It’s a good getaway to relax … very peaceful place. Food was a bit spicy for me … breakfast was very good. The only negative point (the reason of giving them such low rating) on the day of check out they directly made me a thief that a small box kept on their table is missing. Thankfully I made a vedio in which you can clearly see that there’s no box on the table . The vedio. Was made as soon as I entered the room. It was a total disappointment that after paying so much I ll steal their small box. They should have thought before asking me about it. Tip: always make a vedio as soon as you enter the room.

This is a brilliant idea of a property by Alila! It was a warriort fort that is converted into a luxury resort, what a magical experience! I was really looking forward to stay at this hotel therefore I had a quite high expectation. And turns out, this property exceeds my expectation! The room that I stayed at is called The Grand Suite. It was spacious and luxurious. Everyone there is also nice and friendly, especially Ms. Pragya and Mr. Saji. They're the best, they made sure to let me feel like I'm home throughout my stay. The sunset sky is beautiful from any angle in the fort and at night, the guest would usually have dinner at level 6 the Nazaara. It has spectacular night views of the Aravalli hills and Bishangarh village, also you can see the stars up close! My favorite part is Madhuveni, it's a beautiful bar and very comfortable space to work in the afternoon or just chill at night.

The location of this property is very bad especially for driver and tour escort. When the driver and tour escort is coming in this hotel there is no any arrangements for them . Even they should provide atleast dormitory room . So that driver and escort can take rest in the middle of forest property like this . So, i highly recommend to every travel agency please donot use this kind of property from next time. Say to driver ignore to come here. Thx

The location is amazing, its one of the very few places on earth where you can experience how royal families used to live 200 years ago, it feels like you are in a movie. The staff was very kind, helpful and respectful at all times. Some reviews I read said that they were not trained, but I feel the opposite. Everyone knew what they were doing and therefore were well trained. The hotel is full of interesting activities such as kite flying, cricket, among others. The hotel also had a lot of surprises such as a live music band on a terrace to enjoy the beautiful sunset. I highly recommend you to stay here, I can confidently say it is the best hotel I have ever stayed at.

We had high expectations for this hotel but maybe our expectations were too high! We've been in other 5 star hotels in India and for what this horel is charging, you'd get premium quality services. To be fair, staff are very friendly and you feel they genuinely want to give guests the best experience. That said, the general impression I had about staff service is that they are not well trained to provide service at a standard that is commensurate with the amount you'd pay to stay here. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're planning to visit Jaipur as most Jaipur attractions are an hour drive away. Also, access to the hotel is cumbersome as you need to go through rough and narrow village roads for 15-20 minutes to reach main road every time you want to leave this area.

Rajasthan Alila Fort Bishangarh is an absolute gem! The moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by the regal charm of the place. The staff was incredibly hospitable, and the rooms were a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The delicious Rajasthani cuisine at the on-site restaurants was a delight, and the location near key attractions made sightseeing a breeze. If you want a taste of royalty, Fort Hotel is the place to be. A truly memorable stay in the heart of Jaipur!

We went to Alila for a weekend getaway with family and it was the best decision ever. The rooms are huge, perfect for our 1 year old to run around while we sit and relax in our cozy bed. The food and hospitality was impeccable. We enjoyed our high tea with the best sunset and cookies. Our dinner with stars at nazrana and live music was just perfect to unwind from daily hustle and the yummiest breakfast buffet was the perfect end that we foodies needed. We also enjoyed the various amenities around the resort, and the super hospitable staff treated us with utmost sincerity and warmth All in all highly recommended 🙌🏻

Literally no way to leave this place or get to the airport because the hotel either doesn’t have enough cars or doesn’t offer any and it’s in the middle of nowhere so Ola and Uber don’t work. Some third party cab driver the hotel referred to us after enough asking offered to drive us to the airport except he asked for 4K INR which is more than the cost of the flight from Jaipur to Delhi What sort of a hotel which is two hours from the airport and so far removed from civilization does not have a solution to such an obvious problem?? The reception literally said “I can’t help you we don’t have any cabs”. What awful service. Looks like we’re going to miss our flight.

