During a work conference about 75 of us broke up into small groups and had the opportunity to participate in this amazing food tour. Every part of this afternoon was perfect. Whats a better way to learn about the history of Nashville then trying out some local food and drinks. This company’s attention to details puts them as a must do! Christine was our fantastic tour guide. The way she tells stories about the history of the building and businesses we visited is a display of her passion for her business. I absolutely love that she is supporting other small businesses. If you are looking for a company event sign up for this! Maybe a fourth of our conference went on this tour and those that didn’t get a spot where jealous! It was the talk of the conference. So fun and everything was delicious!

What a phenomenal way to kickoff your stay in Nashville. We got tons of recommendations on this tour for dinner and the rest of our stay. We were fortunate enough to be taken around the city by Christine, the owner, herself. She’s brilliant and catered to everyone’s specific palettes and infused our 3 hour tour with local charm and loyalty. She’s really a gem and supports locally owned businesses with this tour. I learned so much about the city and I was stoked about exploring more after she sent us off. 10/10 recommended her cocktail tour too.

We had a great time on our Nashville cocktail and upscale dining tour. We would have never found these 4 and 5 star spots on our own. The specialty cocktails and unique food items were excellent but the real highlight was the background stories that went along with the locations and cocktails. To top it off was our awesome tour guide Stefanie who was a delight.

A Little Local Flavor gave us a backstage pass to Nashville‘s best! We tasted, sipped and toured the heart of the city with our excellent guide Stefanie whose personal journey as a musician added to our exceptional experience. Thanks to this tour we have greater appreciation for this beautiful city, its rich history and the locally owned businesses that add to the electric energy of this magical town.

Sam was an awesome tour guide! If I was just rating our tour guide, I would’ve given this 5 stars. This is about my overall experience of the tour. There was some confusion with the meetup spot. When I booked it, the meeting spot was on Church Street, but then I received a text the morning of that we are to meet on 1st and Broadway. I replied back and confirmed that we were meeting on 1st and Broadway NOT Church street, and the response was yes, so I took an Uber to the new meet up spot. Then I received another text message 15 minutes before the start time that we were meeting on Church street not 1st and Broadway, and they apologized for the confusion. I had to walk another 10 minutes and up the hill for the new meet up spot, so that was super frustrating. We started at a local coffee shop and had a wonderful chicken and avocado sandwich, then went to the Food Hall for a steamed bun and a beer. Sam talked about the history of the surrounding buildings during our walk. She was very knowledgeable. We then walked some more, stopped by Cerveza Jack’s for a nashville hot chicken taco, a cocktail, and some music. On to some ice cream, fudge, and a distillery to end the tour. Overall it’s a good experience to get to know the city. It is a tasting experience, so the portions are small and you only spend a few minutes in each area, but overall, the tour is about 2.5 hours. Sam was a wonderful tour guide though. I feel that the tour was a bit over priced for what it was, but Atleast you get a better idea of the city with a guided experience.

Nicely paced. Lots of variety in the food, drink and information. Something for everyone! Mathew did a great job keeping us going, adding flare and fun. I’d recommend this tour to someone new to Nashville wanting to understand some history and find some hidden gems. We tasted sandwiches, tacos, bao, ice cream, pralines, cocktails and beer!

We booked a private tour for a group from a college reunion that was being held in Nashville. While it took a bit of back and forth to get the tour scheduled, the tour itself was phenomenal!! Everyone enjoyed the wonderful food, the history of Nashville, and enjoying the beautiful Sunday afternoon. The food is more than a full meal, and all delicious and local. Our guide Cally was excellent, and kept us laughing and entertained the whole way! We were also very grateful for squeezing us in on a Sunday afternoon, and for allowing a late increase in the group size. Great tour!! Highly recommended!

Cally was an excellent tour guide! It was so cool to see the local fare. We literally walked passed these places a couple times this week. Finally went inside and LOVED it. This was just what a bunch of “foodies” from a family owned food distributor in Northern Minnesota needed.

