Stayed here in April. I booked then read the reviews and freaked. But it isn’t as bad as the reviews. It is a little run down but the rooms were clean. Front desk was fine. No bugs that I saw. My car was not messed with. It appears some people are living there but they never bothered me . I’ll stay again cause it’s cheap and alright.

Front desk service was super kind. Showed us the room before we paid. Well spoken English. Maybe bring your own towels. Or use your clothes!?. Bedding is white. Clean. Doesn't smell. There were people knocking on our door. Looking for someone

Very dirty and poorly taken care of see photos. Broken glass in parking lot. hair in the bathtub, and the bathtub was maybe three feet long. There is no water pressure. The lights in the shower were not working. The dust in the photos is from the air filter in the room at least 2 inches thick in dust. I washed them out so we could turn on the heat. There was no smoke alarm in the room, and the mini fridge didn't work at all. We stayed two nights cause we didn't have time to find another. The second night, my husband talked to the front desk guy to tell him. Our room was not cleaned while we were gone, and he said it was not his job. I was at least expecting them to give us clean towels and empty the trash, but nothing was done. My husband asked for clean towels, but again, the desk guy gave him an attitude for asking. We will never stay at this Travel Inn again.. Just Gross! They other people there were regulars, and I am pretty sure they were selling and doing shady things in the parking lot.

The bed was kinda broken, it would make a loud thud with the minimal movement. The mattress had a big dent in the middle that made both me and my fiance be pulled to the center of the bed. If all the bed things wasnt chaotic enough, within 2h of sleeping my fiancee started rattling around complaijing of itching and when he turned his phone light on, we found a bed bug crawling from his side of the sheet to underneath me. We got up and started getting our stuff but first checking for more bugs so we wouldn't keep being bitten nor bring anything home. He found another one on my face near my ear. I still feel like there are bugs in my hair, his back has 4 big red lumps and my arm has one and my foot one too. Probably they were on the blankets. We got to the reception and requested to check out and were offered another room (ha!) and told that he couldn't do any refund but to talk to the manager the next day (later today since 1am now). We will.

The hotel operator was extremely rude to me about my father's death, which had just occurred. I just wanted to cancel my reservation. He compared me to his employees trying to get out of work. He said that "people who want the day off always say 'my grandma died, my aunt died, you always need to provide PROOF." I was at the hospital where my father had just passed and asked if I could just send a picture right then and he said no. These people are mean, cruel, and rude. Furthermore, I originally requested my cancellation more than 24 hours before the stay. They waited to process the request until we were within the 24-hour window. Until then they "could not see any emails from booking.com." They kept making me call booking.com to work out the communication problem. So I kept having to resend new requests. Once the period elapsed they had no problem denying my cancellation since I could not provide sufficient proof that my father just passed. When I tried to explain that I had started the process before the 24-hour window, the hotel manager HUNG UP THE PHONE. I called back three or four times and he just kept saying "I don't want to hear your story" and hanging up on me. It is truly baffling how absolutely horrible these people are. Please stay anywhere else.

This place is digusting. Roaches and bed bugs everywhere!!!! If you see this, ask to see the room first because you won’t get a refund after you’ve paid. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Floors, sink, and shower handles are all sticky. It’s as if they don’t clean the room once you leave. Moreover, the sink’s faucet did not work. No water would come out. Overall bad experience, just avoid this place it’s not worth it.

Called for a room they quoted $100, then hung up after i stated it showed 65$ on the website after that i called back and had asked for a supervisor/manager and they yelled at me saying room not available and hung up. Rude as hell staff clearly not seeing why this person has a job in service or customer care at all. I'd recommend finding a better hotel with much friendlier staffing.

Not for families. Is fairly quiet and I've never had any issues there. But I mind my own business and keep to myself. Do the same and shouldn't have any problems. Cleanliness is fair. Maintenence is like, maybe some day.......

