It's really an old big house converted to a bed and breakfast hotel. As such, it retains its homy ambience and feeling like you own the place. The staff are courteous and helpful. In one of stays there, I brought the family for my birthday weekend. The staff gladly "lent" us their whole dining area. It's not really big though. Just a minor inconvenience during my last stay was the problem with the hot shower - - their heater was down. Otherwise, it's still one quiet and neat place to stay in Baguio.

This was my first time staying in this bed & breakfast. Overall it was "ok". For the cheap price I didn't expect the same quality of service and standards like when i visit 4*/5* Hotels but there is a lot of room for improvement as a bit outdated. The walls and ceilings in the room should be renewed as parts of them were peeling off. The bathroom towels should be discarded and replaced with new ones, threads were coming out of them. When we arrived there was no toilet paper, however after using our own (we always travel with one), the following day, when the room was made, a new roll was placed. Thank you for that. The room has AC, TV, some minor toiletries. The bed was comfortable however the bed sheets, even if clean, could be renewed. Breakfast: coffee quality needs an upgrade indeed. Menu a la carte was not available, why was it offered to us when we sat down then? The waitress was maybe new as she was very nervous, she dropped the water glasses on the table, dropped the coffee thermos and told us that there were only 2 options available for breakfast which included eggs. We were not asked what type of eggs we would have preferred (sunny-side up, scrambled,etc.etx.c.) and just served what we ordered with sunny-side up eggs which were nearly raw. After seeing fresh bread on a trolley in front of us, we ask for it but we were told it wasn't available. All of a sudden the music turned on very loud (was 8am..) and the volume went lower about 15-20 minutes later. I travel to Baguio quite often and I tried most of the Hotels/B&Bs, apartment rentals, etc.etc. from 2 stars to 4*/5*, I can easily go from luxury to regular standards and vice versa and I really don't mind, it depends on my mood but the price we paid for our stay in Colione B&B was the same as other places/hotel/B&Bs which are actually new and with a lot of facilities. Perhaps an upgrade is needed if you want more clientele to return. I won't post any pictures as i don't think is necessary but I hope my comments are taken in a constructive way. Thank you.

Colione Bed and Breakfast is located in a quiet neighborhood in Baguio City near the Easter Weaving Room. It is 3.2 km or about 15 min from SM Baguio by car. The structure is unassuming and built mostly of wood. The warmth of the inn can be felt once you enter the structure. Subdued and earthly tone of the interior and helpful staff will welcome you. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable with air conditioning and cable TV. The bathrooms are large too with separate shower. Only breakfast is served and there is a good choice. You may opt to have other meals delivered by fastfood outlets in the city. Their room rates are very reasonable and I had a very good and comfortable stay in this homey place!
