We’ve used the drive through on several occasions. Relatively quick service times through the queue and friendly smiles. Recently needed a place that had wi-fi and spent a couple hours drinking coffee and working inside. The place is very clean and all the servers were supper polite. Enjoyed talking with the barista wanting to go to Berkeley. “Follow your dreams”!

Besides my love & loyalty to CC's ...I must say this particular location is my favorite. Their coffee is perfect everytime ☕😋 and I love their croissants too 🥐🥐. The staff is super friendly and they work their magic quickly which is crazy because they stay busy. I recomnend the Grande E22 -lite ice or their Grande White Chocolate Mocha Latte 🥰 Either one makes my morning everytime. If you love coffee as much as I do then get on their REWARDS program you will not regret it.

I visited this CC's on the morning of April 15, 2022 and had an experience that no one should EVER experience !!!!! One of the young ladies behind the counter carried on singing and BURPING !!!! HOW RUDE !!!! THEN, she kept looking at me (because I was staring at her after she rudely burped) and NEVER apologized or NOTHING !!!! I promise you this......never, ever will I return at this location. NEVER !!!! THIS IS UNCALLED FOR !!!

The drive-through went quickly. The girl at the window wasn't the most pleasant to engage with but hey, who knows? She might have been having a bad/long day. My son and gf enjoyed what they ordered. His gf has never come down to visit with him and is from PA. She stated she would definitely come back to a CC's so I'd say that is a 👍 review.

So I stop at this location multiple times in a month. Most of the time I have no issues other than the drive-through line takes forever and blocks that parking lot. Today we stopped and the drive-through line had four cars in it. We ordered a medium medium roast coffee, a medium sugar-free white chocolate ice coffee. we wanted two cinnamon rolls, but they only had one so we asked for that and one ham and Swiss croissant. What we got at the window was a sugar-free chocolate iced coffee, the med coffee and to ham and Swiss croissant no and we were not offered a receipt.

I used to frequent this place. But I try to avoid it when I can. They’re just really inconsistent at making the same drinks. Often times, they’re slow, too. For example, I asked for an espresso 22 with no half-and-half. They gave it to me with no sugar in it. I presumed an honest mistake. The next espresso 22 they made for me had extra sugar in it. I took it went on about my day. But it’s clear that it was done intentionally. The bummer is there are a couple of friendly employees that are drowned out by the other expressionless ones.

They are amazing I ordered a coffee and my dog was being a little fussy. wanting to try to drink my coffee. they lady was so sweet. She asked me if my dog would like some cool whip and I said yes. My dog loved it I loved the fact that they are friendly and so kind. I love cc’s

I come here all the time, and the staff is always friendly and are usually pretty fast. The only time it's a little slow is during the morning rush, but I've never met a coffee shop that wasn't. The drinks are good both the mixed espresso drink and the regular coffee. I find a lot of chain places over roast their beans but the medium roast here is almost always good. Give them a visit and get over that afternoon energy slump.

I love the coffee (especially the Turtle Mochasippi), their cookies and the atmosphere. There is inside and outside seating. Both are quite comfortable. It’s currently my favorite coffee house. Definitely recommend.

Great coffee place and customer service. I ordered a coffee latte and it was super sweet. They were very nice to make me another one with less sugar. Really enjoyed it.

I normally stopped by the river ranch location, today I decided to stop by the one by Ambassador location, the level of ice of my drink is ridiculous. Basically 80% ice, when I try to put my straw in, I barely have any room.

Friendly staff with comfortable seating. Wifi is fast and plenty of natural night.

Having worked at CC's several yrs ago it's a shame to see the decline in quality and service. I don't think my order has been correct once on the first try over the past four yrs. There've even been a couple times that my daughter and I were the only ones in the café and waited 40+ minutes for two drinks, only to get them and have them not be correct. And these were not complicated drinks. What used to be a tight ship is now more of a popsicle stick raft made with water-soluble glue. It's unfortunate, but we've moved on to Starbucks.
