(Translated by Google) It is understood that the Covid reduces capacity to see the short in the planetarium and that we are unable to enter. It is understood that the things in the exhibition that are interactive type are unused and a little bland. But for what I give it a point, it is not for this, it is for having turtles, lizards, fish, spiders, snakes ... in a space SO SO small, that even the children have felt sorry for them. Moorish turtle (protected species) in such a small space, without seeing the sunlight and in those conditions? There is no association that denounces this? The water turtles have broken my heart, fighting tirelessly to get out of a glass cage in which they hardly fit. It's a shame, I will never recommend it.

(Translated by Google) Very close to the old artillery barracks for a tour along the banks of the Segura River. In the square there is a proportional recreation of the solar system. In an old water tank with many water-based games for children. Thematic and interactive exhibitions. The best planetarium, projections on a dome with personalized explanations.

Excellent little museum to include with the other attractions in Cartagena. The ticket fee is nominal and they have an excellent video that gives you quick context for the Punic wall and the role of Cartagena in the first Punic war. The crypt is an excellent bonus. Took us about half an hour start to finish.

This site was 3.50 euro each and was probably worth the admission. The museum and sites are fairly small. However, there was a great video portion that was quite informative. It was nice to see part of the Punic wall and an old burial site as well from Roman times with a spooky depiction of the 'death' God.

Small interpretation center for the Punic Rampart. The historical video was informative and well made. There was a temporary exhibit with Indiana Jones movie memorabilia which was fun. The exhibits were well curated and really worth the £3,50 entry fee.

We visited here whilst on a cruise and spent a pleasant hour wandering around the exhibit. A short film is played at the onset to give you background information on the carthagenian struggle with the Romans. The catacombs are quite eerie to view especially with the skeleton murals. The glass flooring provides an extra dimension to the atmosphere.

Excellent place to learn about the history of the city AND the Punic Wall. There's a video which is informative. After the visit you can actually see what the wall meant. And you will quickly understand why museum looks odd from the outside.

Definitely worth a visit. If you are interested in the history of Cartegena and its success in excavation, then this is a good place for you. It explains the history of the wall, why it was built, and the wars that it would have been taking place around it.

Besides the very short video you can see a little piece of rocks, and get an electric shot while you accidently touch the barriers around. The only really interesting part was a cartoon Hannibal and some bones in the crypt. Kind of high price 3.5€ for very short visit without a guid or even few words from the staff.

Oldest walls preserved in the city, built in the same year of its foundation by the Carthaginians (229 B.C). Besides, you can also visit the crypt of St. Joseph Hermitage, whose "dance macabrec paintings and niches are also impressive.

Good introductory film (also in English) , intruguing crypt, but then at the end of the day, you are to look at the wall or rather its remainings, so - manage your own expectations.

This is a pretty small museum and for me wasn't worth the €3.50 admission because I didn't really learn anything new. My girlfriend did think it was worth it though. The wall isn't that impressive at all. They have a short movie about how the city of Cartagena was created which was fun to watch.

(Translated by Google) A small but well organized museum. The "experiments" are mostly interactive with a short scientific explanation alongside. It delights the children. Because you are small you can see everything with the child without getting bored. It is divided into 4 parts: permanent exhibition room, temporary exhibition, an interactive area with animals and water for the little ones and the planetarium. I suggest you set aside a couple of hours to enjoy the space + some time to watch some display of the planetarium. It pays from 3 years (1 euro) and adult 1,50. A good program for children and adults. (Original) Um museo pequeno porém bem organizado.

(Translated by Google) In spite of not being a science museum as spectacular as that of other cities such as Madrid, Valencia or Granada, it has very interesting proposals, both in its activities and temporary exhibitions, as well as in the services and permanent collection. Especially recommended is the "Discover and Imagine" room where the youngest children spend their time playing with the water. The main criticism I make is that there is no possibility of advance purchase or online of tickets for the workshops or for the planetarium. The only way is to queue and, frequently, making the queue is not a guarantee to get in. It seems like something from another era.

(Translated by Google) Ideal to spend time with children for a ridiculous price. All well preserved and complemented by the explanations of the staff. It is worth the visit. Very undervalued perhaps due to lack of publicity. It would be great to be able to expand it and increase the offer, temporary exhibitions, restoration, etc. Small museum that packs a lot of information in your visit. As others have mentioned the video is very informative and the site is well worth a visit.

We had a great visit to this Museum recently, the staff are so friendly. The museum itself is small but full of history and there is a short video that I recommend before walking around. They have translation device so you can use headphones, it takes about hour all together. The Indiana Jones exhibit is a must see! for all ages, so well laid out, entry was 17e for a family. 5Star

I would visit the ancient Punic Wall museum. This was portions of the wall constructed to defend the city from Roman attacks. The museum makes it possible to view the double wall with rooms and ammo storage within the thick wall. You can also see the actual crypt that was uncovered when this section of the wall was uncovered. You can't go down into the crypt at this time as they are still working on architecture dig in this area. This is the only way to view the actual ancient wall and crypt. We did this museum as part of the tour of Cartagena Spain through Princess Cruises.

How can you pass up standing alongside the wall that was defended by Carthaginians facing Roman legions in a battle that affected world history? The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the archaeology as well as modern day Cartagena. It's on the way from the train station to the old city and port. Don't miss it because of its small size.

Very small but interesting museum in the modern building. Not enough description of the excavations but a good introductory movie. That included crypt from the 18 century is covered by plastic at the moment.

This is a small but very interesting nugget of history, with the site of the Catheginian walls and an old monastic ossuary on the same site. The videos about the Punic war in multiple languages helped emphasise the history of the site, and for us this video helped put the other museums into an overall consistent narative

Interesting museum where you can see a video and then look around. This is a small museum that you can spend up to 1 hour and see everything.

👍 Took the opportunity to visit during the Museum Night weekend and was super impressed with the exhibits displayed. Overall a great exposure to the navy history with amazing range of ships and weapons from the olden days. Would definitely recommend families to visit as means of educational purposes!
