Booked for us by a friend so we did not know what to expect. On arrival we were warmly greeted by our multi lingual hosts, Paola and Alberto. The room was beautiful with a stunning bathroom and the whole building was stunning. This building dates from the 1690s and has been very tastefully refurbished using the old techniques and materials. The business operates with total respect to the environment. Heat is geo-thermal, water from a well system and power from solar. The food is all locally sourced. Service was amazing without being obtrusive. It is impossible to fault this place and I would recommend it to anybody. Ten out of ten is nowhere enough.

Alberto is a wonderful host, the rooms were beautiful and spacious and the breakfast was based on delicious local products. Can highly recommend this agriturismo!

Great place to stay with super host Alberto! He knows all about the region, wine and has good tips for restaurants in Cuneo! The cascina has been renovated with decent material. It looks fantastic and the rooms are very stylish and cosy. Even a big bathtub for colder days in autumn ☺️ Close to the beautiful and culinarily city Cuneo as well as to the famous wine region Barolo. We can really recommend Cascina Fabbrica and we‘ll be back for mountain biking in Piemont!
