I came here with my family. (Wife and son, father and mother). Party of four adults and one child. Had the lunch menu for $23 a plate. The service was mediocre at best. Kids was $12. I've attached a photo of the menu to look at. The side food was terrible. The rice was overcooked and obviously sitting for to long. Decent selection in meats and all you can eat 2hr maximum. We had chicken, bulguigi, sausage, and brisket. The sausage was my least favorite. Chicken was my favorite. You cool the food, they simply bring out the meat to your table and you cook it in front of you. Cool experience... yet bad atmosphere and service when I went in. What really made me mad was that gratuity was filled in for me at the end. Hand written in. Forced with no choice. Service was only mediocre at best. Now I'm not a cheap tipper i tend to leave 20-25%, but when it's forced with no choice in a small party that seems a little redicilious... Especially since it wasn't posted anywhere.

Cash/Card Accepted Restroom available Group/Family friendly Free Public parking All you can eat ootion Entree/Ala Carte option Korean Cuisine Lunch Specials available all week Depending of the time and day this place can get pretty booked. Friendly workers and authentic Korean BBQ that won't disappoint. Although prices do change depending on market. Variety of options on their menu, from, soups, rice plates, and full blown group dishes. They also serve a variety of seafood. Overall a good spot for a quick bite to eat, or big groups to Celebrate certain occasions. Definitely recommended to everyone.

Excellent place for dinner or lunch. I loved the spicy kimchi 9/10 - the food is prepared by the guest so it's a bit different than my usual hangout. The bulgogi was excellent, 8/10 and the rest of the food was great. Overall the food was a solid 7-9/10 depending what you want. The atmosphere was lacking a bit, it felt like it could use a remodel. Overall a solid 8/10 experience. Expect to spend $40-$50 per head here. It is all you can eat but it's not typical buffet garbage.

Long time since I've been here. This was the first dinner date for the wife and I 11 years ago. My how things have changed. Service was poor, had to ask for my beer 3x, asked for plates/chopsticks. Food was great! $80 for combo that said it feeds 3. Would have been tight if there were 3 adults, our party included 2 adults and an 11 year old and we had a little to take home. The restaurant seemed cluttered and needed a good cleaning. Absolute worst though was watching one of the kitchen staff use the urinal and leave without washing his hands, still wearing his blue rubber gloves!! Additionally, they added 18% tip to our party of 3, what a joke. Definitely NOT coming back. We'll go to Tacoma for Korean BBQ.

My wife and I have been coming here for two years now. Consistently the best Korean bbq spot we’ve found, after trying just about every one in the area. High quality meats and ban chan, friendly quick service, all at an affordable all you can eat price.

OMH!!! Stopped to do the mundane chore of visiting the laundry mat today.Found a wonderful treasure called the Korean BBQ!!! What a dinning pleasure this was!! The service was served with a smile and the food was hot and arrived in a very short time.Laundry has just become less mundane now that I have found the jewel of a experiance

Usually I don’t do reviews but usually I don’t get treated like this by restaurant staff. Food was good not super great we ordered for two people because that’s all that we’re eating at the end she charged us for four people… not sure why. We tried talking to the staff about it but only managed to get us down twenty dollars to 91.57. The woman there asked us if we would pay now with an attitude then proceeded to watch us finish our meal. At the end she suggested we don’t order food next time and we won’t have to pay.

Birthday outing turned awry. Overall the food is mediocre at best, our lettuce tray was dirty and had food excess still left on it, talk about cross contamination. The fish cake does NOT taste like fish cake, I’m not even sure what it is. Overall just sitting here feeling disappointed, the old owners were much better. Everything tastes like it’s one step away from causing a CDC level outbreak, watch out, you might see me as patient 0 in the apocalypse.

We were treated to dinner by our grandchild tonight. I tried many of the small dishes brought to the table. Our waitress was sweet.and attentive. The only blip.in the evening was the entitled nasty female in front of us who rudely told the waitress after a discussion about her table being ready in a packed room...' you are aware I know the owner.' To the owner, get new friends!

Our witness the first time was so kind and nice. The staff is great, I don’t understand why service is not consistent. We’re not always offered the pineapple drink after our meal and I’m too tired to keep asking for it after our meals. I think maybe sometimes brown skin people are not wanted in places like this but, I love their food!!!!

