Staff is very friendly and helpful! Travis helped design both my boys engagement rings for their future wives. He helped me design and make a ring. My husband and I bought our wedding bands at a different jewelry store but I wanted to surprise my husband by getting his band engraved and decided to go to Pipers. I dropped it off, but i received a phone call the next day telling me the ring had sadly broken. As apologetic as Travis was this was no fault of his own, but the type of metal my husband wanted his ring. He gave me my options, he would be shipping multiple rings in the next couple of days so we could come by and see which one looked most like the original. That we did and what did my husband do you might ask - he chose an entirely different style of ring they carried in store. I still wanted to get the ring engraved as a somewhat surprise at this point but Travis was going to be traveling out of the country right before our wedding. He got back in town the day of our wedding (4am to be exact) went to the store, engraved the ring, then HAND DELIVERED it to me the day of our wedding. I am incredibly thankful for everything they did for us. My husband got my latest Christmas gift there as well and it is outstandingly beautiful. We are forever customers ❤️

After having no luck in Indy, the talented man needed was found in Vincennes. Give Travis a design idea and some heirloom engagement and wedding rings from passed family members, and he will create a beautiful new engagement ring that incorporates parts of all the rings into one new gorgeous and updated heirloom ring! Awesome team to work with— they identified diamonds loose in my wedding ban and tightened all of them and cleaned the ring. My husband was as excited as me. My ring looked better than new . It is ten years old.
