I enjoyed my stay here. Made a stop in Council Bluff to explore the area and Omaha. Front desk staff were super friendly, housekeeper was super friendly, rooms looked clean, water pressure was good, liked the fridge and microwave in the room, overall enjoyed the stay. Hand soap, shampoo, body wash are in dispensers which I actually like instead of the small containers most hotels have. It’s environmentally friendlier and most places don’t offer hand soap so that was nice. There is construction by the hotel but you can’t hear anything going on at night. The location is excellent. Only minutes away from some cool attractions and downtown Omaha. Will definitely stay here again.

PERFECT for families visiting the Omaha Zoo. I hate driving the interstate and this was the quickest, easiest drive ever! The hotel was clean and well decorated. The rooms were nice and we enjoyed having the fridge and microwave available. Breakfast had a large variety each day. My only suggestion is adding fresh fruit but everything else was perfect. All the staff was personable and friendly but we particularly loved Steohanie who worked nights. She brightened our stay and had great area recommendations for us. We also enjoyed utilizing the laundry area so we could return home with clean clothes. 100% would stay here again.

Nice hotel right by the interstate. Easy access to Omaha attractions and restaurants/groceries in Council Bluffs. Cheaper gas right beside it at Mega Saver. Staff was friendly, always greeting you as you walk through the door. Hot breakfast always a plus.

Cleanest inn I've been in so far, and I've been through a lot! The customer service was excellent. Especially for checking in. Wow!! I would highly recommend this place for people who are looking for excellent customer service! Side note to the manager: Can you come up with some customer service training classes and teach other hotels? This would be beneficial for everyone 👍

The woman behind the desk running literally everything, is just the sweetest, hardest worker. She needs a raise BIG time! She does it all with a smile. Good clean affordable rooms!

Horrible! Would never stay again or recommend to anyone. Supposed to be smoke free rooms but reeked of cigarettes and room was dirty. We let the front desk know and they advised they knew that someone had smoked in the room and had been charged. They advised they would comp the night’s stay since it was late and we had no other options so we stayed. When we inquired the next day, the front desk clerk got confrontational and said manager was not available because he was out of town. 5 minutes later the manager showed up and was confrontational. Please save your self the hassle and find a nice place to stay! This place is rundown and has horrible service.

This was a 1 night stop on our way home. Stayed here due to the price & rating. ( after arriving and seeing the room etc... it was over priced) This was close to interstate 29, and the casinos, and a golf course. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL! There is some road noise. Now to the accommodations. It was clean. The TV was small & not the best picture quality. The room was suitable but simple, a bed, desk & chair, a microwave and mini refrigerator with freezer. No other seating. Coffee maker, Styrofoam Cups unwrapped. The shower was great lots of hot water and a great shower head. The bed that was comfortable. The bedding was stained in a few place and coming apart on the edges. It needed to be updated. Breakfast was your standard breakfast fair eggs waffles cereal sausage, muffins, biscuits and gravy, yogurt etc... nothing fancy. The last thing I want to say is there was a smell thur out the property that was a bit on the strong side. Smelled let a men's colone, some might get a headache from it.(like me) Would I stay here again? Probably in a pinch. Again for the type if hotel it was over priced.

I was very impressed by BridgePointe Inn & Suites Council Bluffs. There have been many upgrades since the last time I was here. Our room was clean and comfortable, not to mention it had a nice size refrigerator with small freezer and a microwave. The staff was amazing! Helpful and friendly!! Last but not least a full complementary breakfast is available every morning! For the price this is an excellent choice for a place to stay. This is where we will stay anytime we are in the area.

This is a fantastic property. The service is excellent, the rooms are very spacious, clean and quiet, and the breakfast was great. I thought the location next to the freeway (and with local construction) would be an issue. It wasn't at all. The A/C blows as cold as you want and the water in the shower is hot and has very good pressure. I couldn't imagine staying somewhere else when I return to this area. Just a top-notch place in terms of what it offers and how it is run.

I stopped here while on a cross country drive with my very large dog. Great service, clean rooms, helpful amenities (in room fridge and microwave, on site laundry, bottle filler water fountain, big hot breakfast). Dog fee is very reasonable. One great touch is no single use plastic bottles or bar soaps in the rooms! All soap, lotion, shampoo etc is in refillable wall mounted dispensers. For a budget hotel this is a great value and you can tell they care.

