I just had one of the worst fast food experiences, to the point where it was comical. I'll skip the actual ordering process, although we were already laughing at that point. When we got home and looked at the food, there was zero love. My grillers were 90% shell with a tiny layer of food. Dry as the desert, almost no cheese. The quesadillas hadn't even been fully cut, so we had to tear them apart and there were completely empty slices. The nachos had a huge pile of dry beans and almost nothing else, apparently they also ran out of containers because they have it to us in a box, hahaha. This was so bad that I called in to complain, but their phone wasn't working. They probably turned it off so they could get through the night without all the negative feedback. This was seriously atrocious. And what's really bizarre is I ate there just a few days earlier and they did a great job. Whoever was running the night shift needs a taking to, they clearly don't care anymore.

My son and wife ordered food on 7/1/23. The order was wrong. The female employee was very very rude to my wife. My wife was trying to be ok with everything until the girl threw the sack of food on the counter at my wife. My wife then demanded that the manager give her her money back. The manager was rude but admitted that the employee threw the food bag at my wife in anger. My wife was so mad that she almost called the police to file an assault charge against this employee. We will never go to this Taco Bell again. I wish that there was a way to give this place less than one star. We have lived here over eleven years and this Taco Bell used to be pretty good but it has gone downhill a lot in the past few years. Long waits, understaff, stressed employees and wrong orders. This is the first negative feedback that I have ever given any business online so please do not take this lightly. I feel that the female employee should be fired and the manager re-trained on management and customer relations. Please fix the problems at this Taco Bell or close down. I will be talking to corporate on Monday about this situation.

Well the place was clean, bathrooms clean. Food was prepared efficiently, and was passing by during the limited free taco Tuesday.

The person who takes your order in drive through is beyond rude,she thinks her loud and obnoxious voice is somehow polite and nice but by far annoying and rude.she’s always aggressive to rush you on when you’re trying to see if you got all your order and of course they always forget a couple items,this is the 3rd time they forgot items that o ordered. Poor customer service

Got our order wrong and was very rude about it. The two girls at the window seemed like they hate each other and aren’t afraid to show it. Food tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp longer than the allotted time. Potatoes were like eating saw dust. Got two of the same burritos, both different sizes with almost no beans in one, and other one exploding with beans.

While I'm aware this is fast food. The girl working the window today was extremely hyped to the point it gave me anxiety. She didn't smile and acted like she has too much disdain for the customers she serves...

Rude employee States " we only have one size of coffe" then slamed the window shut. I can under stand that you only have one size!! But the cup was only HALF FULL!!! I swear Hurricane Utah seems to be setting the standard of LOW standards for fast food.

The cashier was very rude. We asked to switch our drink (drive thru) because it didn’t taste right. She gave us an annoyed look, didn’t say anything, and took the cup. We asked for sauce that she didn’t give us despite us telling her which ones we wanted twice. She gave us another annoyed look. There was also a blonde hair in our meal box. The nacho fries also didn’t have seasoning on them. Plain fries. Terrible experience.

Went through the drive through during lunch. The employees were friendly and our order was made properly. We spent maybe 5 minutes in the drive thru. Would eat here again!

Missing Nacho Fries, Cinnabon, five large cherry breeze frezies, 1 large MD Baja blast , and 2 Small fruit punch Gatorades. The driver was rude and didn't wait to make sure she had brought everything. We called the store but they were not helpful in resolving the problem.

We had a minor issue with our order and when i called about it i spoke with, Mary. She was amazing! She apologized a million times and promised to make it right. I’m just satisfied with her sincere apology and her want to get it fixed immediately that I’m not even worried about getting the item replaced! Too bad McDonald’s In Hurricane can’t find one single employee like Mary! Thank you, Mary for making me feel like i as your customer mattered to you and the business!

I ordered the Steak Bowl & will again. The only thing I would change is the bowl. I think it should be a fried tortilla bowl. Yes, I know that makes it more like a taco salad. But because it's unique in ingredients, it would be a Taco bowl of its own. Thanks guys!

Very nice gentleman behind the counter. Everyone, along with the clients, looked like people plucked out of a western movie. The food surprisingly good taco tasted better than at the family-run Mexican restaurant. PS. Good tea

Sketchy area, but the person at the drive-thru was super friendly and our order was made correctly. Not usually a taco bell person but at 10pm there wasn't much else to pick.

Multiple times my online order was delivered missing items. Even when the delivery driver questioned if all items were included, employees incorrectly confirmed everything in the krder has been provided. No response from corp.

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat. Friendly staff greeted me when I entered. I had made a mobile order and casher made sure my order was started. My food came out quickly and correct. Food was hot and nothing was skimpy. Restroom and restaurant were clean and orderly. Definitely will come by again.

For a Taco Bell 9 times out of 10 this place has good food! We recently got Taco Bell in St. George and were highly disappointed/sick. Last night we ordered from Hurricane again, and it was so good! Again. 😉 Crunchwrap supreme is bomb, Doritos tacos are good, mtn dew freeze is a family fave and so nice in the summertime! Do the drive thru, don’t go inside! For some reason, service was slow inside when this place first opened so we switched to drive thru and haven’t had a problem since. This location is definitely worth a try!
