I
had
heard
SO
many
great
things
about
this
salon
which
made
me
want
to
try
them
out.
I
booked
initially
for
a
balayage,
but
with
giving
my
back
story
on
my
hair,
the
stylist
and
I
both
agreed
that
we
would
do
a
color
remover
to
hopefully
be
able
to
start
from
a
clean
slate
when
I
scheduled
next
for
the
balayage.
I
really
wanted
to
walk
out
of
the
salon
with
just
one
solid
hair
color,
but
with
the
box
dye
in
my
hair
I
understand
that
may
not
have
been
possible
which
I
won’t
really
go
into
detail
about
BUT
what
I
will
say
is
that
the
stylist
gave
the
WORST
shampoo
I’ve
ever
had
in
my
life!
I
don’t
consider
myself
to
be
tender
headed
and
I’m
pretty
good
when
it
comes
to
pain,
but
the
shampoo
job
of
the
stylist
was
miserable.
Constant
ripping
and
pulling
of
my
hair.
It
felt
like
it
constantly
got
stuck
under
her
nails….
It
was
one
of
the
most
uncomfortable
experiences
I’ve
ever
had
when
it
comes
to
hair
washing.
I
was
genuinely
nervous
that
all
my
hair
was
going
to
ripped
out
the
way
that
it
felt.
I
tried
to
keep
my
composure,
but
all
I
wanted
to
do
was
get
out
of
there.
My
head
was
honestly
sore
the
entire
rest
of
them
day.
And
I
am
not
even
being
dramatic.
