Good floor plan nice arrangement garage is okay. Very noisy if you're on the Road. Very overpriced. We wanted to extend for one month so my daughter could graduate and still live in this apartment but they wanted to charge an extra $1,000 per month for the extra month. Unbelievable . We paid on time very good tenant leaving the unit clean and tidy. The maintenance man who was good has now left. Good luck to all who stay here.

This is an amazing place to stay. Beautiful villa apartments with garage, club house with gym, swimming pool, party area. A nice walking lane for running, pet walks, etc. Neighbors are all awesome people, warm and welcoming. The leasing office staff is wonderful and always helpful. Any service requests are attended to promptly and diligently. Highly recommend if you're looking for a peaceful stay around this area.

A park like setting in a gated community with quality features for the value in this market. Vaulted ceilings give it a house like feel for music or movies on surround sound without disturbing your neighbors. Garages are quality options for fitting most vehicles comfortably with room for shop work.

I love living here. Renee is SO sweet and helpful. Just signed another year long lease! My son loves it too!

I have really enjoyed living at this complex. The amenities are great, they are great with maintenance, and are great at communicating. Renee has been fantastic. She has been nothing short of patient and kind, despite the many questions we had. I highly recommend.

If I could do a zero stars right now I would. I have had a refrigerator in my living room for 4 days now. I was promised yesterday that it would be removed today. Obviously didn't happen which is why I am posting this very negative comment. The list goes on for poor customer service. No one from the office has responded to email no one contacted me to say that the refrigerator in the living room would not be removed. Going into a holiday weekend when I hoped to have company - just a little difficult yes - one more time - with a refrigerator in the living room.

Great place to live. If you actually read the lease before you sign, there aren't really any surprises. I knew the day I moved in that I wasn't to have pets without prior approval or I would be fined. While I've had better in places I've owned, quality of fixtures is excellent for apartments and maintenance has been very quick to respond (same day) for any issues I've ever had.

Nice-looking area first time I've ever been there to visit someone. Everything looked well kept and manicure and there was a pool there too.

This is a good apartment complex with very nice amenities and a great location, but the management is an absolute Karen.

I have lived here almost two years and I have almost no complaints! The grounds are well maintained and there is a neighborhood feel that I love. My garage is a great size as is my apartment. The pool and clubhouse are really great and always clean! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and I feel they go above-and-beyond. My only issue is the outrageously high rent. I am in a 1-bedroom and it is $300 more a month than the 3 bedroom, 1600 square foot house I had here (in a neighborhood with a clubhouse, playground, baseball field, lake and pool) in Olympia just 2 years ago. The cost might not bother me as much if the appliances, fixtures and counters were a higher quality…they are very basic. I am guessing this has something to do with why there are several vacant units. You can move into one of the luxury units either a gorgeous view downtown for barely more than what is charged here. Just because you CAN charge these rents in this climate doesn’t mean you should. Please reconsider what you are charging for units that are no longer new and upscale like they were when first built.

We have lived in the Kennedy Creek apartment community for almost 2 years and find this area to be ideal as it’s location is close to everything . Love our apartment , we lease a 3 bedroom and the layout is very comfortable . The staff here has been excellent . They respond to most maintenance issues the same day , and are very thoughtful . The office staff has been amazing during Covid , exceptionally helpful under stressful circumstances. We plan to renew our lease again as we are very happy here . An overall very pleasant living environment, close to stores yet it felt a bit off the beaten track with our unit backing up to a wooded area. Brandy, the manager, was friendly and efficient, responding to our needs quickly and with understanding. Mike, the maintenance man, was knowledgeable and on top of any problem almost immediately. Neighbors were quiet and friendly. The only drawback, other than it is still an apartment, was the amount of dog poop left on the lawns by a few residents who must have thought their Mommies were still around to pick up after them.
