Can you give a place less than a star? My wife was in pain and dehydrated. Waited for over an hour to be seen. Sat there for 6 hrs waiting for anti nausea meds. Had to beg them to give her ibuprofen. Seriously. Absolute joke.

If i could give less than a star I would. Absolutely horrible, have been here for over 7 hrs, 3 of which was in the waiting room just to be seen. I wish i was exaggerating, at this point id rather die at home than come back.

I bring my dependent to get some help. It's been 3 hours and only vitals have been done. I'm not coming to this er ever again, I recommend people to go off base. If you have a gunshot wound, prepare to wait for hours before your seen. 😆

Waited for 6 hours to be told there was 9 people in front of me, and other people have been waiting for over 8 hours to be seen. I called my doctor who did my previous surgery several days prior and told me I needed to head to the emergency room immediately. The front desk lady was absolutely awful to everyone

Over the past 5 years we have never been seen in the ER within the first three hours. To include today where my daughter has back and chest pains from a kidney infection diagnosed two days ago at this ER. Symptoms have increased despite IV and oral antibiotics. Local urgent care said she needs immediate ER attention. We are past 3 hours and still waiting for emergency care. I can’t say enough good things about the rest of Madigan but their ER has the worst reputation in the area.

I have been to Madigan Emergency room many times over the years and the leval of care is consistantly superior to Civilian ERooms. My visit last night was no exception. Thanks to the hard working Doctors, Nurses, and Staff you are Appreciated.

The nurses mistreated my mom and didn't give her the level of care that she deserved. This place should be shut down.

literally went at 4pm ended up leaving at 10. Just to wait for discharge papers. Nurse was rude and didn’t help once so ever.

Worst ER ever, good luck waiting more than 4 hours even though you have an emergency!!

Easily waiting over 3hrs for anything prepare to sit there forever.

You could be dying and they still gon make you wait for Like 5 hours

One star because there’s no half of a star. If your in need of immediate care,you don’t find it here. But if you think you can wait. Bring snacks a tent sleeping kit to this emergency room. You have up to 8 hours until you are called. Worst emergency place ever. Never returning patient.

Horrible.... Hope you don't have plans cause you'll be there at least 6 hours. Nov 15. 2021. Guess there's 1 doctor "working." But 4 to answer phones. The Lab is even worse. Pharmacy is terrible. And the best part, SPOUSE CAN'T COME WITH YOU. Why? Covid? Who knows. This place sucks. We're both vaccinated but it doesn't matter I guess.

WORST ER I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. You’re telling me I have to wait 3 hours after I clearly stated I’m having an allergic reaction/ late onset anaphylaxis? (Quite familiar with what is going on as I have been dealing with severe allergic reactions for a while!)

waited 7 hours for them to do one test and I ended up leaving because they said I would have to wait longer.
