Our assistance Ms Heena has guided us all the way of our trip and she was very helpful throughout the journey. The Driver Mr Muzaffar was even very helpful and polite as he never get irritated if u step down for shopping even 10 times or stop at places during the trip. He helped us during our shopping and suggested the best possible shops. Coming to Adam holidays: They have explained everything and planned the complete itinerary before our trip. Arranged a very good cab driver who was proficient in multiple languages which made our communication easy. Driver had been guiding us throughout the trip and took us to some nice places. Hotels were really good. Thank you Subhash for arranging all the facilities which we asked for. Couple of suggestions: 1. One of the hotels had some issues with door locks which made us to felt little insecure. Gave the same feedback at hotel as well. These things need to be checked before the customer steps into the hotel. 2. Our car got broken down in the middle of the trip and there was no proper communication from you before I called you personally( of course we didn’t face much issue with it). We went to Kerala in December. We contacted various tours and travels agencies but finalised Aadam Holidays only because of Subhash! He not only planned but arranged everything within a short time span. He understood our requirements and budget and gave us the best deal.
