This store is the worst smoothie king I have ever been too. Every time I get a smoothie they always mess up on my order or take too long . The workers always have a attitude. Not to mention the doors be lock at 9:45 even though they say they don’t close till 10. Flys be all over the place, I don’t appreciate it at all they need to do better !!!!!!

The staff was super friendly and the place was nice and clean. Not only did they help me out by setting me up with the app, the service was fast and my smoothie was delicious! Definitely making this store MY go to place.

I love how all of them are very respectful and kind especially the lady who know I have a allergy to peanut and milk , carrots 🥕. I want to thank all of you .

Been going to this location since they opened! I’m looking at the negative reviews but this is actually my favorite Smoothie King to visit! Smoothies are always made to perfection in my opinion! I say try them for yourself to see

This store is so trash !!! They smoothies are always terrible and they never be on time. A girl with black hair I think her name starts with a J always catch a attitude with me in the drive through whenever I tell her can she repeat my order because sometimes I can’t hear the speaker. The store all around is just terrible !!!!! DO NOT GET YOUR SMOOTHIES FROM THIS STORE !!!!

This place is consistently terrible. Seems to always be a new face and they just don't know how to manage a line of people or make a smoothie the way it should be. My cup was not full two days in a row after I waited 20 minutes in the drive through line to get it. Stopped going for a while because they just never seemed to have it together. Day 2 out of convenience, and I'll never go back. Plenty of reasons to go to Pontchartrain for better service.

The store opens at 7 am. It's Saturday btw. I ordered online to pick up at 7:10 got there at 7:10. The store wasn't open. I had to make a quick stop and got back at 7:30 store still wasn't open. I seen a young lady outside waiting on I guess the manger to open the store...then they proceeded to have a conversation(not long) outside the store... at this point I'm annoyed because I've ordered my smoothie and it's already 7:30. I get to the door and it's still locked. Long story short I didn't get my smoothie that was supposed to be ready at 7:10 until 7:40. I hate posing bad reviews but this is unacceptable.

My favorite Smoothie King in the city. Jeremy is the heartbeat of this store and so is the cute girl with the glasses (sorry, I forgot her name.) They both are always kind, recalling orders, calling customers by name, and so pleasant. This place is better because of you both. Thanks for outstanding service and being a Fremaux neighbor.

After a horrible experience at a different smoothie king (the one by marcos pizza) I came to this one at 941am on March 10th 2021. The employees here was super nice, respectful and super helpful. I was asked how I was doing and I was honest about my other experience just a few min ago and they said they was sorry to hear about that and hoped I'd have a great experience with their store. This is now the only store I'll be going to. Thank you to the employees that was there this morning. Keep up the awesome work.

Literally the worst thing I have ever put in my mouth. The service at Fremaux Smoothie King was so terrible. Waited approximately 15 minutes before anyone could even take my order. This is the worst smoothie king I have ever been to in Slidell. Even though fremaux is right by my house, I don’t even mind driving an extra 10 minutes to the smoothie king connected to marcos because that was the best smoothie king I have ever been to. The staff is impeccable and my smoothies are always perfect. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes in their drive through, even on $5 Friday!!

GNATS EVERYWHERE!!!!! Super unsanitary especially with all the protein powders open and easy for gnats to get into.

Ever since they got the bowls I have been obsessed!! Probably get one almost every day and this is the best smoothie king in town to get one from. They are always super nice and the bowls are full and beautiful!

To be honest,this store is amazing its clean,smells nice, everything is organized my smoothie was not good but delicious! and let's not forget about the service the crew here is amazing! Just outstanding work at this smoothie king automatic 5 stars for me. Thank you
