While we were at this Hampton Inn we were hit with a thunder storm. The hotel was full since there was a baseball tournament going on in the area. The person at the desk was very polite and welcoming. Thank you. My wife and I have travelled across the country many times. On our last trip we hit a deer on the second day going from New York to California. We were stranded in Akron, Ohio for six nights while our car was being repaired. When we got our car to Serra Honda (Akron), we could see a Hampton Inn from the repair bay and we decided to stay there while we waited for the car to be repaired. We also travel with our beloved Black Lab, Greta. Most of the Hampton Inns were pet-friendly and had grounds which were conducive to pets. Greta seemed to enjoy each room since they were set up in a similar manner. After our car was repaired we decided that we would stay at Hampton Inns while we travelled cross-country, both ways. The Hampton Inns are all pretty similar and all are pretty comfortable. What set them apart from each other are the personnel and the morning breakfast. Since I am rating each hotel, I will rate these specific criteria (5- best/1- worse): • Front Desk/Check-in: 5 • Room Cleanliness: 5 • Appropriate Pet Areas: 5 • Morning Breakfast: 5

They were well placed, but the roads to get there were a little confusing - not their fault, but part of the score. The rooms were very comfortable and they had a great TV. The amenities for soap and shampoo were done very well, and the breakfast was great. They had a pool and a gym, but for $200 a night, I felt like I was missing something. I had a $200 room in another area with a higher c.o.l. and they had a fridge and a freezer, and they were more of a suite.

Stayed here because I was in town for some family business. The location was good and quiet, not a lot of noise from the road. The room was clean and not crowded. The free breakfast was OK, met the basic requirements, but it would have been nice to see bacon at least once during our stay. This place was cleaner and nicer than the Holiday Inn and more than half the cost of the Marriott. The staff was friendly and helpful. Probably be back next time we are in town. Nothing against them, we are working our way through the different lodging options for the area. But yes, it's better than H I and Marriott.

We were at the hotel with family and friends for a wedding. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and any needs or questions were quickly answered. The hotel is a great location close to grocery stores, shopping, and and type of food you would want. The pool was clean and great fun for everyone. I cannot say enough about how great the staff was. The general manager Chris was always smiling and helpful. A great place to stay. Only comment I heard from anyone was the Basques and gravy was not to their liking but with the great staff that was easy to overlook.

Very nice and friendly staff and the breakfast was actually very enjoyable. Clean in the room and in the halls. The shower head and sink were broken, but not broken like they were unusable, just wiggly. When I called down to the desk for extra towels, they arrived within minutes to my room. Thank you guys.

Brilliant! This a was our last night at the hotels on the round trip and I am so glad I booked this hotel! Perfect clean and comfy bed! The sheets are snowy white and smell nice. Breakfast is also great! Online check-in is a great addition and saves the time required for the check-in and check-out process. 10/10 🌟🌟❤️

Very nice hotel. Quiet and easy access to everything. Nice pool but WAAAAY too cold to use unfortunately. Sadly, one of the reasons we chose the hotel was to enjoy this feature.

Used points to book a room for a 2 night stay. Called directly to the hotel days in advance to edit the reservation to one night. The person answering said they would change it when we checked and it was taken care of. Instead I was checked in and charged for a night I did not stay. I was promised this would be corrected and my points returned. It has been a month and it was not corrected.

I loved my experience here. The employees were nice, buying snacks here and putting it on the room was easy, and the bathroom was spacious. However, I do have some complaints. The rooms can feel a little crowded. I don't have claustrophobia, and I felt somewhat squeezed in. Furthermore, when I was taking a shower, I found some ear-wax color on my hand towel. Overall, the stay was good, but be weary about this place when it comes to housekeeping and room size.

Stayed here about year ago was pretty decent. This time I'm very disappointed now especially as a pretty loyal Hilton Honor member. Considering I stayed at another Hilton hotel last weekend and had a great experience. I normally chose Hamptons for work stays. This stay the AC/heater hardly works, the shower hardly has water pressure and is barely warm, the pool looks like my duck pond at home and ill just stop there.....

I left items behind during my stay over the 4th of July weekend. For 4 weeks, I’ve been calling and getting the run around from the front desk staff who suggest to call back after 3 pm when housekeeping is finished and ask them or if I hear anything I’ll let you know. I’ve asked to speak to a manager several times and they say none one is available. No one answers the phone when I’ve called. Their front desk customer service is terrible and awful. I am trying to retrieve my property and this staff keeps putting me off. So frustrating!!!!

I always feel very safe staying here! The staff are amazing!!! Always friendly and helpful. The rooms have always been clean. I love the location and it's a bonus being by a Target.