One of the best places to visit in India. This is a historical monument which has been converted into a hotel. Had an amazing experience here. Hope to visit soon. There is so much to do here. I would like to thank the staff for making our anniversary so special.

We went for a day outing and had a chance to have our breakfast there. This place is a hidden gem, with helpful people all around. Our server, Yogesh was just superb and F&B Manager- Sajish Nair was too good. It was a good experience, visiting a hotel in a fort. Food is really good. Chef's are doing a wonderful job. Overall, it feels nice to be there. Will come back soon.

Good experience Amazing property, mesmerising views and location, beautiful & spacious rooms, polite & helpful staff, special thanks to Ms. shubhangi for trying her best to provide us a comfortable stay. Overall food not worth the money. We took the package of all meals which was 8000/- per meal for 4 persons which amounted to total of 32,000/- and we were really disappointed to know that there was a pre-set menu which doesn't have a major chunk of food items. Basic food items such as burger & even different types of salads were not included in the menu. And it was not even mentioned before in the booking details.(Tip: not recommended package including all meal.) One time is good to experience the Fort.

Truly unprofessional place. After being booked with them 5 months in advance, they sent a mail saying that they have booked a wedding event - and due to that they will not be able to offer all the facilities (no restaurants open, etc). Glad I was able to cancel. If this is the culture of treating guests, happy that I could avoid a visit. This is the real difference between a Taj / Oberoi / Leela vs the Hyatt - a professionalism and regard for guests. That is lacking in this property.

Our family had an incredible time at 5 star rated Alila Fort 👌🏼. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The resort offered a wide range of activities and amenities suitable for all ages. Our kids loved the children's play area and the dedicated kids' club, where they could engage in fun and supervised activities. The resort's swimming pools were well-maintained and provided endless entertainment for the whole family. The spacious and comfortable accommodations were perfect for our needs. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, and the food options were diverse and delicious. Alila Fort Bishangarh truly exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return for another unforgettable vacation.🤟🏻

Well maintained offbeat palace. High on a hill give you a expansive view from the rooms. A good option to chill and relax far away from the chaos of the concrete jungle

Love the short stay we had here. Luxurious rooms, authentic food and top notch service. Even though the entire team at alila were extremely courteous, Mr Yogesh was a step above all and helped up a lot. Would surely recommend this place for a nice vacation.

The room was good, spacious, clean… The staff very unprofessional & irresponsible… I had booked for 2 nights- Friday & Saturday, but due to some emergency (being a doctor) couldn’t reach on Friday, reached on Saturday… there was no call regarding my arrival. Reached on Saturday & was asked to wait for 1 hour as the room was not ready, despite of my room being booked for 1 prior day too. Dirty swimming pool, that with swim goggles also couldn’t see the floor. Buffet spread was absolutely hopeless, no variety… counted 7 things… needed a towel to take back in the car, offered to pay for it… & they behaved as if the towels are of some great quality & Mr Sunil blatantly refused it. all in all hopeless experience… wouldn’t want to go back for free & wont recommend either. 2 ⭐️ also coz of the locale & room

A number of things highly affected my experience staying here. We were put up in tents that had a very strong paint smell.. they couldn't change our rooms and after calling for room freshners a few times i simply gave up asking. Next, these tents are far from the lobby so we needed to ask for a car to get anywhere in the property. The cars took at least 20 minutes to reach my room which was extremely inconvenient. In general their service was not good too.

