Nirula's is India's oldest fast food restaurant chain and one of the pioneers in the Delhi's ice cream market since 1977 Based in North India. it was Delhi's first fast food restaurant, opening in Connaught Place in 1977 offering a "Desi" version of Western fast food items. The store offers a huge variety of their vintage ice creams along with beverages. Whether you favour their ‘Hot Chocolate Fudge’ or their ‘Jamaica Almond Fudge’, you will always leave feeling happy and, in most cases, nostalgic.

It is one of the outlets of a popular fast food chain Nirula . It is located at 100 ft road in Chattarpur Delhi. They serve various items such as coffee, sandwich, ice-cream etc. Their hot butterscotch is awesome. I like it a lot. They maintain cleanliness everywhere and their staff is polite. They have started providing home delivery too. However, it is applicable on on order amount (price).

Very bad test of biriyani. Even very costly. AC was not working. I do not recommend. Only u can hv icecream

One of the best places in 100 ft road. Their shakes and ice creams are really good in terms of price and quality. Being situated in an area far way from the crowd, this place provides a peaceful and calm atmosphere. There are a lot of pet stores and grooming areas nearby making it the best choice if your pet grooming takes time.

Location is good to just grab an ice-cream cone for further drive.

The staff is not friendly. Requires training in my opinion. Dealing with customers is an important part of the business and this outlet is ignoring it. Must improve on this aspect.

The desserts are typical Nirulas, really good and value for money. However, the store is small and there isn't really much seating. Plus, it's usually just a single person managing the store and preparing the food as well so service is a bit slow.

I ordered a chicken momos which were not even cooked properly leave the taste

So all of us friends came to Nirula’s in a big group of 7 to have dessert. This server refused to give us a single scoop of ice cream in HCF eventhough we told him he can charge us for the entire HCF. He just showed ego to the customers and refused to serve us. He also seemed irritated when we entered Nirula’s. The other guy was ready to serve us but he asked him to not. We weren’t drunk or misbehaving in which case I would totally understand the servers ruthlessness. We have done this in Nirula’s CP and they’ve never ever troubled us but this guy was extremely rude and is exceptionally undeserving for a hospitality job. I’ve also posted a picture of this guy

I had ordered farmhouse pizza from nirula's chhatarpur, which was delicious, 😋😋, I always keep trying types of item from this
