I’m general this is a great place to come if you have children, and it’s usually not too packed. The location is super convenient as well. Unfortunately having to leave a 2 star instead of 5 because it seems that they are not cleaning and sanitizing the equipment. This is the 2nd Saturday that the same pile of throw-up is smeared into the carpet in the toddler play area. That means it has been at least a week that this area has not been checked and cleaned. There also appeared to be urine pooled up on the bottom of the large yellow slide during our visit today. There are far too many employees here for this to be going on. Today was strike 2 and we will take a break from coming. Hopefully by next visit the sanitation issues will be addressed.

Truly the best family amusement center in Louisiana! Honestly, I have never before been so remarkably impressed by such a polite, courteous and respectful staff!! Clean, cost efficient and a widely varied selection of activities!

Horrible and over priced place. They threatened to kick us out because my daughter jumped more than 3 times. Didn't know you could only jump 3 jumps and get out. The main fun was shut down. Rude employees. Do not waste your time or money.

We had a lot of fun here. We had a mixed crew from 12-4 years old they all had a blast. The prices are very fair and the staff is friendly. Concessions are good priced. The atmosphere was clean. Really enjoyed Epic Famy Entertainment and we will definitely be going back!!

We loved it! We wish we would have known about this place sooner! They have a toddler section in the back, they can play for unlimited time for only $3 dollars! Perfect place to take kids on rainy or cold days!! Will definitely going back in the near future. Might I add, their mozzarella sticks are SOOO good!!! It's now my pregnancy craving, LOL!

Clean, friendly staff but certainly not overly helpful. Fun arcade games but not very many and not a large prize selection. Really cool climbing and VR stuff but long waiting time. My son really enjoyed the lazer tag too. Seems like they have tons of unused space so i assume lots more coming. We went with our scout group so not sure what pricing was like but we got some snacks at the little food shop and those prices seemed reasonable. Cute toddler play area!

I normally don't give negative reviews, but this place was horrible. Only friendly staff member was the lady at the front desk. I'm not expecting staff to be overly friendly, but seesh. Were threatened to get kicked out because my step-daughter did more than 3 bounces in a jump area. One swipe is 3 literal jumps and you have to get off. Sign says 3 rounds. Not clear at all. Didn't have to be threatened, could have just explained. Half the games were down. Surge has more. Even the bowling alley is better.

Had our first birthday party here and it was awesome. The hosts help with everything, I didn't have to clean up or serve the food. Was able to relax and enjoy watching the kids play. They had a blast! We will definitely be going back.

We had my daughters birthday there! The staff was super friendly, our host was awesome, and the kids had a blast!

I bring my grandchildren often. They love it! Some of the stations are too costly for the experience such as the slide.
