After
my
illness,
I
was
still
struggling
with
strength
and
energy,
trying
to
walk
a
mile
at
the
park
without
resting
was
my
2022
goal.
So
when
my
friend
kept
asking
me
to
try
a
Fast
Fitness
class,
I
though
she
was
kidding!
However,
when
I
ran
out
of
excuses,
I
agreed
to
try
one
class,
and
was
hoping
I
wouldn't
embarrass
her.
By
the
end
of
that
first
week,
I
had
used
boxing
gloves,
rode
a
spinning
bike,
and
laughed
myself
through
a
"modified
plank",
among
other
unbelievable
experiences!
I
went
home
so
excited
and
appreciative
to
have
this
gym,
these
coaches,
and
this
Not
So
Fast
class.
I
love
being
a
part
of
this
group!!
There
is
always
excitement,
challenges,
fun
and
laughter
as
we
exercise
and
move
to
the
oldies
music!.
My
life
now
gets
scheduled
around
my
NSF
classes.
I
love
the
energy
of
the
coaches,
their
dedication,
expertise
and
knowledge,
and
their
constant
attention
helping
each
of
us
get
the
most
we
can
out
of
every
class.
Our
coaches
create
workouts
based
on
our
age
group
needs,
such
as
balance,
mobility,
strength
training,
etc.
They'll
assist,
or
modify,
so
that
no
one
is
left
behind.
Each
class
is
different,
I'm
never
bored,
and
with
their
constant
encouragement
for
all
of
us,
I
leave
each
day
feeling
good
that
I
came.
They
are
the
BEST,
and
I'm
so
grateful
for
them!!
