Very disappointed with the customer service here. Took my jewelry for appraisal. I was specifically told that if the piece is under $3000, there will be no appraisal done. Lo and behold, it was appraised under 3k. When I mentioned this to one of the folks in the store, they became defensive and multiple people would come up telling me that this is not the case and the cap is at 500$. This whole tactic seems to center on bullying the other person. Quite aggressive. Would not recommend and I would never come back to this store.

Shortly after my one year wedding anniversary, my wedding band surreptitiously disappeared from my hand. I called several jewelers in my area, and most of them had no gold rings in store but assured me they could order one. Each passing minute I felt more and more anxious about the absence of weight my left ring finger was feeling. Enter Menashe & Sons (and at least one daughter). They not only had a ton of gold rings on hand, but plenty in my exact size. The price was almost exactly the same of what I paid for my original band a few years ago. Considering where gold prices are now, I was thrilled. The selection, prices, and vibe of the store are enough to warrant 5 stars. The crown jewel (pun intended) of the store is definitely the family. We got to chat with Jack and JoAnne and both were very easy going, lively people that never made us feel out of place or under obligation to spend a ton of money. We’ll be back! I bought a gemstone overseas during some traveling and when I came home I went straight to Menashe & Sons to have them help me create a piece of jewelry with it. They made it exactly as I imagined it, they were so helpful and patient during the process making sure I was totally happy with the design. It’s been 8 years, it’s still in perfect condition! I’ve purchased other jewelry since then and can honestly say nothing else had been made with the same quality. It’s so delicate yet so sturdy, I’m not concerned with anything breaking. Thank you for such a special treasure!!

This family owned and operated jewellery store is awesome! Friendly, professional and super patient and kind! They have great suggestions and go the extra mile. They follow up and I couldn’t have had a better experience - every time I go in there it is great. Whether just getting a battery for my watch, getting a link out of the band on things I hadn’t even bought there or in help picking out the perfect ring or necklace. I appreciate them and love that they are in my neighbourhood and I can support local, family owned.

Do not shop here! My ex fiancé was a loyal customer of theirs for close to 20 years and has purchased many beautiful pieces in the past. In Nov-Dec of 2020 he purchased a 3.2 carat engagement ring and was told if things didn’t work out or if I didn’t like it he could return it. My fiancé paid CASH for the ring in the middle of the pandemic and was assured he could return if I didn’t like it… which I did not. The stone was huge, yes, but it was yellow and dull (see photos below). You would think Josh and his dad would give loyal customers the best deals or at least provide a quality diamond but alas greed took over. Had the diamond been GIA certified or came with official papers other than Josh’s typed out the appraisal value, things might have gone differently but unfortunately they got greedy. The ring was returned to them shortly after the proposal in 2021 and they still refuse to refund my fiancés money. He made several appointments with the owners who didn't bother to show up, he filed a complaint with Washington’s Attorney General* who is investigating the case. He also contacted the BBB but surprise, they are NOT a BBB accredited company even after being in business since 1973. The owners son Josh said he would take the ring back because he could definitely sell it. *Update: The WAG case was a mediation process in hopes Menashe's would do the right thing. They responded with slow sales, layoffs, and possible closure. Details are posted on the WAG website.

I inherited some out of date but beautiful jewelry and the staff have been very empathetic as well as creative and I have been able to create a few new wonderful pieces that match my lifestyle. It is so wonderful to have a local jeweler Who has been around for a long time! They also have so much inventory that is a very unique, from vintage to modern, I love going in there and walking around looking at the beautiful jewelry. ❤️

Loved the services they provided! My now fiance bought our engagement ring here and had it custom made. Josh the owner helped my helpless boyfriend with a crash course on rings and styles until they settled on a custom style (that I loved). The advice must have been perfect because the ring was a complete surprise to me and totally original. Even the "box" which was really a beautiful quartz geode that held the ring inside when he proposed was made just for the occasion thanks to them. They really go the extra mile here. He had gone to several other small jewelry stores beforehand and didn't like the atmosphere at any of them but this one had such down to earth people, advice and good energy. There are plenty of people working here to help you instantly and they remember you, very homey and family style. And for anyone curious, the proposal was done on a hike in the cascades next to a crystal blue/green snowy lake with a waterfall and glaciers in the background. No people around for miles. It was done on our anniversary day we met years prior on the first hike we ever did together. The beautiful ring and presentation was just perfect for us. We will always recommend Menashe to friends.

Sketchy. I took a ring in to replace a small diamond that had fallen out. One of the men working there quoted $80 max for the replacement. When I picked it up the charge was $160. When I mentioned this was double what I was quoted for the repair the woman kindly corrected the price, but it left me feeling very unsettled with the whole experience.

Very friendly shop. Needed a cheap ol' ring resized and was told was going to be around 50 dollars and done Monday. Ended up being 100 dollars and done Tuesday (dropped off the Thursday before) Plenty of other places around were going to do the ring resizing for much cheaper (40-50) but were a week out. Ended up going here based on the "50ish" for the cost and done Monday. Edit: very friendly response and customer service changed the price to the original quote again thank you so much!

Went in to have a few links removed from a watch band. Done super fast and the staff was awesome.

We stopped in here today while just walking by, and asked some questions about a custom made piece. Each person we spoke to was absolutely wonderful, helpful, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. They took time to find a piece as similar as possible to try on and see how it looked on. I left with peace of mind and will look forward to coming back here to build pieces for many years to come.

We recently had some stones mounted in custom settings and the results exceeded my expectations by far. They are stunning. Barbara has been wonderful to work with, the prices are reasonable, and the quality is excellent.

I had my wedding rings resized here - one a standard solitaire (but very old) and an almost eternity band. They did a wonderful job and fit great. The quality is spot on. The price was very reasonable and the turn around time was as they quoted. Highly recommend!

I purchased the necklace at least 8 years ago from this jewelry store. The necklace was repaired and looks like new! I was so pleased because I got it back sooner then expected and was not charged for the repairs!