We came in late and cold and completely exhausted. Chris was such a kind young gentleman, and he was so helpful assisting us in choosing a room where we could see our two UHaul trucks. He was very accommodating when we needed to take multiple parking spaces. It was 25 degrees and we had 5 dogs and 6 cats in the truck, as we are moving our whole family from Montana to Arkansas. We have a heater for our animals and Chris went out of his way to find an outlet we could park next to so our babies had heat all night. He even said there was a security camera there so he would keep an eye on the truck while we slept. We didn't want to bring all 5 dogs inside because they would keep us awake ALL night long. Chris treated us like family and we are so grateful for his kind nature and professionalism. Both of our rooms were clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were divine! We enjoyed a nice breakfast and Morning clerk also named Chris was super helpful to us getting our crew back on the road, and we thank her as well. When we pass through Omaha, we will always stay here, it's just like home, only QUIETER!!

I was pleasantly surprised. The location is right off the highway which is convenient. The staff was extremely nice. My favorite was the breakfast. The room wasn’t bad.

The rooms are basic but knew this ahead of time. Beds comfortable also a nice fridge in room. The shower had real good water pressure. Service both day and evening they were the nicest people could not help you enough. Breakfast was good but options never changed the 4 days I was there. Also site on line shows shuttle which should be removed from web page as was told it has not operated since the pandemic.

We recently stayed at the there and the ladies were amazing. We had booked at a different hotel which rudely turned us away at check in. Christina was able to get us room there at the BridgePointe Inn and was so helpful and accommodating by letting us check in early. Even when we had to extend our stay due to unexpected events, the ladies were great and quick to get it taken care of. Christina, Stephanie, Jessica, Heidi, and the whole cleaning crew were great. My 4 year old daughter loved going by the front desk to show them her outfit and talk with them. Just overall amazing service and environment. The staff at BridgePointe Inn are setting the bar for top customer service. If we are ever in Councils Bluff, we know were we are staying !

Stopped for a quick overnight at this hotel as we were passing through Omaha. The check in was easy, room was nice & clean, beds were comfortable, they allowed us to have our two dogs with us in the room (hassle free), breakfast was delicious, hospitality was great. You just can’t beat this for the price!! We will definitely be staying here again anytime we drive through. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Right from the point of entry it smelled great and seemed very clean. The staff was very friendly and informative. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Great location, right off the highway and minutes from downtown Omaha. If planning a visit to the Zoo, very quick and easy! Highly recommended!

Surprising gem in the rough. Nice room, good location, average breakfast. Disclaimer, we stayed on a weekday not Friday. Hostess bragged about bacon for breakfast, but none was found when we went. Oh, less than 5 guests at the property that night.

Thumbs up for a very clean, well maintained hotel that was reasonably priced. Front desk was helpful. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it’s very good for its price point. We’ll stay again when we travel this way.

Overall a pretty nice hotel! Staff was wonderful, especially Jess at the front desk! We checked in the morning after driving down from Minnesota through hail and downpour. Good price for the room, there was an early check in fee but it was very modest and I just wanted to sleep. Breakfast was awesome! My only complaint would be the toilet in our room could have been cleaned better but that was it. Public areas of the hotel were extremely clean. Bed was also very comfortable and clean!

The staff was absolutely wonderful and super helpful! The owner even took my daughter's stuffed animals and lined them up all sweet on her bed, which was absolutely precious! The breakfast is decent and was nice and fresh. We would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

The staff at this hotel are some of the nicest people I've ever encountered at a hotel. I also really appreciated the higher level of security over the parking lots. We brought some nice cars with us so happy to know they were safe. Breakfast was solid & rooms were adequate.

The staff was super friendly. The room was nice. Shower pressure was great. Slept horrible.. the bed was really really firm and the pillows were really soft and thin. Might be perfect for a back sleeper, but not so much for a side sleeper

Rooms were bit disappointing. Particularly, the bathroom. Underwhelming. It's in desperate need of an update. In general, the beds were not very comfortable and there were still remnants of the previous occupant in one of the drawers, which was a bit concerning. Had great service from the front desk while we were there. No complaints on that front. The breakfast was also lackluster; powdered eggs are not our thing.

