It’s a must visit if you are in Murcia ! Is a cultural casino with more than 1600 members , they do book launches , art exhibitions and more …! You feel like in a movie, a lot of rooms with different themes , I recommend you to go on Sunday between 7-9 pm is free entrance !

Totally beautiful on the outside yet unassuming, highly recommend taking a quick look around, it's about 4 euros ish but it's stunning and well worth some time out to peruse the beautiful architecture

It's just great and you should definitely check it out. If you scan a qr code at the entrance you will get all the explanations in German or in the language you can choose.

Wow this is a little hidden gem. It's not a casino, it's a private members club, but four a small fee you can go in and see the most spectacular architecture and interior decor. You get a little book that explains what each room was used for. Plenty of places for you to sit so you can just look and admire. Well worth a visit

Stunning building with a wonderful entrance in morish style. Beautiful architecture, paintings and statues. I have to say though that the entrance fee of 5 euro is a bit steep since it's a really short tour and a number of the rooms are not open to the public.

Absolutely loved this! Nice man at the ticket desk when we arrived who automatically gave us a leaflet in English. Worth the 5€ entry fee. Unfortunately I couldn't find restaurant reviews so thought there wasn't a restaurant, yet there was - too late for us as we ate prior to arriving. The menu looked good. It was open on a Monday which was good as not everywhere is.

Great 19th-century building with outstanding features of different architectural styles. Visit focuses on ground-floor level as upper floor is still in use by the associates.

The heart of Murcia. As clean and elegant as ever. On this visit I was enormously satisfied to be able to be present and be one of the signatories of the Regional Municipalist Movement; the power of common sense that expands slowly but without stopping. Casino de Murcia, the right place to deliver the message; one of the strongholds of regional centralism. Its facilities continue to be perfectly preserved. Brilliant.

Well worth the 5 euro entry fee. A visit of one hour should allow you to see the casino and experience the rich history of the building. There are many opportunities for some great photos.

Stunning building well worth a visit when visiting Murcia. The entrance is on the main pedestrian street towards the cathedral. The entrance fee was only a few euro each. The detail and decoration is amazing, each room has a different feel and design. It is still used as a private club so not all areas are open to the public.

Really nice place to visit. It costs 5€ and you have access to 12 rooms. Good explanations with the free audio guide working with a QR code on your phone.

Absolutely stunning, eclectic architecture that manages to capture the historical phases of Murcia. The entrance is breathtaking, photos can’t truly illustrate the beauty of this place. 5€ fee/ 3€ in groups. Self-guided tours (qr code) or paper booklet guide. Love it!

Very nice museum. You pay when you get there and there is no parking as it's in the centre of Murcia

This place has a lot of rooms and halls that each of them has its own design and history. I recommend it for anyone who visits Murcia.

The casino is amazing! Not very big but each room has its unique style and is beautifully restored. We saw original lamps and furniture. The entry fee is very good price. And it includes a free audio guide, recommend!

The visit was nice. On Sundays entry is free, so it was pure pleasure. Personally I don't think it's worth to come in for normal price 😅

An incredibly beautiful building. It only costs €5 for adults and €3 for students to look around and this includes an audio guide which gives you background information on the building and leads you through all the rooms. There is some truly incredible architecture and design throughout the rooms, with Arabic influences. Definitely a must see in Murcia.

Brilliant place to visit. Can even have a drink or meal with a family. This is not a gambling casino more of a private business class club that is now open to the public.

Great value. Beautiful building. Free guided narration. Interesting history.

Beautiful building representing the Society clubhouse of the rich of C19 Murcia. It has been further restored to rival Cartagena. You can dine here some days for 18 Euros. Less visited because many tourists think "Casino" means a gambling place rather than a clubhouse where the burghers read their journals, played billiards or held a "coming out" ball for their daughters. Their ladies powdered their faces and talked scandal in the elegant ladies saloon. The paintings and decor are of considerable interest.

  • 5/5 Emy K. 1 year ago on Google
Beautiful place and the entrance price is very cheap. You can scan the QR code for an explanation for every room.

I think it is one of the best places to visit in Murcia. There are not much to visit here, but this is obligated. It's beautiful and has a restaurant.

Great looking place in Murcia, however a little bit pricey (5€ full price and 3€ for student)

    Worth a visit

  • 4/5 Allan H. 1 year ago on Google
Awesome building with some beautiful architectural elements. Try and go on a late Sunday afternoon as entrance is free.

  • 5/5 Vadim S. 1 year ago on Google
The building was completed in 1852. Look for the beautiful Arabic Patio close to the entrance. It features a large iron-glass dome: over 35,000 leaves of pure gold were used in decoration. Another point of interest is a Biblioteca Inglesia that holds a collection of some 20,000 books. Don't miss the grand ballroom ceiling painting which dates back to 1870-75: you can see some unusual motifs like the ancient Egypt landscape.
