The tonkotsu ramen broth is out of this world, it has a near perfect emulsion. The noodles are very good too but the broth is surreal. The only reason I don’t have more pictures is because I ate it all before I even thought about writing a review. Must go for every ramen lover.

Tamashi Ramen in Genova is an excellent restaurant that delivers an authentic Japanese dining experience. As soon as you step in, the decor transports you to Japan, making it a unique and enjoyable dining experience. The menu features a range of delectable dishes, including the vegetarian gyozas that I thoroughly enjoyed. The veggie sesamo ramen was another highlight, with a rich and flavorful broth and fresh ingredients that make it stand out. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, providing quick and efficient service that contributes to a delightful dining experience.

Food was good but the portion of noodle soup is too little for the price! We ordered 1- Small bowl kimchi as appetizer for 3.5 euro I had two noodle soup FUJIYAMA CHASHU MEN for 17 euro My husband had TONKOTSU RAMEN for 13.50 Noticed we paid 3 euro extra I imagine its service fee or tax not sure Light & nutritious meal anyways. It loses a 2 stars because my husband was still hungry .. he had some of my food from my bowl 😅and was still hungry! Honestly didn’t feel that the portion is sufficient specially looking at the prices we were expecting more substantial portion. Taste didn’t disappoint though .

Very tasty and authentic Japanese food near city center. But sushi is not available. Ambience is good. Friendly Staff and they speak English.

Simple menu. Main choice is around ramen and rice dishes, but there are small other alternative as well. All super tasty! Choice of beer and rice sake. My favourite ramen place in Genova, also because the atmosphere they creates is really nice!

Stumbled across this gem while walking around Genova. Best ramen I’ve had in my life, get the tonkatsu ramen and the machamisu, you wont regret it.

Place is great, feels like you’re in Japan. The food is amazing. If you’re in Italy summer time you might want to think twice, there’s no AC. I almost fainted. If you eat a hot spicy ramen, you’re done! Please invest in better AC

Great decor, service was a mix - some didn’t seem to care about being there, some were a bit lot engaged. I was most disappointed however by the food. My chashu-don was super dry - both the rice and pork tasted like they’d been sitting in a warmer for hours. The ramen was okay, nothing special - not sure what the rave reviews are on about.

Such a charming place tucked away in the Piazza de Ferrari. Veggie Ramen and fried chicken was delectable and the vibrant ambience makes you forget that you’re in Genoa. Great and quick service too!

Living in Japan for 16 years and now in Italy for 2 makes me miss a lot the real Japanese food. It's very difficult to find the original taste in Italy, but Tamashi Ramen for sure delivers it. Their ramen has the original taste and you can also taste the Japanese plum wine, beers and sake. The place takes you to a trip back in time in Japan with their decoration and Japanese scene. Very friendly staff.

Best ramen ever!! It was delicious and the staff was very friendly. I chose Spicy Tantan Men, very good!! For dessert we chose the cheesecake and it tasted and was presented like it came from one of the best restaurants. All for a very affordable price.

This place is fun! We come here often. It recreates the atmosphere of a diner on an urban railway station, complete with the quirky soundscape. There used to be only one vegetarian main dish on the menu, but this summer they've introduced delicious cold noodles. There are also a number of vegetable and tofu starters.

Such a cool restaurant, it's decorated so well. It feels like you're in Japan. The food here was delicious, the tofu salad and ramen was extremely satisfying. The Japanese craft beers were also a delight. The staff here are absolutely welcoming and super friendly. The prices are very reasonable for the dishes and the quality of ingredients. I'd highly recommend choosing to dine here.
