I honestly do not have much good things to say about this apartment. They do not work with you, do not allow for subleasing, absolutely are unresponsive. My town home is one of the new construction and there is a firewall panel outside my apartment that god forbid anyones fire alarm goes off, this room will beep for hours on end until someone comes and reset it. I have to call someone from emergency maintenance at all hours of the night and it is absolutely miserable. Management claims they do not have a key and when I voiced that I cannot get sleep from this, they were absolutely unconcerned. When first moving in here, there was so much damage to the apartment from construction, nothing is leveled, and there was a severe ant problem as I am sure from the lack of good construction. Everything is cheaply built and walls are pretty thin. Parking is also extremely miserable.

Living in this apartment complex has been an absolutely dreadful experience. I moved in back in May with high hopes for a brand-new building, but the reality has been a nightmare. Mold issues caused by relentless water leaks from the supposedly "new" roof have plagued my living space. The ceiling and windows are practically infested with mold, and every time it rains, it's like a flood indoors. To add insult to injury, my sink literally fell apart, and they used a makeshift stick to prop it up! Despite numerous maintenance requests and assurances from management, nothing has been done to remedy these appalling living conditions we have not been compensated in any way. The lack of compensation for enduring such deplorable circumstances has left me not only frustrated but also deeply dissatisfied with my stay here. This place has unequivocally become the worst residence I've ever had the misfortune of inhabiting. I implore you not to make the same mistake I did – avoid leasing here at all costs. My experience can only be described as a living nightmare, and I wouldn't wish these unbearable conditions on my worst enemy

I've had an incredibly disappointing experience living in this apartment complex. Moving in here in May, I expected a newly constructed building to be problem-free. Unfortunately, that's far from the truth. I've submitted over 15 maintenance requests and calls regarding mold issues caused by water leaks from the “new” roof. The ceiling and windows are infested with mold, and whenever it rains, there's extensive leaking. On top of mold, my sink has fallen in and they used a STICK to keep it lifted? Despite assurances, the promised fixes from management never materialized, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied with my living conditions. This has undeniably been the worst place I've ever lived. Do not let them castfish you like me; do not lease here. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I wouldn't wish these living conditions on anyone. Update grass or whatever is growing in my window

We moved into Axis a few weeks ago and I love living here! Our unit is spacious and clean and the staff have been very responsive any time I have needed help with anything. Our neighbors are all friendly and I feel very safe and comfortable here. Thank you Bailey and the maintenance crew and everyone else on the Axis team! Update 11/15/23 - lost my garage door opener while walking my dog and another tenant turned it in to the office! Truly a great community and the Axis staff are awesome! Love the office staff. Anthony and Jocalyn are very patient, kind, caring and professional. They are always pleased to see the residents and always ready to answer any questions, also ready to listen and help out. We have lived here since 2021, and have no plans to leave anytime soon.

My wife and I have lived here since January of 2023. Joscelyn was our point of contact when we came to look at the property. As we were moving here from out of state all of our stuff was done through phone calls and emails. Joscelyn did an outstanding job getting us in here. As with any new construction there are issues that have to be delt with. All of our issues were with the new appliances and I have spoke with Anthony several times. Anthony listens and shows empathy when there are issues and he is very prompt in getting the maintenance team to address the issues. I have no real complaints about this complex, and the management team is exemplary as far as I am concerned. My wife and I are actually going to renew our lease here when it comes due.

Brother lives there they like it except there entry door way has no way to stop water from flooding in plus they are in a bowl shaped area which would hod more water in a down pour. They are ok apts. With some amenities. The price for 2 bed one bath is 1800 a month so a little pricey.

Had a very nice tour. It was very well kept and was very nice inside the unit. My leasing agent was very knowledgeable and awesome to work with.
