Our experience at this outlet was so so. This is like any other outlet and provides the same menu to choose from. But the staff here isn't that good which disappointed us. Ambience: This outlet is a part of the food court in DLF Mall of India. There are many other branded food chains here so that you get something out of every where. There is ample seating available since it's a huge food court. Payment method: As for the payment debit/credit cards or cash cards or paytm are the available options of making the payment. Generally speaking this place doesn't accept cash and so either card or getting a card from the desk for cash are the options available. Unprofessional Staff: The staff was disappointing owing to the irritated staff which was behaving so different I personally didn't like ordering here at this outlet. The staff doesn't guide or greet you well. Specially the staff I had on the counter behaved as if he was doing me some favor by taking my order. Highly disappointing and dissatisfied. I didn't like the attitude of the staff here they should work towards the training of the staff to be polite and decent. Besides this we had asked him to replace the coke with krushers which he didn't do at the time of ordering. Irresponsible staff and what was further irritating was instead of apologising to me since, I brought to his notice, he apologized to a male friend of mine over looking me. Shame! He thinks women doesn't need to be apologised. This was sad. Food: We ordered a half and half meal combo and the chicken was good. But since we wanted to replace the coke with krushers and owing to the irresponsible staff who didn't care to take the order properly. It was disappointing. Rest the chicken was juicy and tasted great.

Horrible experience they serve completely tasteless food. On Wednesdays they don't even have Wednesday offer. Quality of food was worst , quantity was normal. I won't recommend this outlet. I had my worst kfc experience here.

It was not at all worth it. Visited this outlet on Wednesday but could not found any affordable deals. Also the amount provided by this outlet is really really less. Total waste of money. Also extra charges are taken for GST and VAT. The quality was not upto the mark and was not at all satisfied with the quantity. KFC is totally a overrated and overhyped place now and quality of the chicken is also not fresh. They didn't even provided hot food. Every item was cold and hard.

The quality of chicken is continually decreasing. Today I was served with burnt wings and stale chicken. Hard to chew and no taste at all. Also I encountered the worst ever Zinger burger of my life here. I regret going to KFC. I hope to avoid eating at this KFC in future.

Don’t know what to say coz the dips comes with bucket doesn’t not taste good ad i bought i large bucket of fried chicken for the first time i was trying kfc ad it was not worth believe me u should choose rolls nation rather then kfc

It was one of the worst managed KFC. I ordered chicken strips, which were not ready, so I was sent upstairs seating area with promise that my order would be delivered on table, but I didn't get my order in the next 30 minutes. When I got my order myself, the server didn't give me a dip, which I had ordered, and I had to show the bill.

Very bad taste and too much oil. They should use fresh chicken.

Being a huge fan of kfc chicken I am highly disappointed with the quality of chicken they have served this time. It stinked and had a bad taste and odour.

Whenever we visit DLF, KFC in noida, sometimes we don't get burger, sometimes cold drinks, sometimes fried chicken. Always lack of supply of wished food their and that too we don't get in the morning time and noon time. Worst outlet. I've had a classic zinger burger that too was tasteless, no sauce, and chicken tikki was uncooked.

Worst Experience. Order Details: Ultimate Bucket (it should be rather referred to as an unappetizing bucket) This was supposed to be our very first dine-in experience at the outlet which unfortunately turned out to be highly unpleasant. 1) Staff. No welcoming attitude they seemed to be dull and devoid of interest to serve. No welcoming gesture at all. 2). Food: The order was served cold, stiff & unclean because many chicken pieces had blood oozing from inside the bones. 3). Soft Drink. It was more like cold water served in the disguise of a soft drink (Ratio: 95% filtered water) which we threw. Highly distasteful & highly unanticipated experience. The order served was highly unjustified we, therefore expect an immediate recompense.

It was such a pathetic meal. I always prefer to have kfc over domino's nd Burger King , but this meal from DLF kfc 4th floor 😷 rubbish. Just because of rush they are not providing well cooked , I received raw.

The store is on the top floor and it's awesome :) The staff is professional and they know what they are serving. Quality is A-one and it's delicious too :) The presentation is awesome and the decors are eye catching in the restaurant and the soft music ♡♡ You can enjoy this place to the fullest with your friends and family. And yes there is a beautiful wall on the same floor for photo sessions ♡♡

Pathetic experience..when I asked for 2 peices hot and crispy and NO LEG peices. First they confidently told me 400 something. I saw on the board cost is 205, when I repeated they kept in saying the same thing. When I said it's written there he said oh I thought 4. Then I specifically told 2 people no leg piece they only packed leg peices which I DONT eat. I wasted my money and waited for so long. It was a takeaway order. They cheated me. Pathetic staff..and bad service.. I even have pictures of the bad order but no place to post here..

Very worst service ever from any KFC person in GIP Mall Sector 18. The person giving the food is not ready to listen anything. When you are purchasing something with Rs 1000/ and want something of your choice to eat and next person is not ready to listen anything and just ignoring the customer. Asked 5 times that I don't need the particular pieces please don't handover it to me but just ignoring and saying can't be done. Arai bai jab1 piece same dia hai tumne dosra he same q dai rhe ho change it but no. Will never ever recommond this to outlet to anyone. I was a big fan of KFC you people disappointed me.

They are spoiling the actual KFC experience of fresh chicken. Chicken was hard and had no taste at all. If any KFC executive reads this, please implement a feedback option at the counter

Worst service ever . We tried Cheeza but didn’t liked it because cheese was missing, told them to replace , they replaced but initially we waited for 20 mins and then for replacement 20 another minutes . They even denied refill , which maybe not in the policy but keeping the customer waiting and such behaviour, it was first time at any kfc outlet.

Kfc is a well known international brand, they serve best fried chicken. This kfc in dlf mall of India (noida) is at 4th floor in the food court, their service is fast and quality is maintained well.

Dear Ma'am/Sir I went to KFC (DLF NOIDA) On Eid. I asked at the counter is there any chicken item similar to chicken lollipop.A girl sitting at the counter laughed at me for answering my question and she tried to share this thing with the boy sitting on her next counter as well. I felt very ashamed on this matter because there was a lot of crowd due to Eid.I want you to take action against that staff and update me please.I will be very thankful to you. REGARDS

Worst KFC outlet in Noida. They gave veg zinger with no cabbage or sauce. Only patty and bun. A measle total of 10-12 fries at max were provided in regular fries size. And with drink they avoided yo provide a lid n straw and when asked again at first they said they dont have lids n straw but when we asked with again then they gave both. Avoid this at all costs.

The worst kfc outlet ever Visited on Wednesday asked for Wednesday bucket 12 pcs boneless strip with 4 dips (combo) cost 349 and after taxes it cost me 368 in its app ( kfc app) after that i asked for that combo then the sales girl said 470 rs approx and shocked me that how 350 become 470 then i asked her to check then she said that's the price after taxes and i asked her that much tax on 350 rs item then she said yes how ever that possible So my opinion is that it is the worst kfc outlet as per me it may be good for you but not for me

I tried popcorn nachos. It is decent and you can eat one-time.

Pathetic quality of chicken zinger, and every other item related item to chicken, these guys have really dropped the quality and flavours, its like KFC zero (coke zero) version of real KFC.

I love eating from here! They have good food and it’s not expensive at all! For 20 bucks you can get a family meal and eat on it for a couple of days! I do suggest you try them because it’s so tasty! I will be going back when I crave chicken again!
