The restaurant is nice from the outside and the inside. Well decorated and stylish. The food is good and tasty but there is not too much food in the dishes. Prices are a bit high as the place is not a cheap restaurant. Waiters are nice even if sometime they look confused when the place is jam packed.

The brought salad did not have some of the ingredients from the list from the menu (avocado, onion, herbs). The octopus was like chewing gum. Disappointment. And why is there no division into smoking and non-smoking areas anywhere? I had to inhale someone else's cigarette smoke during all dinner.

Lovely Steak....and our "Server" Yoli spoke perfect English too, she was born in Yorkshire tho so that helps 😉

Very unhappy with our dinner here. I ordered the entrecôte, medium cooked. I had to send the food back to the chef three times because the entrecôte either was very cooked (dry meat) or fully raw (not cooked inside at all). After three times back in the kitchen I told the waiter to take it all back, cause the vegetables was becoming cold, the shef could not cook the meat properly and my friend was finished eating. The waiter asked if I wanted something else to eat, and I asked if they could make one of the other dishes on the menu. I then was told I would have to wait until all the other tables had been served – and the restaurant was almost full. I said no thank you, It was almost 9 PM and I was very hungry. My friend stayed to pay, and had to wait 30 minutes and then had to ask for the bill again, and I went to this Italian restaurant next door. When we looked at the receipt from Blue Monkey afterwards, we saw that they put the entrecôte on the bill. Of course we refused to pay for this meal I never had, and went back the next day to have our money back. This was totally impossible for the staff to accomodate, and told us to get back the next day in the evening, When the manager was there. When we went back as they told us to, the manager was not there and again told us to get back the third next day – during day time. No thanks.. What an incredible unfriendly and unhelpful staff.. Would totally recommend the italian restaurant next door, Olio. Amazing food and staff, which made my day!

We came we ate we had a fantastic time....the staff was super friendly and the ambiance was superb. We ordered the chicken and hamburger....and some bread with Allioli. The bread was deliciously fresh and crunchy...the chips was thin sliced potatoe, fantastic! For us it was very reasonly priced and the food was very well. We can strongly recommend to eat here.... Ow yeah....Just one thing was hilarious! we thought people were dancing the flamenco....but nooo....Some lady got stuck in the bathroom and was banging for a good 20 - 25 mins........this lady banged in a rithym.....eventually a waitress went to the rescue....Bravo!

The food was amazing. The staff went the extra mile and served us something that was not on the menu. The inside is nicely decorated in a modern way. Highly recommended!

I only had a soft drink, but it's a lovely place. Jungle themed with lots of big leafy plants and animal print furniture. Really good service too.

Iconic place for foodies. Great blend of Asian, Tapas and New Kitchen styles. Nice ambience with terrace, chill-out area and diner. A must visit.

Ive only been here for a few drinks so I can't talk about the food. Generally, the place is really cozy, clean and has a great atmosphere. The staff was very friendly as well and I loved how drinks were being served. We'd definitely come back again

We had friends over from France for the weekend and they wanted to take us out for dinner. We’ve always wanted to try The Blue Monkey with its Catalan/Asian twist. Firstly ... best Margarita I’ve had in Salou. I’d go back there just for the cocktails. We ordered quite a mix of food and I tasted most of them. One of the stars of the menu though was the infused burrata - delicious. There wasn’t anything average or just okay but my only criticism was the service. Many things were forgotten or we had to ask twice for them again, but it would be unfair to downgrade the rating because the food was so good.

Made us pay for food we never had, and refused to pay us back when we returned to the restaurant two times to see the manager. Unfriendly og little professional staff

Amazing!!!! Very attentive stuff, good music (and not too loud), fancy location, delicious food and generous portions. And all this for a reasonable price. I can truly recommend this restaurant for eating or just having a drink.

Great food, but it took a while before we could order our dinner.