This was one of our best hotel stays ever anywhere. It is rare that everything aligns for a “perfect” experience, but that is what happened here. We came with family for a 3 room, 4 night stay & everybody loved it. The service was exemplary. Staff made an honest attempt to fulfill every request. Every staff person was helpful beyond their primary responsibility - either answered a question, helped directly, or guided us to who could help us better. Politeness & friendliness were present throughout. The hotel is an actual historical fort. The ambiance is directly tied to one’s imagination of & respect for it being a fort. The experience felt regal, authentic & luxurious, & not artificial or over the top such as a manufactured hotel would. It is in a rural area roughly 75 minutes from Jaipur. The setting is very natural, green & pretty. The area is surrounded by hills. Unlike many fine hotels located in cities, the views from this hotel are mostly of rural countryside. The ride here is mostly on paved highways & paved local roads, but part of the ride is on unpaved dirt roads. You get a very traditional and authentic flavor in this area. Each room is of slightly different size, shape & view. The views are great - the rural countryside, farms, & hills. Being on a hill, you see over the top of everything else as nothing else is as high as the fort. Amenities are very good, authentic, local specialties & include Rajasthani (this refers to state of Rajasthan in which the fort is located) snacks & drinking water. Multi Use dispensers for lotion, shower soap, shampoo & conditioner reduce waste. The rooms are clean & furnishings are nice. The food was outstanding. Staying as long as we did & with 6 in our party, we felt like we tried almost every vegetarian & vegan item on the menu & several that were not listed on the menu. We liked everything. The menu reflected regional cuisine, as well as the usual international, North Indian & South Indian cuisine you get at fine hotels in India. The staff are very familiar with what vegetarian means (no meat & no egg), & what vegan means. The chefs were willing to make things off menu & took great joy in accommodating us to our liking. The breakfast buffet offers items you will lot find elsewhere such as bajra muesli, is made of a millet, given it is the International Year of the Millet & the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is promoting indigenous healthy grains for health, to support local farmers, for the environment, & for the local & global economy. Be sure to have dinner at least once on the roof - not only is the Rajasthani thali buffet unique & very good, but the sunset is amazing from there. There are a good variety of non-alcoholic drinks, in addition to an extensive alcohol menu. They made a very nice chocolate cake for my father in law’s birthday. The hotel has a great infinity pool at the reception area at ground level, at the base of the fort. There are lounge chairs & cabanas available without charge. The views from the pool are of the countryside & the fort. They have tables & chairs where you can sit & also order food. High tea is sometimes held in this area as well. You can walk through their garden, where much of their food comes from. There is an area for archery. The fort has a game room with table tennis & board games & a bar/lounge area. You can spend time exploring the fort & walking around it. A short drive can take you into the hills where you can hike to historic temples & to great vistas. There are traditional Rajasthani musicians playing in the fort throughout the day & evening, and the music of the Rajasthani flute is magical. The hotel has many organized paid activities as well. The spa was very nice. The hotel property includes the reception area and the hill. There are many birds including peacocks on the hill of the fort. The sounds of the birds and the unique call of peacocks is something you will not forget, once you hear it. We were here during the rainy season & from the rooms you can see clouds forming & settling down when cooler.

It's awesome and all your bothering, tensions will vanish as soon as you step in. B'tful property, spread across 20 acres, having infinity pool, gardening, outdoor snacks area, archery n many more things. Wheelchair accessible place. Service was good Chef can customize your food taste as per your mood n taste Only drawback is the road to reach at Alila. It's pathetic and we went during rainy season (as it's the best time to visit this property) & road condition was extremely bad. All is all, 4.9/5 from my side.

What truly sets this hotel apart is its commitment to preserving and showcasing its historical significance. The on-site museum is a treasure trove of artifacts and memorabilia, offering a captivating journey through time. From the stunning architecture to the informative exhibits, it's clear that the [Historical Hotel Name] embraces its role as a custodian of history, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the rich tapestry of the past.

The Fort is built on a hill and is over 200 years old, so you cannot drive up in your private car but will be taken to the door of the Fort in one of the resort cars. Entering the Fort is an experience in itself as they have tried to preserve the entire interior to represent the original building. It is dark inside and you walk through narrow staircases and long winding corridors to get to your room. Some of the rooms are huge and others are average, but most rooms are sparse and minimal. The entire emphasis is on the setting and the awesome food which you get to taste. The food was the best I've had in India and the service was top notch, I cannot complain about anything at all. As we were there for a wedding we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend it to everyone. It's a wonderful experience to try this and I encourage everyone to do so. Not a place for the elderly as there are places they eould have to use steep stairs.

