The ambiance was inviting, with its chic and modern decor, creating a relaxing atmosphere that instantly put me at ease.

U will get good service here.. They are providing all kind of beauty services with good quality and hygiene. All Staff are well mannered and well trained. If u want to have a cool relaxing tym, u can come here.

I didn't like the hair spa session not experienced staff my spa was done by a girl they are normal trained girls not at all professionals I have visited last month 9th as I have manali trip

I am genuinely suggesting you people please don't waste your money by undergoing treatments in this spa because staff are not properly trained and they cheated me and my cousin with their words. we trusted them and taken treatment for laser hair removal. The treatment is not properly done and it damaged my skin leading to keloid scars on face and hair growth increased to me and my cousin when compared to before. We lost money and damaged our skin because of them. They don't know about our skin type and they are practicing on our skin concerns. If you really have skin concerns or issues please consult dermatologists and please don't waste money and complicate your issues by undergoing treatments in this spa. They are very big cheaters. I never forget their fraud in my life especially Bhavana mam cleverly escaped from facing us by not responding and answering us after damaging our skin. Definitely one day she have to answer for her acts. I am requesting this spa please not to fool innocent people just for the sake of money. Please maintain ethics and perform treatments after knowing and recognising skin types.

Extremely unprofessional staff and unreasonable expensive. I was charged extra for hairwash, which is included with the haircut in most of the professional salons. Was also billed extra for trimming a few strands of hair on the pretext of cutting bangs. The service on the other hand was very poor. Ended up with unequal hair length on the left and right and a wet dress. Would have got a better service from a professional hairdresser at a better price. Such a waste of money and time as i have to get the hair redone in no time. Totally not recommend!!

Recently visited Jajimalli, the staff were very friendly and the service is good. Had hair cut, hair colour and facial. Hair cut is good & hair colouring is average. Happy with rose facial treatment and massage. Overall happy with the service.

A few days before I have taken acne scars treatment at jajimalli, the results were too good for just 1sitting , my skin was looking young and tight
