitting over there eating my dinner , it was eating me up. It was bothering me all this time I kept documenting if anyone is seated there . The kitchen manager Julie or Julia , very professional asked if the food was good , when she came came to the table. My bill was $77.10 I was very happy to pay with 18% tip . When leaving we walked towards the host stand , and that girl Eliana was standing. the guest with me asked if you guys have any toothpicks she didn’t even look up. She just totally ignored. There was another young gentleman standing on the left side he pointed towards the toothpicks, and then we left. I have been to Olive Garden many times . It’s a class organization for some reason this experience left a very bad taste in me for the host to discriminate me treated me like I don’t belong there . A host is a person is a face of your restaurant when a guest walk in if the Host doesn’t have a pleasant personality or at least happy to be working, even if it’s fake and not give directions to the guests that is a bad start of a dining experience . When something wasn't right with my take our order Joseph at Wurstküche made it right and quickly sent a driver with over a complete new order. He called and left a message when the driver couldn't find the entrance to my place. I found the food right outside my door. I'm super impressed by the level of customer service I was given, It's next level. I ate here once or twice a month pre pandemic and I miss hanging out in their funky dining room. But will always support this place because it is a GEM.

This cute, little Italian joint is now where we take friends visiting LA. Not only does it serve up some great pasta dishes but it also is just so cozy. The ambiance is just right for a Sunday lunch before the crowds come in for dinner. All the pastas are hand made (except for the penne-which is vegan) and are cooked perfectly. My go to is the pappardelle. I tend to stick to the tomato sauces, spicy arrabiata being my favorite, but I've had bites of the cream sauces and those are amazing too. Service has always been good. Keep the bread and olive oil coming! And the value for what you get is great. Parking is very limited in the lot which they share with a bar, a Thai place, and a very busy laundromat so come early to look for street parking. It's not that bad in the surrounding neighborhood. Carpool and bring your friends during the off hours for a great meal.

The woman that helped me was friendly, but I ordered a salad with chicken and I was pretty disappointed. There wasn't much to the salad except 2 peppercinis, 1 olive, and 2 slices of tomatoes. I received about 3oz of chicken which is standard so that was...the usual, but it was chewy. The breadsticks were delicious.

Honestly, I don't hate the food nor the service. What I do hate is that Olive Garden delivers but only through their website and of a $50 minimum purchase. I live by myself. Even if I bought a meal for a night and a second for work the next day, I still wouldn't make the minimum purchase. Please, do something with Uber Eats or Doordash or any of the other delivery apps.

Amazing food. All the staff are so friendly and take their time to make sure you have a good time. The meats are fresh and flavorful. The salad bar has a variety of options all of which are delicious. I continuously eat beyond my belly capacity when I come here because the food is so good. We've been to several Brazilian bbqs and this one is beyond amazing relating to quality. They have a bunch of gluten free options as well.

I could have gotten the same food at Food for less for a hole lot cheaper. Sad.

You need to fire the cook who made my burrito. He/She has caused a health issue and is not cooking to your standards. This person does not care about what they cook and nearly made a child pass out. She made facial remarks after I said I would like a lot of cheese on a side plate. Our food came 1 minute after we received our soup and salad so we did not get to enjoy it.
