I came in and upgraded my ear rings and Shannon was very knowledgeable and professional.. I recommended Shannon to 2 of my friends. She is fabulous… her customer service was great.

If you want your it's you bought do not buy from here! Wish I could give 0 stars! UPDATE: here we are Monday morning now called and have been told 3 times it will ship and still hasn't. The store manager Derreck cannot call customers back. Shannon is rude, talks over you and it's her way or no way. She makes every excuse why the ring didn't ship on Friday like I was promised. Still hasn't even shipped on Monday. At this point I just want to return my ring and order from a more reputable business! This is the worst store ever! After spending 8k on a ring I still can't get it shipped to me. The store keeps saying it's shipped but never does. Take your money and go else where! At this point I'm going to contact our bank and start a fraud investigation since they are keeping my item after it's been paid in full. They had my items since the 22nd of November.

In search of a specific ring the employees at this store outdid themselves. I made the mistake of talking myself into buying something else at a different store that wasn't what she REALLY wanted and my conscious and guilt brought me into the Altoona store to try again. After not finding it in stock Shannon helped me find the exact ring I needed but it was out of state, AND a 25% promotional deal ended on that day. On top of that I could not exchange the ring I just bought for another 24 hours... This is when the creativity kicked in. Shannon ordered the ring from two different locations to ensure it got in on time before my girlfriends birthday. Then thinking outside the box to take advantage of the deal; since I couldn't exchange the ring I had bought earlier in the day from a different store, I was able to buy the second ring and refund the first the next day. All in all an amazing and helpful experience. Thank you Shannon and the Altoona Kay Outlet staff.

Was a fabulous experience in there today.. Went in for the sales for Valentine’s.. And the lady that helped me was freaking fabulous.. I told what I was allowed to spend tax and all. We have been Kay's fan's since the 90s. My husband and I have requested that the GM contact us and she just doesn't reach out. Mistakes happen all the time. But they can be fixed. As a GM you should be willing to acknowledge that your team made an error and do everything possible to fix it. Since its been two weeks and we have not had a call back, we have reached out and are filing a complaint with Corporate office. They said she should hear back in 3 days. Crossing fingers.

Shawna helped me find a replacement chain for my necklace that had broken at Kay Jewelers Outlet. She was very helpful as soon as we walked in the door. I was in and out with a new chain and my wedding ring cleaned within 10-15 minutes! Very happy and satisfied!

We have been working with them for the last year (Engagement ring and wedding band). The staff is great. It also really nice that they offer 12 months no interest upon qualifying. With all of the expenses of paying for the wedding, waiting to pay the wedding band off has been a huge stress reliever.

Today I bought a beautiful pearl and diamond necklace from this store. The new mgr, Meredith, spent a ton of time showing me lots of options and she was very patient while I took my time deciding on a piece. Great experience.
