I
would
like
to
share
my
experience
for
future
patients.
This
complain/concern
is
nothing
to
do
with
Chiropractor
and
receptionist.
Actually,
receptionist
has
a
good
and
professional
attitude.
My
complain
is
about
their
policy
for
$50
no
show
charge.
Here
is
my
story:
I
made
an
appointment
at
1:30pm
on
xx/xx/2023.
I
Googled
the
address
showing
me
estimated
time
was
17
minutes.
I
took
off
at
1:00pm
from
my
home.
I
missed
the
last
traffic
light
(suppose
to
go
straight,
but
turn
right
because
malfunction
of
my
GoogleMap).
God,
I
am
starting
nervous.
I
do
not
know
if
anyone
has
same
feeling
or
experience
like
me:
if
you
go
to
an
unknown
place
relying
on
Google
Map,
then
you
mess
up
the
route,
then
Internet
is
slow,
then
misguide......all
bad
things
coming).
Then
the
receptionist
called
me
reminding
me
I
am
late,
she
mentioned
the
doctor
will
not
able
to
see
me,
ask
me
how
long
will
I
be
there,
I
said
1:40pm,
she
said
okay,
I
can
arrange
that.
Guess
what,
I
miss
the
turn
again
(what
a
day),
it
is
1:50pm.
I
was
so
frustrated,
i
have
to
pull
in
a
plaza
because
I
was
so
emotional
at
that
moment.
I
know
I
should
not
drive
on
the
road
when
I
am
so
emotional
with
a
hurry
urgent
thought
in
my
mind
to
push
me
be
there.
I
call
the
receptionist
mentioned
that
I
am
afraid
I
can
not
be
there
(I
want
to
call
it
a
day),
she
said
okay,
there
is
gonna
be
$50
for
no
show.
They
will
send
you
a
link
to
register
an
account,
with
you
bank
information,
with
you
mandatory
consent
to
checkmark
they
will
charge
you
$50
for
no
show
(I
think
it
is
legal
to
do
so).
Of
course,
you
have
to
consent
in
order
to
finish
registering
your
account.
Yes,
I
am
unhappy
about
it.
Yes,
they
are
totally
okay
to
do
so.
Here
is
my
advice:
1.Find
a
place
without
term
like
"$50
no
show".
2.
Never
link
your
financial
information
with
those
place
with
aggressive
term.
3.
Do
not
fill
out
the
form
or
anything,
just
wait
until
you
there.
Because
you
will
not
get
charged
with
late
or
no
show
since
you
do
not
link
your
credit
card,
unless
you
do
not
care
or
100%
sure
you
can
be
there
on
time
every
time.
4.
Take
off
1
hour
early,
of
course
,
probably
another
1
hour
waiting
until
you
can
see
the
chiropractor.
Again,
chiropractor
and
receptionist
probably
very
good,
I
am
complaining
their
policies.
Everyone
likes
free
money.
Take
away
Point:
Just
be
aware
of
this
"$50
no
show
charge"
Policy
Good
Luck.