How is this place open??? Complained there was not fire alarm, no shower head, hot water didn't turn on, tv is broken, door doesn't stay locked and roach feces all over the wall. He joked with another worker that it (the motel) wasn't white suburban enough for me, told me to deal with it and refused a refund in whole or in part after I prepaid a week and only just checked in. This place needs to be torn down and this.. sorry excuse for a human needs to be jailed. (bonus if you can find the hidden camera in the bathroom outlet ground hole.. that what is appeared to be anyway) - lost my money, no repercussions???????

It was a room. It had beds. The TV worked as well as the tiny shower and the tiny toilet. The toilet seat was broken as well. Nothing great. Nothing really bad. It did have a gambling machine room for people that are into that. Not my thing though.

BED BUGS!!! Don't do it! It's not worth contamination of you, your clothes, & potentially your vehicle and home. The rooms are getting worked on but the beds need to be thrown out and the rooms deloused . I am covered in bed bug bites. They charge you "$25 cleaning fees" for your pets(not really animal friendly). Could have stayed in a nicer pet friendly place for the cost. Will not come back. Gross

Staff deceptive and argumentative. Water was running for heaven knows how long before I entered room. Floor was super filthy upon entering. Didn’t make a big deal til next day because I drove into town. Front desk wanted to be argumentative and ask why I didn’t raise issues. Wasn’t a big deal, but don’t imply I dragged that mess in with one suitcase! The towels are terrible. Will have stuff all on your body when drying off. The heat did not work. Staff tried to lie and say it would kick on. It never did. Apparently area is where users and street workers frequent. They were present around the property, but did not bother me. Horrible hotel.

Booked 2 rooms about a month ahead of time, each was supposed to have 2 double beds. Without even telling us we were being downgraded from what I prepaid for, we got put in 2 rooms clear across the building from each other (which would have been ok) but only one bed in each. Apparently they "booked up fast" and that was all they had left..? Umm, you make reservations so you'll get the rooms you need, yeah?! ...anyways ended up getting a refund and going somewhere else. Thankfully there was another place with availability on short notice. They did have vending machines and a little casino room which is the only reason for the 2 stars.

Would not recommend this place to anyone other than a druggie. I'm not sure how this place received their license or how they keep it. Dirty does not come close to describing the room. Food, and stuff I have no idea what it was, stuck and it streaking down the walls. I lifted a towel only to find hair and dirt as if someone dumped a dustpan on it. Dried substance that looked like blood streaked on the bathroom door. Dirty toilet, dirty shower. Everything filthy. And NO REFUNDS on anything. The health dept or whoever should storm this place and pull their license. NASTY

This place is horrible they quoted me $55 when I arrived they charged me $70 for a queen bed room. The bathroom had no door, the shower and tub were small, no vent cover in the bathroom it was under the sink, the towels were thin, bed sheets had stains, no ice machine, front desk were very rude, parking lot was filthy and full of trash...I ca go on and on but i would not recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemies. Do not go here. Motel 6 is across the street and way cheaper and much cleaner and cheaper.

No fire alarm, the shower curtain was hung by a walmart bag. Couldn't get the bathroom sink to barely come out. There was a crack all around the door you could see out. Terrible, dirty, go by the room you think is saving you money if you can, it probably is worth a couple extra dollars. I've saved everytime and never had to stay in a place like this. Fair warning.

Plus side, they helped us when was in a pinch needing a place to crash and get some well needed rest. Was on the ran down side. Like missing light fixtures, in need of fresh paint. Wasn't all too handicap friendly as my guy had to push me withsome distress over the thresholds from entry door and bath door. Small shallow bathtub and toilet wasn't all too easy navigating. However on close walking distance from fast food places, QT...kinda that love/hate relationship feels. Sorry, for my sarcasm. If we weren't so far away from home, not 3am and exhausted and paining...would never of stayed, it is what it was. 🤷

I’m giving this 4 stars because I knew what I was getting into. If you’re a random traveler and looking for a fancy hotel then keep it moving. But if you just need a place to stay where people leave you alone then come here. Rooms aren’t new but they’re clean and have USB outlets which is nice. I plan on staying again when the price is right.