Great tour. Very informative. Christine was a great tour guide. My favorite place was the Acme Feed & Seed. Ribs were great! The music by Charles Walker was very enjoyable. I would recommend the tour.

My son and I had a great time on the walking food tour! We got a real feel for downtown and had great samplings from local restaurants. It was a small group today—just us and our guide Stefanie. She was delightful and very knowledgeable about the city. I highly recommend this tour!

Highly recommend this food and drink tour. It was a great way to experience the city, find new local places to try and get great recommendations. All the stops were locally owned and I love the goal of the company to support local establishments and put money back into the city and restaurants. Rachel was an amazing tour guide, so friendly and knowledgeable, everything you’d want from someone showing you their beloved city.

Held a corporate event in Nashville and took the team on a tour with A Little Local Flavor. Communication was very quick, their initial email (inquiry response) was full of information, answering most of my questions before I even asked. Follow up was great, and the instruction leading up to the event was well put together. The tour itself was also great! The tour guides (we had 2 groups) were both very informative and had great personalities, and the stops were so great. A few of us ended up going back to a couple of the stops on different days because they were so good and we wanted more! Several members of my team went out of their way to mention how great the tour was, so I'd consider it a success and would definitely recommend A Little Local Flavor!

This tour was absolutely fantastic! The highlight of our family’s trip to Nashville. Our tour guide Kristen was sensational- she was knowledgeable about the city’s history, culture and of course all of the food. Every single stop was delicious and gave us a taste of the best of Nashville. We especially enjoyed supporting locally-owned restaurants.

We loved this food tour!! Our team took 60 of our new summer interns on the tour and it was a blast. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and made the experience fun. The food and drinks at each stop were fantastic! Christine, the owner, was a delight to work with! We would recommend this tour for any group visiting Nashville & even to locals who want to learn more about Nashville's history.

We LOVED the food tour! Christine was a fantastic tour guide as well as the business owner. She took us to six different locally-owned places around Broadway. She gave us the history of each of the restaurants as well as landmarks on the way and we got to try her favorite dishes and drinks! All of it was fantastic. We actually re-visited three of the places for more drinks/food/music late that evening and the next day! This tour saved me a ton of time and research trying to pick out individual restaurants! I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville!

This is a great food tour! We would highly recommend it. It was our first trip to Nashville and Christine took us to some amazing local restaurants, bars and areas of town that we didn't know about. Christine was knowledgeable and a lot of fun!! We have done many food tours and we would place this one at the top of our list!!!!

We had an amazing time on our tour with Christine! A great way to see downtown Nashville, delicious food, and fun history. We were pleasantly stuffed by the end! Ribs, hot chicken, ice cream, pralines, and whiskey - so good- can't even pick a favorite. We loved them all. This is a Nashville MUST DO!

What a FABULOUS way to experience Nashville! We HIGHLY recommended for visitors and locals alike! Christine made this city come alive for us! Lots of stops, a great variety of yummy tastes of the city with real LOCAL places - and we also learned a lot about the city and its heritage and culture. If you want a unique and different way to tour Nashville, this is it! (I'd give it 6 starts if I could)! Bravo! We only wish this kind of excellent experience was offered in other cities around the country and world. Thanks Christine!

We had such a good time on this food tour. What a great experience for our adult daughter who lives in Nashville. Happy birthday to Julie! Christine even had one of the singers in one of the stops sing to Julie. Christine is great and loves the city. All of the food selections were excellent and we would highly recommend this to others. Thanks for a great time!

I was lucky enough to take this special food tour post pandemic and it was such a delight dining with wonderful people. The food was phenomenal, the patrons were enthusiastic and friendly, the tour guide was dynamic and engaging and the sights of Nashville were more special knowing some of the stories that were shared. Christine, our tour guide is the absolute best and I will definitely be bringing family and friends back for another tour.