The property is absolutely beautiful. Staff is warm. Food is average and definitely not worth the price. Our dinner arrived an hour after ordering, it was warm but not hot. Our breakfast the next morning wasn't good either--eggs weren't properly cooked, sausages were chewy and the churros weren't cooked from the inside. Rooms are neat and clean. However water stagnates in the shower areas in the washroom. Overall though it's a great stay there's much room for improvement.

I recently stayed at Alila Fort, that exceeded all my expectations and left me with fond memories. From the moment I drove into the parking until the moment I reluctantly checked out, my experience was nothing short of extraordinary. I cannot recommend this establishment enough! One of the highlights of my stay was the culinary experience. From the fine dining restaurant that served delights to the cozy café perfect for a leisurely brunch, every meal was a culinary adventure. The presentation, taste, and service were all exceptional, and the staff's knowledge of the menu and their attention to detail added an extra touch of sophistication. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive to my needs. From the concierge who provided valuable recommendations for local attractions to the housekeeping staff who ensured my room was immaculate, the level of service was exceptional. It was evident that each member of the team took great pride in their work, and their genuine passion for hospitality shone through in every interaction.

The fort turned hotel is a perfect blend of old and new. It feels like you have entered another era but you still have all the comfort and luxury that you can think of. The staff here is extremely courteous and takes care of all your needs. We visited to celebrate a special day, and everyone ensured our stay was every bit special. There was a lot to do at the property itself, so we didn't even feel the need to step out. We tried kite flying and archery. Saw their organic farms, enjoyed the in-house musicians. The views from the rooftop restaurant were something else. Overall, wouldn't forget this experience and would highly recommend it to everyone.

Alil’ disAppointing A beautifully restored fort property makes Bishangarh fort a one of a kind experience. We were given a room upgrade - much appreciated. The rooms are huge and tastefully done in a signature Alila style. On to the disappointing bits - Food - below average at best, esp. the breakfast was a major let down . Rajasthani delicacies were good though. Service - Slow service , needed multiple follow ups to get simple things like clearance done. We had requested a third bed to be set at the time of check in and it was finally done 3 calls and 8 hrs later. While Checking-out some of our bags were left in the shuttle which went about its merry way to the nearby village - got us delayed by over 30 mins. We are long time Hyatt Loyalists and having just experienced the most amazing hospitality at Hyatt Regency Dharmsala , the bar was set quite high which Alila unfortunately failed to match. I really wish Lavanya and her team would take the feedback and improve on these aspects to make it best in its class.

My experience here wasn't that great. Firstly, the rooms are okayish. Infact , there was a leakage from one of my room walls & I slipped. Thankfully my 3 month old baby wasnt in my hands. Then , I called the room service to clean the mess , it took them about an hour to send the staff. Secondly, we had opted for a triple occupancy option beforehand, but we had to call the staff 3-4 times to bring the extra bed. It took them about 45 mins to just get a bucket of ice. Thirdly, the FOOD was a disappointment. The dinner buffet menu is almost the same everyday. The breakfast buffet was very limited and that too not tasty. I expected atleast the food to be tasty when you are paying so much. Also, one of the staff was very rude . Fourthly and most importantly, they take the entire amount even before you check in and say its for security reasons. I found it very weird. I would say the property is pretty, but not worth the amount they charge. I hope you work on these points to be better.

One of the worst hotel in jaipur! Their restaurant options are limited Their bar options are limited They don’t have sitting and chilling area after 10:30pm , it feels like you are trapped inside the room after 10:30pm - 11 The food was okay! Electricity kept going again and again! Not at all worth it

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Alila Fort over the New year period All of the staff were brilliant, in particular Salil served us on New Year's eve and was excellent and Abishek hosted us and was superb. The maids and cleaning staff of the Presidential Suite were brilliant The fort is a way out of Jaipur but is a proper haven in India

Alila Fort Bishangarh is a captivating blend of history and luxury. The fort, converted into a hotel, offers a unique and immersive experience. The architecture is impressive, seamlessly integrating modern amenities with the historic structure. The rooms are spacious, and the staff provides excellent service. The scenic surroundings add to the overall charm, making it a memorable destination for those seeking a luxurious retreat with a touch of history.
