I had 4 wisdom teeth pulled back on May 12th and let me tell you my experience was amazing. I used the Dodge Street location. Staff is amazing and friendly. The Dr did great with everything, and even though I was still kind of out of it, they gave my husband excellent post-surgery instructions. Use them if you need oral surgery. I highly recommend.

The check-in went smoothly, everyone was friendly, and on day 2 after the surgery, there is no pain as I follow the recovery guidance. The doctor was very attentive, weighing the right procedure fit for me and not just pulling the whole wisdom tooth if not needed. I couldn't have asked for better. 10/10 hope to never do it again. :)

Fantastic service, got us in very quickly when my daughter was home on break from college, for a wisdom teeth extraction. They kept us informed from beginning to end.:) Great service!

What a HORRIFIC experience. DO NOT seek care here if you have dental anxiety. Upon my initial consultation I firmly expressed that I had dental anxiety and o would need gas in order to have my procedure done. I was administered gas before my procedure, and after a few minutes I was asked if I was doing okay, I said no, that I needed a higher dosage of gas because my anxiety was very high, I was told by one of the assistants in the room that anxiety happens, no additional gas was administered per my request. I went through the procedure in a full panic attack, hyperventilating and crying the entire time. The only thing they said to me was you’re doing fine as they rushed through to get me out of there…… I cannot recommend enough to seek treatment at anyplace else but here…. They have now added to my trauma… awful experience.

Highly recommended!!!!!!!! Super amazing front end staff and Dr. Shadel and his staff are absolutely amazing. Made sure I was as comfortable as possible, answered all my questions with clear explanations on what was going to happen with my procedure. Post procedure has been very minimal pain, and smooth.

The procedure was quick and easy, the surgeon did a great job I didn’t feel any pain whatsoever, even after the surgery I didn’t feel pain I was given everything I needed to ensure a speedy recovery. They are professional and they know what they are doing.

Everybody was very friendly and professional. Dr Racker was awsome he made sure i was comfortable and done excellent job extracting my teeth. I would recommend him to anyone!
