    We have lived here since July, you can hear everyone that comes in, your front door will slam when someone else opens or shuts their door, walls are very thin. The apartments themselves are very small and poorly designed, no extra closet space. When we first moved in there were no extra garages and were just told to wait and see when one becomes available, now 6 months later we had to call and find out that they reserve them and that there is a waiting list, when we were originally told there wasn't one. You have to pay almost $40 for them to pick up your trash, there are no extra dumpsters on site. The main building itself has been under construction before we moved in and still is. The gates barely work, for almost 2 months straight the gates were left open because someone ran into the gate code outside. Management had no idea when it would be fixed. It also seems management has quick turn over. For "luxury apartments" these are not even close. I definitely would not recommend these apartments to anyone.

    For a brand new community I would expect much better. Poor quality finishes for an “upscale” property. You have to search the property for a construction dumpster for your trash as there are no other receptacles. Our unit was not even cleaned prior to our move in. The response from management was “the construction crews clean up when they are done”. Anyone that knows a construction crew knows that isn’t “clean”. The pool is nice and they are pet friendly which is the only reason for 2 stars. Very unimpressed and regret the decision to move here.

    I've lived here for a few years. The apartments are nice and new and the community is cool, but management is awful. The owner of the complex has changed a few times since I started living here. They're always making changes that never work out. There's no security for entering the buildings (cameras or door access controls). The gates never work. The clubhouse has been closed the entire time I've lived here. Their "valet" trash service is just ridiculous and you're forced to pay for it. They increase rent every year. Just simply bad management. The apartments themselves are nice though.

    This place is a dump. It was built using the wrong construction materials (builders from Texas) and cannot handle the Nebraksa temperature changes. Cold air blows straight into your unit in the winter. Snow started to pile up INSIDE my door on the living room floor. Numerous neighbors had pipes burst because the walls arent insulated enough so they froze in the cold, damaging all of their belongings. Tenants allow their dogs to defecate on their concrete patios and leave it there for days. Walls are thin, so you hear Everything even with a white noise machine running. Common areas are always dirty and full of trash, debris and questionable substances. The pool always has people that dont belong there and tons of hair and bandaids floating in it. Not enough parking spaces and the 2 car per unit rule is not enforced, making this problem worse than it already is. The dog park sod is not maintained so it's always muddy, full of poop and smells terrible. The dog relief stations they offer are always out of baggies and the can is overflowing with trash. Speaking of trash, the valet trash service is ridiculous. Its $40+/month and won't take anything that doesn't fit in a bag. They write you nasty notes if the bag weighs too much (we're talking 5 lbs) and wont take a box unless you break it down, fold it and make it look pretty. They also dont come as scheduled which leaves the hallways smelling like skid row, especially in the summer. If I havent sold you on this place yet, we should also discuss the mold that was growing in some of the buildings due to the pipe breaks that they refused to correct properly. But hey, at $1,300+/month for ONE bedroom and no closets.. . We can't ask for much, right?

    Christy and the team at Vantage at Coventry have been amazing to work with as we moved back to Omaha! A brand new apartment community that is dog friendly WITH private dog yards attached to your apartment is just what our family needed while we build a new home. We highly recommend this community at 204 & Q with easy access to Omaha and Lincoln!

    I’ve lived here for about 3 months now. Units aren’t bad. When I moved in, my apartment was not completely clean with cobwebs all over the ceiling, dog hair was everywhere from the previous residents dog, and black mold in the shower walls and in the dishwasher. Maintenance has showed up without notice before and also took about 3 weeks to come and replace a lightbulb in my unit. The gates have always been wide open since I’ve moved in. They charge you for pest control even though I have seen probably 4 or 5 big spiders crowding around my unit since I’ve been here. Also spiderwebs and spiders seen in the hallways. You’re forced to pay $40 a month for Valet trash (that’s never on schedule), and if the trash isn’t left exactly how they want it they have the audacity to leave you a note. And on top of all of that I notice they keep raising rent prices since I started looking into this place about a year ago. I would look somewhere else, not worth the money you’ll spend.

    Here is a picture of weeds on the property. These pictures were taken 2 weeks ago when I reported the issue to the property manager, no action has been taken to date and now the weeds are much higher since the area is watered twice a day. There are also a lot of mosquitos near the apartment complex with the weed issue. The apartments are nice for the most part. I would hope the long grass doesn’t attract rodents.

    I have lived here for 1 and 1/2 years. It’s a good place in the West O. Great floor plans, very responsive and accountable staff in the office. It’s a new build and was light on the wall construction so there is noise especially from above your apartment. But all in all, thumbs up yo!
