Me and a colleague bought a jumbo double burger. They gave us singles party burgers by mistake. Went back and asked them nicely to change the order. Got this instead. Have a video for full experience.

Had the worst pizza which tasted like it was reheated leftover pizza from yesterday, same for their stale cakes. And their food price is very expensive and not worth it. Upstairs dining area wasn't well ventilated - we had dinner there once, and the smoke from its kitchen had no where to go so was all over the dining area where people were eating. Had heavy coughing and runny nose from it for about a week.

Food was alright but Customer Service way bad..... Staffs telling customers to wear Mask whereby there own Managers named by Ashneel and other staffs not following the protocols.... way upset service out there as you dont feel welcome at all.......

Food is tasty and reasonable prices. Theres aircon and its nice and clean.Service is quick.Staff are friendly.

If you're looking for food of a particular standard, I'd recommend going to this place, indeed a great food experience! Clean restaurant, fast-food, pizza - all at great prices. Customer service was top notch.

They have a number one service and the food is really delicious... but I would like to request the staff please don't throw the clean leftover food... you can give that to the people on the streets... just yesterday I saw them throwing the leftover pizza in the garbage.. bro you could just pack in a clean box and give that to the homeless or you could have given that to the street dogs rather than throwing in the garbage... there are still people in the world starving and there are people starving in our country aswell .... feed the poor and do not waste food people. Peace💕🇫🇯

Chicken Patties used for Burgers and Sandwitches are the frozen ones. Better try chicken popcorn and fries.

Purchased a 12 piece family pack which includes a coleslaw and was given a single fork. I asked for four more to share and was told one is included and more are 10c each. If that’s standard practice, fair enough - but why sell a family sized pack with one fork?

The service here is rubbish just asked for a piece of spicey chicken couldn't even give that much .they mistake our order so many times and the tables weren't cleaned properly

Not a lot of attention is given to customer comfortability. Food is good and can be better. Believe it or not. Pizza is served in house with plastic knives and forks. That is hilarious 😂 and frustrating at the same time! The atmosphere is good. Washroom 🚻 top floor is usually inaccessible and taking children in a rush downstairs is risky!

In terms of hygiene, Standard of cleanliness has dropped drastically. Food scattered everywhere, foot print marks on the floor. Tables not cleaned after people has left. Vinesh Dayal you gotta do something boy.

Being a local to Fiji I didn't expect much from here but surprisingly the fried chicken was really good. The flavours and freshness of the food was a solid 9/10. Service was extremely poor as we had multiple people sitting at the counter staring at us but not serving us straight away and we waited over half an hour for our food as we watched other customers after us get theirs first. The pricing is also a bit how ya going, $65fjd for a 12 piece pack of chicken??

Had a nice dinner out with family. The food was great, along with the customer service. Overall, I had a good time.

The deep fried battered chicken tasted like hard deep fried FLOUR. It was rock solid, plus so dry.... Not forgetting the customer service is pathetic......

Been here several times and the food is great. I think their pizza is awesome so do try it if you’re visiting Labasa.