Paid for a few nights for a couple of homies, first night they had no heat and rhe power went out on them, didn't get to change rooms tell the next day

When checked in, we were given a room missing most fixtures, no blinds etc etc most just.laying on the floor. Moved me to a second room where beds were messed up/fully used and blood was on one of the beds. Got a 2rd room, door was kicked in, looked like it was shot up. Got a 4th room that was OK, stained beds, TV barely functioned and door wouldn't locked. This motel seemed like a crackhouse and the owners workers couldn't careless. Do not suggest this place but if you do stay here i suggest.packing a weapon for self defense and your own cleaning supplies. This place is straight up disgusting.

PAY WITH CASH ONLY!!! We didn't have no sort of contract or anything, and they charged my card for 400$ for a week when we were going to check out. They DID NOT ASK ME BEFORE CHARGING MY CARD. They didnt call me, come to our room, or ask us if we're going to stay. They are scammers and thieves. Would give negative stars if able to.

Overpriced, staff was very rude, door to room would barely open and close, tv didnt work, bathroom was filthy. Manager wouldn't give me a refund. Terrible. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Fell asleep and 1 hour later was awakened by bites from bed bugs. Also hair on bed and towels. Bed sinking in the middle and very noisy. Left after only a couple hours of stay and refuse to refund.

Room was clean and beds were made. The floors was grimy. Not enough towels. They mixed up our reservation. We asked for a room for 4 with queen beds. We were given a room with one queen. They sorted it out. Walls are paper thin, and can hear the people shouting next door. Don't expect to have a closet with an iron. Meets basic needs.

I was informed by Mike at the front desk that he would not rent me a room due to my daughter being legally disabled and having a ADA registered service animal for her seizures which is in violation of the Americans with Disabilities act. A complaint has been filed with the civil rights commission in Nebraska.

This wasn't our first choice for a place to stay, but bc it was a last minute decision, our options were limited. I don't know where to start.... it was over priced, the decor and furniture in our room hadn't been updated in two decades, if ever, and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in that time either! There was blood splattered on the bathroom wall and the wall next to the bed, and the entire bed spread was covered in burn holes, yet our room was non smoking! I wouldn't stay here again if I got a free night, or was paid to stay! I'd rather sleep just about anywhere else quite honestly! Save yourself the disappointment and the money!!

The room was fine, the staff was rude, and not friendly. They had somebody with a blower that was blowing the sidewalk by the doors blowing dirt into the room. We were there 3 nights not once was the room cleaned. Called for towels and to have the trash emptied, was told no one is available, then hung up on.. The service terrible. 255.00 dollars for 3 nights. The fan guard missing in the bathroom, the fire àlarm is wrapped up in paper in non working condition, and as I said rude as hell. Do not stay here it's not worth the money, if you do, then it's on you. Stay away from there. Go to Super 8 lots better. Troy Miller Omaha, NE

Bizarre place. Very off putting and uncomfortable, in no way safe. People clearly living there and up all night yelling and talking right outside the room. No problem woth people living there necessarily, it's weird as hell but whatever. Just wasn't safe. People standing behind my uhaul and testing doors. No water in the toilet and nothing was clean, smoke smell everywhere and no smoke detector. Didn't even stay all night, New Victorian was a far better option, similar price.

Got bed bugs from this place and upon notifying staff they hung up on me and after I called back a different person said my complaint was illegitimate because it’s been over 24 hours (which it had not been) and then proceeded to gaslight me and then hung up. Trust, you will be dealt with. Maybe a Local Health Inspector or the Nebraska Department of Health & Human Services will consider my concerns more seriously.

Filthy dirty. No one speaks English or claim that they don't. The managers don't care. No room service. It's worst than Bates Motel. I would not recommend this hotel to people who are homeless. Theives and prostituting folks.
