    I cannot say enough about Fast Fitness in the Loo. It probably literally saved my life. Like a lot of people, when I first started, it was with the goal of losing weight. Nearly 2 years later I am down about 60 lbs and have kept it off. More importantly though I have gained a tribe of supportive friends and a new outlook on life. This place, the coaches, the owners, and the members are magical in that they are tough yet supportive and lift you up in an amazing way. In addition to bootcamp classes, there is also spin, yoga, and Zumba. They also offer kids camps in the summer.

    Fast Fitness has great energy over all. Trying their boot camp style workout routines helped increase drive for my fitness journey. Their yoga classes bring harmony and balance to my weekly routines, while also giving my muscles the stretch I need to relax. Their fitness community is an amazing group of individuals. I certainly do recommend trying Fast Fitness. They have punch cards and membership options to fit your availability. Hands down a 10/10 experience.

    Fast Fitness gets a 10/10 in my book! The coaches are amazing. They are always sure to make modifications as I need them. The warm welcomes and positive energy at this gym is beyond measure. Each day is a new routine to keep the workouts fun and challenging. You owe it to yourself to give it a try! I promise you will quickly be “hooked” 😀

    Such a great place and a great group of people! The workouts are challenging but you feel a sense of accomplishment each time you finish one. Christine and all the coaches are extremely welcoming. Highly recommend!

    The BEST gym experience I’ve ever had. This place is a vibe. :) The coaches know their stuff AND they make it a fun and motivating environment. I’ve felt welcome from day 1. I love that the workouts are planned out for me, quick, and very effective. They also are involved in bettering the community and host so many other fun events. It’s more than just a gym. Thanks for all you do FF!

    The workouts are challenging but attainable. The coaches see some things in me that I don’t see in myself. The community and friendships I’ve built make me want to stick with the program. It’s only been 30 days and I’m excited to see what the next year has in store.

    I joined Fast Fitness in the Lou in August with much angst and anxieties of whether I could do it, if I was too out of shape or if I even had the stamina…I love it! I love the variety of workouts that are clearly designed to help each person, no matter the level of fitness! The coaches are all very dedicated to helping you succeed and do it safely. Everyone is welcoming and encouraging! If you are even remotely considering it, DO IT!

    I LOVE THIS PLACE!! It was recommended from a friend and I went and fell in love with the 9:30 Not so fast class. it was a perfect fit! I have enjoyed the group of ladies that are always planning events and book club and birthday lunches and caring for each other. It’s nice and appreciated that I can be myself and get a little goofy and do some dancing during the workouts! Sometimes I even have a dance partner or two and Coach Christine has lost all control and joins in! All the coaches are great and very positive! Lots of Good laughs. That’s the best part besides getting stronger. The yoga is pretty awesome too!

    Great gym for all fitness levels. The instructors always make the classes challenging and fun. Coach Christine and Coach Spence make the place feel like home. Definitely recommended!!

    After my illness, I was still struggling with strength and energy, trying to walk a mile at the park without resting was my 2022 goal. So when my friend kept asking me to try a Fast Fitness class, I though she was kidding! However, when I ran out of excuses, I agreed to try one class, and was hoping I wouldn't embarrass her. By the end of that first week, I had used boxing gloves, rode a spinning bike, and laughed myself through a "modified plank", among other unbelievable experiences! I went home so excited and appreciative to have this gym, these coaches, and this Not So Fast class. I love being a part of this group!! There is always excitement, challenges, fun and laughter as we exercise and move to the oldies music!. My life now gets scheduled around my NSF classes. I love the energy of the coaches, their dedication, expertise and knowledge, and their constant attention helping each of us get the most we can out of every class. Our coaches create workouts based on our age group needs, such as balance, mobility, strength training, etc. They'll assist, or modify, so that no one is left behind. Each class is different, I'm never bored, and with their constant encouragement for all of us, I leave each day feeling good that I came. They are the BEST, and I'm so grateful for them!! If you are needing a change in your routine, a positive impact on your life, if you're tired of exercising alone, or dieting without success, please try a class at Fast Fitness. It just might become your "Happy Place". It's one of mine!!
