Initially called hotel to make a booking but was told that no rooms were available. However, I was able to make a booking via a travel site, so go figure. Booking was for a single night for a couple and included breakfast. However room was dirty, only 1 bath towel was provided, there was no remote for the air conditioner and the TV did not work. And to top it all off, in the morning, was told by the rude staff that breakfast was not included. A totally dishonest and sub par establishment in Labasa, best avoided.

Pros: - nice and quite area away from the town - staff are very friendly and helpful - very clean and tidy rooms Cons: - deluxe rooms are quite small and over priced by $10 - lack of privacy and adjacent rooms were a little noisy, it’s by design I suppose - lack of washing and ironing facilities - linens and towels need upgrade - beds and pillows also need an upgrade I did enjoy my stay and the cons are improvement points. Will I stay here again? Yes

This is my second trip to this hotel. 3yrs ago it was a great stay we got self contained room where the kitchen was equipped with everything hence thought of booking again. Back again 2019 only to find that the lounge was broken, TV not upto quality, kitchen had nothing as we had to order itrms tea coffee, towels pots and pans one by one. The owner or the managers should look into this seriously and get their rooms upgraded. It is very embarrassing for tourists paying and not getting what is advertised. I would not recommend this place to anyone staying on this North island of Fiji.

A bit far from the city, very muddy around the rooms when it rains, and the rooms are not very well-lit and comfortable. Service was quite unfriendly.

A great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Labasa Town.

Not a great experience. Location a bit of a walk into the town. Toilet stopped working in my room so had to move to a new room. New rooms lock didn’t work properly. Uncomfortable bed, sheets and pillows were visibly unclean and stained. Tv didn’t work in either rooms. Noisy fridge, iron didn’t work great, dogs that follow you as soon as they see you, hang around outside the door to the room wanting food. Ordered room service and it arrived eventually and was cold and the wrong order. Reception staff friendly enough.

Perfect place to go when your in a business trip. Peaceful and also have a friendly staff. Will definitely go back if any chance of coming back to Vanualevu.

Entire stay was disastrous, no pools, very noisy, rooms not to expectations, no extra beds available upon request, any extra persons checking in has to sleep on mattress. They don't even have transports to shift guest to sister hotel....the grand eastern hotel upon request to use the pool available there. We have to take our own transportation on our cost. Staffs were bit impolite.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. We went as a family to stay for 2 nights, it was the most awful experience. I must say the staff were very helpful and accommodating, but can't say the same about the facilities and rooms. The rooms were dirty and smelly. Towels were stained. We were in an 'apartment' which should have had all kitchen facilites, however there was no cuttlery to use. We went to the local shops and bought our own spoons etc to use. There was nothing to wash dishes with, the cupboards in the kitchen area were broken. As for the fridges, they were rusty and filthy. I did not feel comfortable leaving anything in them. It is not any fault of the staff working there, they were very helpful, however, the owners of the establishment should go and look at the rooms and facilites. Needs to be throughly cleaned and upgraded. I am sorry to say that I definitely will never stay here again.

Ideal for those who are on a budgeted stop over travel to Labasa. It is about a 20 minutes walk to Labasa town. Rooms are fairly basic with air conditioned rooms and convenience. They do have a menu which you can order from the room but I haven't had the opportunity to order and eat. There is also an event area and a conference room which they hire out.

Not so good, got allergies from blanket.

It's a good place to stay if you're visiting the northern side of Fiji.

Location is not too bad, not too far from the town. Room sizes are ok. Beds are comfortable enough, though some beds are too firm for most people's liking. One of the rooms we used looked like it hasn't been cleaned for a few months. That was disappointing. Food is ok. Nothing special. A good place to stay for a few days only.

It's a very quiet n exciting place with your loved ones

Book through online little Bumpy just a little bit of misunderstanding through the online reservation but overall I had my mom and my sister and the family to stay there for a church conference according to what they told me they said they were really happy breakfast was wonderful room is nice and clean hot water overall they said it It was wonderful they enjoyed themselves especially my sister she said she’s going to go back and stay there another day while she’s visiting in Labasa so that was great I’m very happy.

It's a very okay place to stay, so empty and bearly a staff in sight. The atmosphere definitely kills the video of this place and rooms doesn't have the facilities as simple as soap, iron and towels.
