Had our kids birthday party here and have been to several other parties as well. It's chaotic and loud, lots to do. The staff made sure everything for the parties were taken care of, including set up & clean up, gifts, cake, and food ready to go and they kept track of time. Even took photos the kids loved watching the slide show as they ate. You can even buy party favors with your party package so all you have to do is show up. My kids always have fun at the parties.

We had a bday party here. Had a great time. Kids were worn out! For the price you pay..they did a great job. Wish they were able to have just a bit longer at the end of the party to open gifts. But young kids can only last so long after almost 2 hrs of playing hard. Definitely appreciate the staff as they did great getting kids to play along and keep the party going well.

Good place to organize birthday party.I attended one recently and my kids enjoyed it. Lots of play area for kids to jump, roll and slide. The staff takes candid photos and display them on the tv.

We had an absolutely amazing time here! The place was clean and well-organized. Our party host, Harper, was absolutely fantastic with the kids and incredibly patient with all the energetic 8-year-old boys! We are eagerly looking forward to the next party.

Updating: Bounceu contacted me immediately after the review. They did not end up charging me for the photos but gave me bonus passes since they knew I was expecting photos with the package. They're an amazing company! Pros: I arrived early and they let me help with set up. I'm a bit of a perfectionist so I was happy that I could get in and do it myself. Then, they did a great job with keeping kids, gifts, and cake time all organized. We loved going to 2 rooms as it was great to keep the kids going. They helped with tear down and cleaning and even helped line stuff up to make it easy to load my car. Con: we paid $25 for the photo package and the guy we had came at the beginning for 5 or 10 minutes and we only got 12 photos without a group picture.

Lovely place to celebrate a birthday. Extremely helpful and kind staff. Everyone had a blast. Made my child’s birthday a fun and special one.

Had a delightful time tonight at BounceU for our grandkids birthday party. Brandon was a phenomenal party host. He was very conscientious.and went above & beyond to make our time there fabulous. Threw my son's 5th birthday party here today, and Bounce U did an excellent job! Very organized, kept the kiddos entertained, had cool party favor bags they handed out, and all of the children had a great time! The two party experts were very friendly and helpful, and were awesome with the kids. It was nice to just have to show up and bring a cake--they took care of everything else including set-up and clean-up. They got fantastic pictures of the party. Loved every last detail down to the bubbles, the light-show, the birthday throne, and the music. They were even waiting at the door to the party room with squirts of sanitizer to clean hands before everyone ate. They really thought of everything. Pleasant experience overall! Would highly recommend!!

We had our son’s 8th birthday here and it was amazing!!! We had such a great experience. The party was coordinated by the party expert and we just got to enjoy and visit with the other parents! We would recommend this for any kids party!

Bounce U was fantastic for my daughter’s birthday. They did everything including pictures and were so friendly and efficient! Worth EVERY penny!

Definitely 100x recommend bouceU and the staff for your kids birthday party. I was stressed because the food wasn't enough for the amount of guests that arrived and the owner was beyond so helpful and so understanding he helped us find the fastest fast food nearby to able to feed the rest of our guests ! couldn't have asked for a better place to have her party at! My daughter and her little friends loovvveeddd it soooo much as the adults did too🥰 A big thank you to the staff for being so understanding and so friendly especially with the huge amount of guest that was not expected and me for once not being the host . Will be coming back next year but with a bigger crowd🤣🤣😍😍 THANK YOU

Awesome 7th birthday for our daughter! This was our second party with BounceU, and was just as great as the first! Staff was very attentive, helpful, and made the party run smoothly. Overall a very special day for our kiddo.

BounceU made my daughter’s 5th birthday fabulous! Kat was our party pro, and she was excellent! Her enthusiasm and skill with kids was very apparent. The whole party was so easy for us parents and went off without a hitch.

The party was so easy to book and went amazing. Brandon, our party host, was great! He was energetic and interacted with the kids. He made sure the birthday boy felt special while still taking care of everything so that my husband and I could just enjoy the party with our son. So glad we had the party at BounceU!

The staff is fantastic! The party has a good flow and I love that your party is able to use the whole room for themselves. This is our second birthday birthday and we would highly recommend them.

We just finished having my son's third birthday party in a row at Bounce U, and I can't say enough how much we love it there. The kids have a great time, and the best part is having the privacy of just our friends and family in each area. When we moved into the second room, our son found a glow necklace on the floor. I quickly asked our party pro, Ivy, if there were more available before any kids began fighting over it. She was back in just a few minutes with enough for everyone, plus a few extras. They make it so easy for the parents hosting, the kids love it, and the price is comparable to a party at other locations that can only offer a semi-private party table, while still staying open to the public. Thank you Ivy, and everyone at Bounce U, for making my son's special day so fun for him and his friends!

Throwing parties isn’t always enjoyable for me because I’m busy running around fulfilling my duties as a host. So I was very happy with our experience at BounceU because once the party started I didn’t have to do anything. It was awesome! I was able to enjoy the party, socialize, and play with my kiddos and their friends. I loved it. They took care of everything from setup to clean up and even blew up two large-ish air (not helium) balloons for us. Conner was 1 of the 2 BounceU team members that took care of our party. He was amazing! While I tended to my youngest he helped my toddler open his presents and read every single card to him. It was so sweet! Along with that he was prompt, professional, attentive, fun, and enthusiastic. He made our great experience exceptional. We look forward to coming back.