I love this place! I’ve taken all my friends here! The staff are kind, efficient and very helpful! The meat is good quality for price! One draw back is apparently you cannot go to bbq alone. I went this evening, as my husband is deployed. I was told I would be charged double to eat alone. I suppose they want a minimum check $$ per table. I would have spent far more thank the double charge with apps and drinks alone. Didn’t make me feel great!

Automatic 18% gratuity for a party of 5 or more. So if you want to come out here for dinner, don't invite a 5th wheel or even have a child with you. Even if you are splitting the check they charge you 18%. All you can eat for $30 per person at a minimum on Saturdays. Plenty of meat options, but you're only allowed to chose 4 of the options. If you have any left over meat at the end of your meal they will add an additional $5 charge. For myself, my husband and the two others and our kids (who barely ate anything) we were charged $198. It was shocking. The food was good, but not a kid friendly place unless your child has a bottomless pit of a stomach and eats $15 dollars worth at least of the food. Outrageous. The service was sparce. We ran out of rice and other dishes and we ran out of drinks well before we were given refills. The beef bulgogi is our favorite here. I'd come back on a weekday just as a date with my husband. I'd never come back with anyone else. Especially party of 5. The side dishes included some pickled vegetables, sweetened potatoes, kimchi, fruit and vegetable sweet salad, chili cucumbers, bean sprouts, lettuce, and rice. There is a 2 hour limit for all you can eat, though if I come here next time I'd be interested in ordering from the menue that isn't "cook your own food".

We went on a busy weekend night for the first time. I will say it is quite cold in there but probably for obvious reasons of the uncooked food. We were seated in a timely manner. They seemed to be in a hurry with all the tables they had to tend to. It was reasonably priced (we did the all you can eat buffet). I would rate the food a 6.5/10. The experience was fun though!

Overall, a decent option for something different. Love the bulgogi. All the little side dishes are delicious. They bring out good portions in the beginning. Then the second round is a bit smaller. Good luck getting a third round because they seem to be hoping you get tired of waiting and leave. We did manage to get 4 rounds only because we kept asking them. Our waitress seemed to forget our orders a few times. I think it's part of the stalling tactic. We did the $35 a person plan. There were four of us. When we got our bill the 18% gratuity was already added on. We questioned it and she said it was because we had a group of 5. She did correct it after a short debate. Keep an eye on your receipt.

The wait was well worth it. My waitess was very apologetic for the delay and treated my party of six as royalty. She even encouraged me with my very limited understanding of the Korean language. Food was plentiful & we enjoyed BBQ'g our own meats/squid to our satisfaction. A great treat and just wish that we had such a nice place to dine like this in New York. Thanks.

We had the $30 option instead of the $26, or $33. It was just right for me and my 4 young adult kids. The lady serve our table was very attentive, and the foods was delicious. The side dishes was good, but I wasn’t keen to the turnip. Besides that, it’s still a nice Korean BBQ in Lacy, WA. Exit 109 on the I-5

Came with only my wife to eat BBQ. It was 35$ a person which is no big deal we ordered nothing extra and drank water, our bill came out to 90$. I questioned the waitress and she said "service fee to use grill, is that ok", I thought she was joking but I calculated it myself they charged us an auto 18% gratuity even though that's only for party of 5 or more. The table next to me was also arguing about the exact same thing with staff. Saying it is a service fee to use grill at a restaurant where that is literally the point blew my mind, they prey on the wallets of customers. I will be placing a report of this establishment for a hopeful investigation and possible food inspector as the place is filthy. Will not be going back.

Great food! The side dishes were fresh and delicious with unlimited free refills. And the main entree came out hot and tasty. And the server was courteous and attentive. This restaurant has become one of my favorites in Lacey.

This was my second visit. The first was at lunch there were only a few tables with patrons. Last night, they were full. But very gracious, when we came in, three different servers greeted us and promised a table shortly; the wait was less than five minutes. Service was excellent, especially considering max capacity. Food price is fantastic and we ordered too much, when we go back, we will order the lowest tier, $28 per person. Flavors were everything I had hoped for. Yum.

