While the masala chai was good, but the interaction with the lady at the counter in the evening, made me conclude that management doesn't invest in proper training of its customer facing staff. While making payment via card, I was asked if the card supports tap / contact less or I would prefer having the card inserted in the slot for payment. Since I am visiting India after few years, I was not sure if my card was 'tap enabled'. So I asked her that she can try that out and if it does not work she can insert the card Her response had been absolutely classic and it would definitely be worth sharing with others for a laugh! "mere pass bahut kaam hai, aap ek baar may bata dijiye tap ya insert card"... While your customer service was appalling, however, your staff's rudeness made me smile and gave me something to think about. Good luck and happy new year to the Chai point team..

nagma and the store manager are very courteous and the ginger tea is awesome .The store is unlike the old chai points ,comfy-classy seating and wide range of beverages n snacks.

Ice tea is great. And staff is cooperative.

1. Chai point with no taste of chai. 2. Very bad experience of tea. 3. If you order Cardamon tea, you will get Boiled Pani mai elaichi.

Over here you'll get the different varieties of tea . If you're tea addicted than might be this'll be heaven for you. In my opinion it's a average joint with having less food options but I liked their oat meal cookies alot . My overall experience was just average ... Prices are very reasonable ... Must try their oat meal cookies 👌👌👌😋😋

Out of three chai's i tried here, only one was great. Other two were very basic. Coming from the tea state Assam, I do have some advance knowledge and taste on tea. Definitely you can have a regular tea here but not great that goes with their name. Another thing, there was a broken chair in the seating area, someone could badly hurt if mistakenly sits on it and they didn't bother to remove it.

I would probably say that this 🍵 shop is a must for all kinds of tea lovers! The service was good, and the variety of teas served in the ambiance was very satisfying. If you like your tea shops, then this is a must-visit! We will be back again! Especially, I would like to thanks..Deepak and Nagma for all services till date...

Chai point has been the first choice if I wish to have Tea. Their prices have become so high now by the way Excellent taste and hygiene
