First time visiting this business. I brought in a watch that I purchased elsewhere to get a couple of links added to the bracelet. Took about 15 minutes which was expected. Once completed, I asked what was owed and was told there was no charge. Wow! That's customer service. If this is how they treat non-paying customers, imagine how they treat those dropping a few thousand dollars here. I'm not a jewelry guy but will definitely visit them again when my wife is looking for another piece of jewelry.

Tommy has always been wonderful to me! I have gone into Boudreaux many times to purchase watches, rings, and etc. At times I have looked like a bum from working in the yard and the amazing kindness over the years is great! I love this jewelry store. Not only are they professional but they are down to earth and honest as well. I designed a signet ring for my love’s 50th. Tommy and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and worked with their engraver to make it happen. Im now also having some rings resized. If you're looking for an all around excellent jeweler in the Mandeville area, I’d recommend them.