The food is amazing and the service was very friendly. But there's no heat in the restaurant and it was freezing inside. You could see your breath, and when we left, it was the same temperature as outside minus the wind. This is clearly a normal problem because they had space heaters and heat fans, but they didn't do much. We'll eat here again because the food is good, but definitely not until summer when hopefully they have AC.

I've took some time to read through these reviews and I'm pretty surprised at the number of 5 stars. My family and I have been to this restaurant four times. To be completely honest, the food isn't memorable. We go as a fun experience for the kids. However, the experience we had last night is laughable, we literally can't stop laughing at how miserable we were. The restaurant was ridiculously cold! I mean, think about camping around a campfire in 20 degree weather with smoke from a grill blowing in your face... that's what we experienced. It was so cold we could see our breath. We tried to warm our hands up over the cooking food. We had winter jackets and scarves on... inside!!!. I guess in the end we got a memorable experience that we will never forget with the price tag to go with it. Needless to say, we will not be returning... at least not in the winter.

Best Korean BBQ in the Olympia area! We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch today. The lunch price is very reasonable and the portions are very proportionate to what you are getting.

I haven't eaten inside the restaurant, but I order takeout from here often and it's absolutely delicious. Food is fresh, tasty, and it's always ready on time. I was in Korea for a month and this place is just as good as the food from there. There's a lot of complaints about the service but I can say that their takeout game is great 👍 I love the spicy pork and the kimchi stew!

We ordered the lunch AYCE special. The staff seemed friendly, but they barely talked to us at all, and made us feel rushed. They did not explain the side dishes, and they moved too fast for us to even ask any questions. I was not expecting the beef and pork to be frozen, and I was especially not expecting the server to throw both beef and pork on the grill for us at the same time. Everywhere else I’ve gone, I’ve always cooked the food myself. The menus were oily and the floors were slippery. Overall a very off-putting experience. Would not recommend.

Went here today. It's been over 6 months since last visit. Had a party of 6. Three of them were vegetarian but eat fish. Last time we went we ordered half entrees (fish) and half BBQ. After some argument by the waitress that it was all BBQ or all entree's we capitulated and ordered BBQ since "mushrooms and vegetables" were on the menu. The "vegetables" brought were half an onion. That's it. Not worth the $38 charged for an onion and a automatic 18% gratuity. I only go here because it's the only Korean BBQ close but would be angry if they served me this bland cheap food in actual Korea. Won't be back.

First time for both my wife and I eating Korean BBQ. The service was excellent and a great help suggested which meats to try first after 9 different choices from about 17 I think for $30 each. We where full the meats and the small sides were all good exept the sausage. Overall a very enjoyable meal I will have to try this again and at the same place.

We fell in love with this small family owned restaurant that serves food fit for kings. We ordered the all you can eat BBQ with a Korean Pancake and the cooked fish. We cooked our meat selections on the grill in the center of the table The meats came piled high on platters. It was all super fresh and smelled amazing as it was placed on the grill. Since the meat is sliced so thinly it takes only moments to cook. The dinner comes with a bunch of bowls filled Korean salads and sauces. All were amazing. The ladies serving/helping us rookies were so sweet and attentive. We wanted to adopt them all. Again, the food was out of this world amazing. We plan on being regulars.

Great service and food! Worth the price for everything you get. The place is a tad bit run down but the bathrooms were clean and they were very attentive to cleaning before and after we showed up. COVID-19 was hard for all restaurants so I am not knocking them for it being a little run down.

I have eaten here for many years. The food was good, we had a party of 6. The waitress was extremely rood and non attentive to us the whole dinner service. I asked for lettuce wraps and she put her hand up and said wait and then walked away. I usually never complain about a bad service, but this was extremely bad and just got worse. I will not go back there again. Which is sad because it is one of are favorites. I will just have to drive to Lakewood to get my Korean BBQ fix. So sad 😢

Always a pleasure to dine with family at this nice restaurant. Virtually bottomless food, prepared by us and the many varieties of kimchee is excellent. Love the waitresses and ambience.

Definitely a great place to eat. Also if you're looking for a place to feel like family, come on over. And bring your family as well! 😁