As I am laying in bed, still here at the hotel, I can't stop thinking of how much I wanted to like this place due to the previous reviews but I can say that this may be my last time staying here. If it wasn't for the customer service and very friendly front desk crew, I would be giving this a 1 star. Night staff was very accommodating and price matched the room from a cheaper price I saw on a website. When I got into the room, it looked clean, very nice refrigerator with large freezer. When I was getting settled in, I noticed the pillows looked out of place and worn down a bit but I didn't think too much of it until I saw candy wrappers and a chip bag on the floor. After picking up the garbage, I went to wash my hands and the faucet had sticky fingerprints and smudges all over. When I walked into the bathroom, the toilet paper roll was close to empty with out an extra roll and smelt like cigarettes. I am totally disgusted. Cleanliness 0/5 Customer service 5/5

Nice hotel at reasonable prices. Great service at the desk. Nice, does not equal quality though. Have to turn on "cold" faucet for hot water. Also, seems to be new paint on an old building. Again, for the price, totally able to look past the minor issues.

Front desk ladies were extremely friendly. Free hot breakfast available. Kitchen area was very clean. The area doesn't look like much when you drive up, but Old Market was about an 8 minute drive, and the zoo was only about 15 minutes away. We would stay here again

This was a great hotel to stay in. I did have two issues (one more significant than the other), and both were resolved very quickly. Even though this is a pet friendly hotel, I didn't hear a thing. As for location, my spouse and I were in the area to see a performance at the Admiral Theater in Omaha, but no hotel on the Nebraska side impressed me (review-wise) as much as this hotel, and it was less than 10 minutes away from the theater.

I stayed at the BridgePointe Inn & Suites for one night while traveling from Florida to Seattle, Washington. This hotel is right off of the interstate (which is closed in the area, but is still right off of the road where traffic goes through) so it is extremely convenient in that aspect. The location of the actual hotel itself was not my favorite, one side being behind two gas stations and the other being behind houses. It did not feel like the most secure location, but Stephanie at the front desk assured me that when the weather is nice outside, she walks two blocks home, so that made me feel better. Check in was quick, easy, and efficient. They also have a text messaging system that sends you messages and you could text back to the same if you needed anything. The room was clean, the bed was really comfortable, and it was very quiet at night. I used the ice machine and water bottle fountain in the morning, but did not eat breakfast (because I left too early) so I do not have any comment on the breakfast. Despite the initial feeling of the hotel not being in the best area, especially as a solo traveller with a TON of personal belongings in the car, I was reassured by the staff. The actual hotel is clean, great for the price, and an overall good option to stay! I would stay here again if I was ever in the area!

Best quality for the price. Almost better than the expensive ones in town. Great breakfast! Eggs, waffles, pastries etc. Room was fantastic. Fromt desk was very nice. Totally will be back!

Great place to stay. Can't say enough about how friendly and accommodating the staff were. The price was very affordable. We stayed 9 nights. It definitely exceeded my expectations for the price. Location to the CHI Center and the zoo. Again, a shout out to the wonderful staff.

We had to catch a early flight and it was super close to the airport, we were able to take our pet for only a 15.00 fee. It was super clean and the late night staff was super friendly.

Room layout a little goofy w/sink and bath but nice amenities. Very functional. Fridge w/freezer and microwave. Security cams of well lit parking lot made you feel secure. Beds very comfy. Lights could have used a level in between off and SUN.

Stayed here with our dog on a road trip. This hotel is fantastic value for money. Dog surcharge was only $15 which is very reasonable. We appreciated the two-door mini fridge and bedside clock with phone charger and good hot breakfast. Nice thoughtful details. And as many others have mentioned, the genuinely friendly front desk was a pleasure after a long day of traveling. Keep up the great service! This greatly sets you apart from other hotels we have stayed at in all our travels in the Midwest.

Staff was VERY friendly!!!! They were quick to take the time to answer questions and to be helpful. I really appreciate the customer service! The motel had a pleasant smell, and was very clean. Breakfast had waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, donuts, pastries, breads, biscuits, sausage gravy, cereals, oatmeal, yogurts, fresh fruit. And other items. I am happy we stayed.