Wonderful find for us. Located in a quiet area, yet close enough to restaurants and other stores. The double queen room was quite spacious, very clean, had nice furniture and was comfortable to be in. The staff were pleasant and informative. The free breakfast was quite substantial, set up nicely, piping hot, and actually very tasty. If you're going to be in the Omaha/Bellevue area, you may want to give this place a try.

They tried to charge me a different price than what was quoted. I even called two days ahead to confirm. Toilet wouldn't flush. No resolution there. The bathroom appeared to be taking apart. The digital key only worked 10% off the time. Was the absolute worst shower I've ever had. Not enough pressure to wash soap off my skin. Had to wash hair with the bath faucet. Sink fixture too close to the edge to wash hands. Update: I see that you claim to have fixed the toilet problem, yet I was still having to manually fill the toilet tank 5 minutes before I checked out a day early.

As a truck driver I’ve been all over the country using points with the Hilton brand. I can say with this Hampton location, immediately walking into my room. The smell of freshness smacks louder than the awesome cheese omelette and sweet potatoes for breakfast the next morning! Staff was amazing and very helpful, too bad I couldn’t enjoy the pool/work out rooms however awesome location with Varsity next door as well. Great service Bellevue!

We stayed this past weekend at the Hampton Inn, Bellevue, NE. I want to thank the entire staff for making this weekend special. We were is town for a family's birthday party and set up a block of ten rooms and everything went off without a hitch with the hotel. The rooms are clean, the location is perfect, and experience was awesome. We will be staying again in the future. Thank you again. The Foster Family

Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great. Many choices. Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Water in pool was comfortable. Workout room with treadmills and weights. We would stay here again.

We were visiting to go to the Omaha Zoo. It was a short 12-minute drive. Traffic was nearly non-existent everywhere we went in Omaha. This was very conveniently located. Very quiet area, I felt safe with my family. It was close to the interstate, Target is literally a 2 minute drive. The hotel was clean, friendly staff. Breakfast was pretty good - the toaster doesn't toast your bread... but it kind of warms it up. The only complaint was our first night. The pool was closed, which was the main deciding factor in our hotel choice.

The staff members here are all so nice. A very nice breakfast that includes eggs, sausages, waffles, fresh fruit, several juices, coffee...very nicely done and tasty. The hotel is very quiet and clean and if we return to this area we will 100% rebook with Hampton Inn. Thank you for making our stay so nice.

I had such a great experience at this hotel. The breakfast is awesome and their egg/potato selection changes each day. Fresh fruit too like raspberries, plus the usual like cereal, oatmeal, juice, bagels etc. In the evenings they had cookies. Super fluffy cloud pillows (so if you like a firm pillow, you might not be a fan but I loved them) beds were comfy too. Staff was fabulous. If I'm back in Omaha I will be back here in a heartbeat. We stayed for 6 days.

This hotel is not that bad , clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, the only thing we did not like is this. Beds are squeaky ( old or loose), the sink, the design of the faucet when being use it is leaking all over the place. See pictures. And the windows filled with bird poop. Why ? See the pictures 😮

Room was warm even with thermostat set at 72 degrees and fan on. Not thrilled with bathroom sink faucet-low water flow. Comfortable bed good hot breakfast.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff. Will definitely stay here in the future. Breakfast was on par for what you would expect. I would suggest to the management to trim the trees around the lights for security reasons.

We arrived early and we went in and met Joyce at the front desk. She checked and found out that our rooms had been cleaned and checked us in. Her friendly smile , attitude and warm welcome was awesome . I didn't get any other names but the whole staff was friendly and quick to lend a hand and help . The rooms and the hotel are clean and very well taken care of. Thank you everybody we will be back as we visit family in Bellevue Nebraska .

So Joyce manager is awesome. The night worker is awesome. Customer service was top notch. The rooms were clean neat and organized. The only downfall was that the maintenance needs upped a little. My rooms had a few things that needed to be taken care of like faucet that didn’t work well or toilet paper holder was falling off the wall.

The Hampton Inn Bellvue is a great place to stay. We stayed on the fourth floor (top floor) and it was very quiet. The room was clean and everything was well maintained. The beds were comfortable. The water pressure wasn't the greatest but it did get the job done. The worst thing about the room was the sink. The water coming from the faucet is so close to the edge of the sink there is little room to wash your hands. We had to put a towel along the back to keep the water from running everywhere. It is a very poor setup. The breakfast was good. The hot food changed slightly every morning but all were hot and flavorful. They let some of the food run out but did replenish it when it was brought to their attention. There is handicapped parking and the front doors are automatic. They do not clean your room unless you ask for it to be cleaned. You can request fresh towels. All the staff was friendly. I recommend this hotel and we plan on using it again for out next stay in Bellevue.
